Location is absolutely fabulous. Few minutes walk to the train station. Right next to the shopping streets and restaurants. The Tokyo station is approx. 10-15 mins walk. Their breakfast is great. The restaurant is on a high floor, with a view of the Tokyo tower.

Rooms are small but when in Tokyo one is always out and about. So small rooms dont make too much of a difference.

The hotel's location is great, with its being so close to the Yamanote loop (and other) train lines and in a pleasant part of Tokyo. There are many restaurants within a couple of minutes' walk. There is a Lawson one minute away. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. All facilities were very good, as were the comfortable beds and block out curtains. Our room was on the 5th floor, at the back, and was very quiet overall

Nothing we didn't like as we had a great stay. I think other reviewers have mentioned street noise. We had a little with someone shouting at street level early one morning. No other noise issues. Breakfast looked great and generous, but it is relatively pricey

Great location and staff were super friendly.

The breakfast was fairly limited but delicious. However, you are in the heart of Ginza, so wander and eat on the go. There is just too much to see in Tokyo.

The staff was exceptional! Although the room was small, it was super clean, the lay out was perfect, the beds were very comfortable, had automatic blackout shades which was a plus and we absolutely loved the bathroom/wet room style. The top floor restaurant had a lovely view but the Japanese Breakfast was the all time favorite! We had the Corner Superior Twin Room and we would definitely stay here again. It’s a winner!

location is excellent. very close to metro station, easy to move around. many nice restaurants around. rooms are a bit small, but very nicely designed and clean. Big thank you to Roberto who works at the top floor restaurant Casita. he was extremely polite and nice, helping us with food and Tokyo tips. super super nice! thank you Roberto!

It was just a few short blocks from the Chuo-Dori. Staff was gracious & helpful. Food at the Ginza Casita was wonderful and restaurant staff went out of their way to create a special experience.

We had breakfast outside the hotel. Location of the hotel is very convenient , I can travel easily with 新幹線and JR.

Property was clean and room was good size for Tokyo. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they spoke English well. Hotel restaurant was also delicious, tried breakfast and dinner! Lastly, location was fantastic! Close to train stations and main sites of Ginza.

though we stayed in a non smoking room, we could still smell smoke seeping through.

Amazing team in the hotel, they were very supportive for all my requests. Great professionals. The room decoration is very nice, products in bathroom high quality. Location is convenient as well.

Only one area of disapointment: the restaurant. The view is amazing BUT the bar would deserve to have upgraded cocktails and the breakfast was really random. I'm not saying it is bad, just not at the level of this hotel level of excellence.
