Stunning view on both end- temple and SKYTREE, plenty of activities to do at night while the streets are quiet, get a beer go to the rooftop or the bar a level below, catch some night views, while in the morning be the first to reach the asakusa temple. Transportation is also convenient.

Room can be a little small, the metro stations nearby can be too old and ill equipped with elevator facilities, next thing getting off a train will be carrying your luggage up on flights of stairs, the exact location is also a bit further away from metro stations, but if you utilise the takyubin or luggage carrier service I strongly recommend you to stick with this amazing hotel.

Love the 13th floor breakfast area. The view of Skytree is awesome. Best way to start the day.

The staffs were rather inflexible. We had a late flight after we checkout. They couldn’t allow us to access the breakfast area for a short rest while waiting for our transport to come and pick us up.

New OMO hotel by Hoshino, what’s not to like? The concept of a 24-hours convenience store as its hotel restaurant/cafe/breakfast is great! Also bringing together the products of the vicinity and introducing them to foreign visitors is such a nice boost to local businesses. Love it!

The hotel staff seemed to forget the number of persons in my room and replaced an inadequate number of towels in the room which is pretty annoying when you need to take a shower after a long day outside.

The location is just few minutes walk from the metro. Room was spacious for a family of 3 people. The reception was extremely helpful. The mini cafe and the roof top garden were the highlight of this hotel - you can enjoy quick meal or breakfast at the mini cafe, and do not miss the roof top garden where you can see the Skytree on one side, and Asakusa Kannon Temple on the other side.

The hotel is sustainable and did not change the bedsheet and pillow cases during my 3 nights stay (can't remember if they changed the towels). However I'm surprised they did not help to tidy up the bed and toilet and vacuum. Basically they only emptied the trash bin. The rental cost is not cheap and i expected better services in our room.

The room was well decorated and the bed was pretty comfortable, we were able to wake up well-rested every morning. There is a luggage storage area underneath the bed but we ended up not using it at all since it was troublesome to move our luggage in and out each time, so we just left our luggage at the foot of the bed, leaving us with less space to walk. The water pressure in the bathroom was great and the heater worked very well. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had some trouble checking in due to our credit card, but they were quick to assist us and tried their best to help us despite the language barrier. The rooftop area of the hotel was gorgeous, we had a view of the Tokyo Skytree which was lit up every night. The hotel is also located right beside Sensoji Temple so we could stroll there late at night or early in the morning and it was peaceful and nice.

The room could have been a bit bigger. The sink area was a bit small as well.

Beautiful views of the Tokyo Skytree. Roof top bar with amenities such as drinks and food all self serve self pay. Beds the most comfortable of the whole trip. Right near Sensoji Temple.

This was the first hotel we stayed at on our first trip to Japan and we couldn't ask for a better one. The rooms were wonderful and a bit traditional but had all modern amenities. The platform bed was very comfortable. This hotel had a little market on the 13th floor that also had roof top access that is a must for the city views. The market had really good food and featured food from local vendors. You could pay for your food and drink at a little kiosk and even pay with IC card. You can't beat the views of this hotel! It is right across the street from Senso-Ji and our suite even has the view of the temple. The market has tables to sit next to big windows with a view of the temple as well. The staff are the best. They greeted us everyday and were always cheerful. We used a luggage service and they filled out the paperwork for us and made that experience easy. Short walk from great food, the temple, Asakusa station for trains.

I truly have no suggestions for improvement for this hotel. I did notice one outlet didn't work but that was a non issue. There were plenty of outlets and lights including individual outlets and lights for each little bed.

The location was amazing. From the rooftop alone you had on one side Sensoji Temple and on the other side a clear view of Mt Fuji!!!! Only a 5 minute walk from Asakusa metro station (not JR). Perfect for people thinking of going to Nikko via the Tobu line.

The only one single drawback was the breakfast. We had breakfast included but it’s not really a set or buffet. You are also only given 1,000 yen per person per day. It’s like a station set up where you pick what you want and show the coupon. Found it hard to do a fulfilling breakfast for a day walking but close to a Starbucks for a bit more sustenance.

The view is eye-wateringly beautiful I have never stayed at a place that made you feel like you were in the Attraction as much as here and Senso-Ji it was 1000% worth it.

The staff's unhelpfulness was frustrating. Despite my request, they failed to confirm a reservation for me. When we arrived at Swallowtail in Ikebukuro, we found it temporarily closed. Given their knowledge of Japanese and local tourist spots, they could have saved us an hour. A resort-like accommodation should be capable of making reservations and assisting guests with activities outside the hotel. I've experienced less expensive places that have worked diligently to accommodate their guests, so I don't believe this is an unreasonable expectation.

While the double room was compact and tight with 2 large bags, we loved the traditional design feature with the Japanese paper Shoji as a window cover. The room's bathroom, vanity and toilet were all very modern. We selected one with a small mezzanine level which provided an additional place to sit. But the money shot for this hotel is the guest lounge on level 13 overlooking Senso-ji temple with a self serve snack bar and drinks station and the open air roof top level above to enjoy a drink and take in the expansive Tokyo skyline after a day of sightseeing (including close up of Senso-ji and sky tree lit up at night). It was awesome.

Not much, we like pretty much everything. Twice over our stay there was no milk in the self serve coffee machine and if we came up after 9am looking for a breakfast snack to go, the options were limited as the croissants etc were already gone. We knocked on the kitchen door, but got no answer. But these are very minimal issues and not something that would prevent me from staying here again in the future. I just got something at the convenience store nearby instead. This place is great.
