Love the view of the hotel and location. Sadly our room was facing a construction site.

The room has a weird odor as soon as we checked in, it was late when I arrived so I didn’t request a room change. But the odor did not go away at all during my stay, I wonder if it was from the housekeeping person? The room is smaller than I expected, not enough room for 2 big suitcases. The pajamas provided was not comfortable, fabric was not soft at all. It would be nice if hotel can provide body lotion given the low humidity in the room. Our room was facing a construction site and the noise starts every morning from 8-9am. Avoid the odd number rooms

New modern and well designed hotel near Shinbashi station next to to Ginza within walking distance to a many excellent restaurants and shopping. Amazing views of the city from the lobby on the 19th floor. They have a Yamaha grand piano in the lobby and encouraged guests to play, which I did nearly every day. Great service. The reception staff could not do enough to help us with recommendations on places to visit, restaurant and directions. Very comfortable beds, duvet and pillows and the room was cleaned spotlessly. Floor to ceiling windows with incredible views of the vibrant city below. Plenty of 240V and USB outlets, larger than average room on the 22nd floor, floor to ceiling windows. Great hotel I would highly recommend. Also there are 4 washer dryers on the 20thand 24th floors.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) Having had the privilege of staying at THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA for 5 nights from 1st to 6th August 2023, I feel compelled to share our delightful experience. Room: We got the Deluxe Corner King Room on the 24th floor. Gazing out at the beautifully landscaped Hibiya Park amidst the Tokyo skyline was an absolute treat, giving us a serene respite amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Location: Spot on! The hotel's location is undeniably one of its standout features. Almost every corner sported a Lawson convenience store which was a lifesaver for our water, coffee, late-night snack cravings. Not to mention the 24-hour pharmacy, Seimusushinbashihibiyaguchiten, which was just a <2mins short walk away, proving extremely convenient. Oh, and if you're worried about commuting, Shimbashi Station just a cool <5-minute walk away. Service: From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond in their services. Despite arriving before the 3pm check-in time, they were incredibly accommodating and assisted us with luggage storage. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to help made our stay even more memorable. Lobby: I must make a special mention of the lobby area. The panoramic city view offered from here was just splendid! It felt like getting a sneak peek into the heart of Tokyo every time we passed through. In conclusion, our stay at THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA was nothing short of spectacular. From its prime location to the impeccable service, it undoubtedly stands as one of Tokyo's premier hospitality experiences. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a mix of comfort, luxury, and convenience in the heart of the city!

The elevator ride up to the lobby on level 17 was a bit uncomfortable. It felt quite hot and humid inside. (SUMMER TOKYO)

This hotel is perfect with excellent service, a great location, and a comfortable environment. It does have a few weaknesses but I will say it is not a very big deal. I will discuss them below. First, the hotel is located at a great location, which is not only close to Shinbashi Station but also close to Uchisaiwaichō Station and Kasumigaseki Station. The neighborhood around it is not as busy as Shinbashi so if you like a quiet area, it will be a good Choice. Second, the hotel's service is perfect. For example, if you have packages that you ordered on the internet, they will send it directly to your room. If the packages arrive before you check-in. They will send it to your room directly so you can find it when you arrive. Third, the overall decoration of the hotel is good, and the view from the room is not bad. You might be able to see the Tokyo Tower, but some buildings might also block your view. So if you want to see the Tokyo Tower, you should leave your message before your check-in. Also, as you know the overall room size for Tokyo's hotel is not large, so don't expect large rooms. However, from my personal point of view, I booked the most regular room and the size was acceptable. Overall, I will highly recommend this hotel for everyone except if you think you will have large and heavy luggage with you. If so, you'd better find hotels that are more close to the Shinbashi Station, which will save you time.

First, one thing you need to know is if you want to go to airport with large and heavy luggage, the location might be a little annoying. You will find many stairs from the Hotel to Shinbashi Station but almost no elevators, especially for Asakusa Line. In other words, you have to carry your luggage downstairs, which is absolutely inconvenient. Second, the hotel only has 4 washing machines, which is definitely not enough. As a result, it will be hard to find one to use. Third, the breakfast is good but not perfect. Well but if you think about the overall quality of Tokyo's hotel breakfast, it's not bad. I also tried the dinner once but it was lack of choice, so I would not recommend eating dinner in the hotel.

Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, fab location, love the robe to wear in the room, toiletries suppled in the bathroom had a great smell. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The bar has a cover charge of 330yen per person. Nothing was offered for this charge and we weren’t informed before we ordered our drinks. Also We had an issue at checkout. They said we had breakfast every day but we never had breakfast. They said our voucher had been presented but we were never given any vouchers. After much discussion they agreed not to charge us. So it was resolved well. Something to just be aware of for future guests.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location is about a 7 minute walk from the Shimbashi station. It's about 4 blocks from the busy area. Great food near by.  Rooms:  Tiny rooms here, if you have medium sized luggage, there's no room for it. We kept our clothes packed away sitting in the entry way. The room we had smelled strongly of the Indian family that stayed there before us. I think the room air filter needs changing. Laundry:  Yes there are six laundry machines here that are about 500 yen for a load. The machines are always always busy. There's a screen in the room with a page for the laundry machine status. It works some times.  Luggage delivery. There's a desk in the lobby with someone to help you. They were very good. 

The room smelled like an Indian family. If that's your thing, cool. It's not our thing, so it was a bit uncomfortable. The filter needs cleaning

Very clean, modern and comfortable rooms of decent size for Tokyo, with fantastic views high above the city. Beautiful lobby, bar and other public spaces. Super, central location which was very convenient to shopping in the Ginza district and with a wide range of restaurants just a few blocks from the hotel. Excellent accessibility to public transportation also made it a perfect location for easily exploring other parts of the city and the country, with the main Tokyo Train Station just a short walk or one stop away on the subway. If arriving or departing from Haneda Airport, the hotel is also well positioned for using the fast and efficient Airport Monorail, which can be reached in one stop from nearby Shimbashi Station.

Room and hotel - very modern and new. Room comfortable but small. Breakfast - excellent selection of native Japanese breakfast. Excellent location with access to several different metro lines. Two general convenence stores within two blocks of hotel. Hotel. lobby, and rooms are visually appealing.

While the breakfast had an excellent selection Japanese options, it only had an average selection of western options. Breads selection could have been better. Coffee/tea were NOT good - luke warm coffee served from large pot. Comparable rated hotels in Europe would typically have 2 -super espresso automatic hot beverage machine. For me, morning beverages can make or break my enjoyment of breakfast. Bar/cafe had limited selection of beers and snacks but wide range of sakes and other hard liquor.

Beautiful hotel, lobby perched on the 19th floor with amazing views of Tokyo, guest rooms on higher floors above. All facilities are new, rooms nicely appointed, clean, modern, amazing views. Location is perfect 5 minute walk to the Shimabshi train station, easy links to the rest of Tokyo. 5 minute walk to Ginza and related shopping and food district. We will definitely stay here again.

Double guest rooms are adesquate size, but a bit smaller by western standards.

Great breakfast and a great view from the 19th lobby floor. Room and bathroom very smart.

Glass table and carpet not cleaned or vacuumed during 4 day stay. Insufficient western tea and lack of a facility for making coffee. Worst of all was being stung 660 yen (2 people) for having a drink in the bar on hard seats. That did not include the drinks; it was for just sitting in the bar. Robbery; and you were not allowed to take your drink into the lobby area that had more comfortable seating. I would not venture into the bar area again.
