My second time staying at this hotel. I decided to return based on location and price. Staff were very helpful, rooms were clean and facilities were all great. I particularly like that the hotel is in a quieter area given that it's right next to a tourist area - all the benefits of being near shops and eateries (and a beautiful temple complex) without the noise and crowds.

it is good however its close to sensoji temple we enjoyed our walk everyday to and from station it was clean beds are comfortable

the only issue is that its far from all the three asakusa stations and its little hard to reach there with luggage by walking

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet in a laid back neighbourhood. The bathroom and room were well equipped. Brand new finishings to a high standard.

The location is perfect, everything we need is around the area. Restaurants, convenience store, temples ( Sensoji, Nakamise ) train stations are 5mins away. Staff are very welcoming, and facilities are top notch. There is laundry room and vending machine , microwave on the 2nd floor, and ice maker is a big plus!

1 downside, the cleaning team in 10th floor, we observe they are a little careless. we can tell this since we already checked-in twice in Tosei Cocone Asakusa and coincidentally our rooms are always on the 10th floor. 1st incident they left our room door open after cleaning, 2nd was they forgot to throw the trash. But other than this , no other complaints. Hoping to get the managements attention

staff were super friendly, we arrived at 2am due to airport custom long queue, was surprised to see two staff attending the front desk and did a check in for us. we had the family room and each of us got a bed to sleep comfortably. room was cleaned and supplies replaced daily, was great to come back to a clean room after sightseeing for a whole day. free coffee and kids enjoyed hot chocolate. location wise, it was a charming suburb so not too central to the busiest area, we enjoyed the quiet and walk around the neighbourhood.

Excellent location near Senso-ji and approximately 12 min walk to Asakusa station. Very quiet hotel, almost no street noise. Comfy bed. Very good toiletries. Good water pressure in the shower. Very good WiFi signal. Small fridge and kettle in the room. Free hot drinks in the reception area available. Helpful and smiley staff.

Bed side table would be useful.

Liked the size of the room (pretty big for the city!) and how helpful and nice the staff were. The free coffee and bath powder was a nice touch as well.

Pillows were bad. Even doubling the pillows wasn't enough so it wasn't the greatest sleep. It's just way too flat and feels like there's nothing there.

The room was large for Japanese standards and the tatami flooring was such a wonderful addition! It's location to the Sensoji temple was no more than a 5 minute walk and the staff were so helpful and attentive. I wish we could have stayed here longer! Also 8 to 10 minute walk from the station.

Our room is much bigger than other hotels I tried in Japan! Quite valued for the space!! And they also offer the comics at the lobby even tho I can't read Japanese, still feel so homestay~

Little long work to the metro station, around 10 min? And Asakusa station is always hard to find the elevator or escalator. My friend book the different type of one king size bed for 2 ppl ,their room is too small.

Big room for what you find in Tokyo normally. Very friendly and polite staff, ready to help you with anything and goes above and beyond with any task. It's an honour to meet such people, and they services are top quality. Highly recommend this place.
