I love the Super Hotel in Shinagawa because it was in a very quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Also for our travel needs it was perfect because we wanted to explore a non touristy area of Tokyo but close to yummy restaurants and the Shinagawa Train station. Also the staff were very friendly and lovely. Good coffee and yummy breakfast.

Maybe the bathroom was a bit small but if you are out and about is the perfect bedroom with a more than adequate bathroom.

Amazing personable hotel, we really felt at home. The rooms were very small, but all the rest was perfect. The breakfast was quite good and abundant, and drinks were always available even during the day. The staff was so friendly, and the hotel was in a beautiful street full of shops and quite close to two train station. The onsen was also a great experience! The rooms were very silent, we could not hear anything from inside, even when the hotel was completely full. After this trip we went to two other cities and two other hotels, but we missed this one!

The room is small but it's okay if you spend your time visiting the city

I had asked before I went about vegan/vegetarian options and they said they didn't have anything, BUT when I was there for breakfast there was a lot to choose from in salads, toast and cereal - it would be great if they offered soy or oat milk instead, but it was very good EVEN for plantbased eaters. The pillows for women was nice, but I wonder WHY only for women?

the shared bath was not hot enough which was dissappointing so there wasn't a need to go to the public bath instead of using the smaller bath in your room

The breakfast was nowhere near compared to 7 years ago It was more Japanese inclined before. I stayed at the hotel 7 years ago. The breakfast was more inclined towards western taste and I enjoyed the soup and the pastries a lot. The staff were exceptionally wonderful. The hotel was great. There is a Family mart nearby which is opened 24/7. I used to go snacking at 3 am.

I liked absolutely everything! The food, the staff, the room, the location, everything was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was well kept and very modern. I will use the hotel again for sure!

I didn't like that I don't speak or write Japanese so I felt silly asking the staff easy questions. Before I visit again I will learn Japanese so I can have a deeper connection with the location and staff. I also did not like that I only stayed for six days, my next trip will be at least a month at multiple locations using ONLY Super Hotels!

Check in was very easy, staff were friendly and helpful, facilities are clean and nice, breakfast and public bath are very nice, convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The pillow for some reason was super comfy - great for sleeping upright and sleeping on the side.

Shimbamba station is close but to get to Odaiba it is a bit far to walk to Tennozou Isle station. Private bathroom and room was a bit small but it is to be expected in Japan.

Wow, where to start. Perfectly clean and modern hotel few minutes from the metro station allowing you to connect to Haneda within 10-15 minutes. Great breakfast options, and free drinks during the day. On-site Onsen, free for the guests and open till late. Perfect place to relax before or after the flight. Akihabara is only 30 minutes by train from there! Really helpful staff and crazy good value for money!

Room very small. My only complaint was Booking.com, not the hotel. I booked 3 rooms for 5 people and one child but you changed my booking to 3 adults and one child so we had to pay an extra 6,000 yen for the two extra people.... they shouldn't have been extra as I had entered their information My wife has also run into this situation on a different occasion.

It was a comfortable stay with good breakfast choices and other things to help make the stay easier - laundry, refreshments, a large variety of toiletry choices.

As a tourist hotel, it was unfortunate that we were not able to use the onsen due to having tattoos.

It was good to have a bath on the first floor. My daughter and I were happy that there was a gift only for women. It was good that the hotel take care of things like water and pillows.

The drink for service on the first floor was not delicious. We asked for one room for 3 people but were given 2 small rooms. I wanted one room with a little more space if possible.
