The hotel was excellent with respect to its five star facilities, cleanliness, fantastic bathrooms & very centrally located ,close to the Ginza area. Right next to the hotel there is a Family mart and Lawson department store diagonally opposite it which made it very convenient for picking up mineral water , breakfast on the go and for us to grab a quick bite after a late night arrival into Tokyo. Also around the corner is a McDonalds and 7-Eleven ! The hotels location is a great place to use as base to explore Tokyo in all directions as it is very central and we got around with Taxis very easily to explore the city. The staff was also very helpful and friendly and were easy to converse with in English. We had a great stay and definitely want to go back !

The tour desk is available but needed a bit of back and forth when you call from the room .However they are very prompt at following up your queries and check and get back to you.

Loved the hotel which met our expectations for a great room size. Location right at Shimbashi station was excellent and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and worked well, and the beds were very comfortable in the firm Asian way. The hotel left my wife a lovely bowl of flowers as it was her 70th birthday trip, which was much appreciated.

Nothing at all. But hotel can add clearer directions to let customers know how to get there through under ground walk ways especially in cold weather (I am sure it will be appreciated at very hot weather as well), as there is an exit right below the hotel basement. You just need follow the Ginza line sign then go to exit D

Well furnished, very comfortable room in a hotel within easy walking distance of Shimbashi, Yurakcho, Ginza and their respective subway stations connecting to the test of Tokyo.

Luggage left at the hotel during the hours before check in or after check out is simply left in an unsecured public area near the reception desk. Also, the buffet breakfast served in the basement restaurant was of very poor quality. Thankfully the while the Japanese set breakfast served in the second floor restaurant was much better.

In the bathroom shower there were cracks in the tiles which made the shower feel a bit cheap and dirty. Bathroom sink was a bit small and tap was at awkward angle. Difficult to fill water bottles/ wash hands etc without touching the sink itself Cafe/restaurant prices were extravagant compared to the area which had cheaper prices & better quality at most cafes and restaurants. Breakfast atmosphere felt a little over formal and not very welcoming, atmosphere in the hotel seemed to be much more businesslike than relaxing

We like location very much since it is very close to JR Yamanote line , so it is very convenient to go to places by JR . Also a lot of restaurant in the walking distance.

We are very disappointed about the breakfast regarding the buffet at the basement . the variety has not much to choose for and quality of foods are not up to Japanese standard , in the beginning we think that we came too early when it just opened , then we tried the second morning nothing changed on the variety and quality , very disappointed. On the third morning , we tried the set of western food on the 2nd floor , and it is much better.

The airport limousine bus stops directly outside the hotel and makes it very convenient from Narita Airport and to Narita Airport. The B1 of the hotel also links directly to the train station. The Hotel is also close to many eateries including Ichiran which is about less than 5 mins walk away. Rooms are spacious and all toiletries are provided. Our room has a nice view of Tokyo Towe. All hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

The overall interior design of the hotel is a little dated but everything is still well maintained and clean.

Everything except the big lie from BOOKING.COM that it charged extra for picking me up from the airport. I had waited for two hours in the airport without any communication and I finally took train all by myself. I will never use booking.com. I will inform my friends also not to use booking.com as it's a big time cheating website. Please get better life by doing honest job. Hate booking.com
