Room is clean and functional. There is a Lawson just downstairs, very convenient. Hotel room size is adequate, probably larger than average japanese hotel rooms. The twin bed is a tad smaller than US double beds, but adequate for two small-build adults to share. Breakfast is just okay. Beware that they will charge additional for children even if you book a breakfast-included room. My kids didn't like most breakfast items there so we ended up just buying breakfast for them at Lawson instead. For transportation, there is a bus that takes you directly to Ginza. We used the bus much more than the U metro line. There is a direct shuttle bus to Haneda airport, just in front of Hotel La Vista, which is a three minute walk away from this hotel.

Restaurant options are very limited here. Lawson and the hotel restaurant are the only options within walking distance. Toyosu station (2 stops away on the U line) has more options.

The room was pretty good for a family of 4 (kids aged 6 & 9) Front office staff was helpful in guiding us through There is a Lawson store at the hotel, and within a few minutes' walk is the Toyosu fish market and also a food market The monorail is also only a few meters away

Location is not so great if you want to visit places like Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku, Asakusa etc. You have to take the monorail to Shimbashi Station, and from there a metro or subway to these stations. That is easily an hour ride away from the hotel. Wifi can be better, as it was going on and off. Was not flexible with the check out time, which was a negative for me as our flight was at 10pm and we had to check out at 11. Especially with smaller kids we always would appreciate the hotel to accommodate atleast for an hour or 2

The room and bathroom were so big for Tokyo and there was a great view. Very clean and modern too and close to Teamlabs Planets.This hotel is lovely but I'd recommend this hotel for yor second time in Tokyo as it is a little bit away from the city centre and airports and there are limited shops and restaurants within walking distance ( although the fishmarket restaurants are pretty good). It is close to a monorail stop so you can access it easily.

The room is perfect and super close to Toyosu Market. Additionally, I was impressed by the coffee machine inside the room, which allowed me to enjoy coffee at any time. This is truly impressive.

There is one thing that is bothering me, though, and that is the check-out time. When I made my reservation through booking.com, it showed the check-out time as 11:00 am. However, upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed that my actual check-out time is 10:00 am, as I am only staying for one night. I am okay with this sudden change, but it would be better if all the accurate information was displayed on the website in advance.

Room was clean, tidy and spacious.

The check in process at the reception wasn’t the best. After did the check in on the self-check in machine and have a room on the 10th floor with a nice view, I was changed for no apparent reason. When I asked the lady behind the counter she told me “because she can take that decision”. Wasn’t very nice.

Perfect view. Rooms are bigger than in other hotels. Big bathroom. Shop 24/24 on ground level. Very nice staff. Close to the atractions like Team Planet Labs, Toyosu market and 3 min to Yurikamome station. I recommend!

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms equipped with private bathroom including shower, bath and bidet. Rooms were exceptionally clean and there was daily housekeeping. Amenities included lovely skin care which was replenished every day. A 2 minute walk to the Yurikamone line which takes you directly to the Toyosu metro station. There is a 24/7 convenience store located on the ground floor.

Breakfast was average - not many western options and not many restaurants nearby. We opted to have dinner in each neighbourhood we visited for the day before coming back to the hotel. Location is okay - it takes about 40-50min via train to reach popular tourist spots in Tokyo but we didn't mind that considering the hotel was in a quieter location and cheaper/ more spacious than hotels in popular spots. There isn't any laundry facilities within the hotel but you could arrange to send out your laundry at reception at an additional cost. We chose to use a laundromat near Toyosu station.

The view from the room is just stunning and the room size is great for Tokyo standards!The position is not too bad, there's a bus stop and the unirail station at few minutes walking distance that are pretty handy. With the bus you can easily go to the Tsikuji fish market and Ginza quite quickly. In Ginza there's the underground and from there you can go anywhere you want. The amenities in the room are great, you ever get a skin care kit! I would recommend this place.

Maybe breakfast is a bit more oriented towards Asian people, but you can still get some eggs, bacon and sausages, bread with jam, some tiny croissants and yoghurt with fruits and cereals, so in the end it's not a big issue. Moreover there's a supermarket selling everything at the entrance so if you crave anything else you can get it 24/7

Good beds and large sized rooms compared to japan, they give you all the amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and even skin care products!

The building doesn’t have washing machines like other hotels in Japan, we had to walk around 25 minutes to nearest laundromat Also, the breakfast wasn’t great for me. Haven’t had great experiences with breakfasts in Japan but the eggs and sausages were cold and the attention left a lot to be desired Too far from the center and not directly connected to the metro system, you have to walk around 10 minutes to take a train that takes you to Ginza Line in Toyosu. It is okay to save money but not worth the time in my opinion!

- Great location near Toyosu Market if that’s where you want to be. Nice and quiet at night. - The area is very new and clean. Felt safe and easy to walk around even late at night. - Great value for money. - Bathrooms are excellent, very clean and amazing water pressure. Nice bathroom amenities. - Wonderful breakfast with a wide range of western and Asian dishes. - The Lawson in the lobby was very convenient and we went there every day for beverages and snacks. - Front desk staff spoke relatively good English and made check in easy. - Staff was very helpful with shipping our luggage to our next hotel in Osaka.

- Our first room had a very bad odour. However, the staff was accommodating about switching and efficiently moved us to a higher floor. - After being in the higher floor room, I’d suggest that it is worth paying the money to stay on these floors and to have an outside view. The second room was much more comfortable than the first. - Rooms are quite small by Western standards, but well laid out. - No gym on the property.
