The location was definitely convenient - being situated between Shimbashi station and Toranomon station meant that we could easily access various parts of Tokyo with the train. The area around the hotel was also quiet, but still within walking distance to 7-11 and Lawsons just around the corner. Closer towards the Shimbashi station, food options are aplenty. Room was spacious enough, for Tokyo standards. Good thing there was storage under the beds so we could stash our 2 huge check-in luggage and 2 cabin luggage underneath the bed. Bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable, had a good night's sleep for 6 nights. Appreciated that the water pressure and temperature could be controlled and that was great! For the amount we paid, we were very pleased with the room - value for money. Front desk staff also greeted us cheerfully whenever we were leaving/coming back for the day, they spoke sufficient English as well which made things easier for us.

Excellent location walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. Short walk to the station where we caught the trains/subway all around Tokyo. Room small but you are in Tokyo. Great location to wxplore Tokyo from.

Nothing we had a great time.

Great value for the money. Room was compact (like in New York City). However, the space never felt cramped. The room was clean and bright. Really liked the large working desk. They have many outlets and usb in (great for charging devices). Really convenient light switches located right at the bedside.

Rooms were clean, but small. We decided for a twin room with two separate beds, since we suspected that the double bed might be a bit small for two people. Free tea and coffee was provided in the lobby. The location is great for shopping and sight seeing.

The rooms were a bit small. I arrived 5 days later than my husband and we changed from a single to a double room. He had to check out, which I could only check in at 3 pm. I had 5 hours upon arrival no room. We might have thought they would provide us with early check-in, but no.

We paid very little for this very central hotel and didn't expect much... we were hugely pleasantly surprised. Spotlessly clean, modern design, lots of free amenities, including all day coffee and tea and even croissants in the morning, this place was a dream. We were a family of four with two children aged 8 and 9 and the twin room was fine for us( the Japanese often allow co-sleeping with a child at no extra charge so you end up only paying double room rates). The beds were large singles and when staff provided two extra pillows this worked out fine and made an expensive trip from Ireland much more affordable. Great hotel, kids loved it. Highly recommend.

Clean n tidy friendly staff morning breakfast location also

No Restaurants- By which I mean no proper food other than soup which is takeaway style and served with not much quantity. There should be a proper kitchen in which food like pizza burger etc can be cooked by chefs and served at the restaurant which should be a separate place with proper dining equipment and table which would make a big difference in this 3 star hotel to make it a 4-5 star luxury hotel.

The room size was okay. The shower was amazing. It had the water coming from the top and the sides which made it amazing to shower in. Only one washing machine made it hard to wash your clothes sometimes. Bed was kinda hard. Staff was super friendly.

The location was a bit far from the local trains so had to walk 10-15 min sometimes to a railway line. The room size was small hard to open a 30kg suitcase.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. Location short walk to Shimbashi station, which connects to most main railway lines of Tokyo. Made it easy to get round.

Only one washing machine at the property, always taken up when wanting to do washing. Was expecting bit more services of this. Luckily there was a short walk to a near by laundry mart. Staff helpful in assisting with this e.g. buying detergent at the counter.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds are firm and comfortable and overall the room had good amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the coin laundry came in handy.

We got woken up a few times by people being loud while waiting for the elevator. But depends on your luck and where your room is.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room with plenty of power sockets and nice shower.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but my partner liked it. The room heating didn't seem to be working correctly, it would sometimes stop heating and start blowing cold air so we ended up turning it off before going to bed.
