Very close to Shinagawa train station, which has connections to many other noteworthy areas across Tokyo and beyond. Friendly staff who always tried to help, and did, even through a language barrier. Well-equipped room, with a small kitchen area and bathroom, along with a comfortable bed and spacious desk. Convenient and easy to use laundry machines and dryer room inside the hotel. They are open about not doing room service, which I liked, because I felt like the room was my own during my stay, instead of worrying about other people coming in to move things around.

Being very close to the Shinagawa JR station, it made our life very easy coming from the Haneda airport late at night. The staff was extremely helpful checking us in at late in the evening. The rooms are very small but clean, and we found the bed comfy enough.

The room is extremely small, which is quite usual in Japan. It's absolutely fine for 1 or 2 nights and for solo travellers, perhaps not the best choice for couples or for more than 2 nights. But it's really a minor thing, everything else is excellent.

We stayed there for only one night, about 8-9 hours in total, so I cannot say much, but the staff was nice and we arrived around 1 at night. The room was small, but comfortable, the bathroom was very comfortable too. The pillow I got seemed very unusual for me in the beginning, but it was one of the most comfortable pilllows I have ever used!!! The hotel is very close to Shinagawa station, very easy distance to walk :)

If you have too much luggage might be a problem.

The room is quite good, with good WiFi connection, good chair and good desk to work. It has also a small kitchen to cook or prepare breakfast. It is like a Airbnb model where you can keep all your belongings over the desk without any problem of someone try to organize and put your room tidy.

There is no lift but hotel service is very good... they took my luggage until room door.

Easy to get to Shinagawa Station, a major hub but still in a charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants though the ones I wanted to eat in were fully booked.

Front desk staff recommended a restaurant in a large office building and it was very difficult to find it; I would have preferred a more charming restaurant on the small streets.

Rooms are bit small, but ok for 2 medium sized adults.

Conveniently located next to the station and a few stops away from Haneda airport, this was the perfect hotel for a night's sleep after landing in Tokyo

The rooms are certainly small -- but you probably won't find bigger in Tokyo at this price point

Good price with the location is reachable from Shinagawa station.

On the way from train station to hotel we must cross the railway track that it’s very busy in the morning and peak hours, so please prepare more time for catching up your trains.

Big box for kitchen stuff, rice cooker through miso soup ball. Location is very good, train station, grocery stores. post office and convenient store…. are a minute walk from the hotel.

a small table for eating might be good and also shelf by the kitchen. Because kitchen sink is for cooking, brushing teeth and washing face.

it is close to the station of Kitashinagawa, if you want, you could even walk from Shinagawa station too. it’s very quiet at night.

unfortunately there’s no elavator. if you have a huge luggage, i recommend you take the room on the 2nd floor (the level of the reception)
