The room is perfect and super close to Toyosu Market. Additionally, I was impressed by the coffee machine inside the room, which allowed me to enjoy coffee at any time. This is truly impressive.
There is one thing that is bothering me, though, and that is the check-out time. When I made my reservation through booking.com, it showed the check-out time as 11:00 am. However, upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed that my actual check-out time is 10:00 am, as I am only staying for one night. I am okay with this sudden change, but it would be better if all the accurate information was displayed on the website in advance.

Location is a highlight, right by a monorail station and the Toyosu market. From the hotel, it's very easy to get around Toyosu and all the sights near Odaiba, and venture out to other parts of Tokyo easily. It's in a calming part of Tokyo and definitely without the hustle-bustle if that's what you're after. 15 mins from Haneda and 45 mins from Narita. A Lawson attached to the hotel is also fantastic! It's possible to walk to TeamLabs and Kidzania if you have kids. It is also a short taxi ride to Ginza, taxi pricing is like any major capital cities. We had the "Superior Twin Room" that turned out to be truly very spacious, for hotels in Asia especially. We traveled with 2 toddlers and worked like a charm, the room amenities are also modern and well-maintained.
A challenge is that the main door of the hotel doesn't have a loading/unloading area if you are coming by taxi or car. Our rides can only pull over on the side road, which makes loading and unloading luggage into the hotel quite a challenge if you are traveling with little kids and have several bags. But you would have no issues if you are traveling super light. The breakfast was adequate - there wasn't as much of Japanese fare like sushi or Japanese noodles as I would have expected.

The hotel boasts spacious and quiet rooms, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay. One of the highlights was the convenience store located on the ground floor, which made it easy to grab any essentials or snacks. The room itself was well-appointed, offering both a shower and a bath, which was a nice touch for relaxation. The view from the room was absolutely amazing, adding a special touch to our stay. Additionally, breakfast was included, and it was a delightful way to start the day.
One minor drawback was the inability to open the window even just a little bit, which meant we had to rely on the AC for ventilation. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive, and I would definitely recommend JAL City Tokyo Toyosu for its comfortable accommodations and convenient amenities.

The room is really nice and comfortable. The size of the room is above average for Japan. The bathroom is awesome with a great shower and a small bathtub. We were lucky to have had a room facing the center of Tokyo so that we had a really nice view at the Tokyo skyline. The breakfast was good with a large selection of eastern and western meals and the staff was welcoming and helpful.
The location of the hotel is about 30 minutes from Tokyo station by bus or by subway. The bus is severely overcrowded and sometimes it's so full you can't even get on. The wifi was below par and we ended up using mobile data instead.

Such a good hotel for visiting some surprising tourist attractions such as TeamLab, Toyosu fish market (just get up at 5.15am throw on your tracky and walk a few hundred meters to watch the tuna auction), but there’s also a large shopping centre, a high-end Edo styled restaurant area nearby and train station very close. Rooms are perfectly fine and breakfast buffet is impressive. Excellent staff who are very helpful and skilled at helping many travellers and business people.

Location is great, amazing views. Quite a big room for Tokyo standards and has everything you need. There's a convenience store next to the lobby so very easy. Close to central Tokyo but still in a more quiet and laid back area. Very nice to walk next to the water and relax. The neighborhood is quiet and great.
the carpets everywhere. Carpets in the room are a huge downside for me. The staff barely spoke any English. One night we came back and there were firefighters everywhere, we couldn't enter the hotel so we went for a walk. At 11.30 pm there was an announcement made when we were back in the hotel room but only in Japanese. We had no idea what happened and we still don't till this day.

Once we worked out where we were then used the rail system it was easy to get anywhere The property was on a new rail line that gave us access to anywhere and only a two minute walk to the nearest station Between that and the 052 bus (also a two minute walk) that got us to Tokyo station in 20 minutes there was nowhere we couldn’t access Also the hotel was extremely quiet and had an outstanding breakfast.
All good

The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The proximity to the subway station (1 km) was convenient and the fact that on rainy days we could use the U-line was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast choices were sufficient, but virtually everything was served cold, even foods in a warmer. The air intake in the bathroom had collected dust for a very long time and was not cleaned. The cold/hot water for the shower was broken. We struggled to set it at a point and maintained it for the whole week to avoid getting burned. The room had a weird smell. Too bulky furniture for such a small room.

The hotel was lovely. Close to 2 metro stations which are on a private line (trap for young players - you need a separate travel card to ride on it to the metro passes we used for the rest of the network). Very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant and very well run. Having a convenience store downstairs from the hotel was extremely convenient too.
It may have been our fault - being tired from a long flight - but we missed the entrance to the hotel and wandered around the building in the dark more than once trying to find it. Some better illuminated signage might help future guests.

We stayed at this four star hotel for three nights as the first leg of our Japan and Korea tour. Hotel is lovely, spacious rooms with good amenities. We arrived from the UK extremely jet lagged and this was a small haven before immersing ourselves fully into the Japan experience. There is a 24/7 Lawson convenience store right next to the hotel which was a god send for late night ramen and snack runs. Location wise it’s a little out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Tokyo but still a pretty convenient location to be based, especially if you enjoy a quieter vibe. We took a cab to the hotel from Haneda airport on the first day, which took around 25 minutes and cost about £40. On the return journey we took a cab to Tokyo station and then booked the bus that goes directly to the airport (we were flying on to Seoul from Narita). Airport Bus TYO-NRT operates a bus from Tokyo Station Yaesu South Exit to Narita Airport Terminal 1 every 20 minutes. The closest tube stop to the hotel is Shijo-Mae (a 5 min walk) and you will most likely have to change at Toyosu to get to places. The area is close to teamlabs borderless if you are going there (which we recommend). We arrived a little earlier than anticipated and were able to check in about 2-3 hours earlier for a fee of around £25 which seemed worth it in our jet lagged states. Reception staff were lovely and courteous throughout. We had to pay in cash but luckily there is in ATM at the convenience store next door, although it does charge a small fee each time you withdraw (so do it all at once if you can!) We stayed in a twin room which in comparison to the subsequent hotels we’ve stayed at seems huge in hindsight! We had a lovely partial city view looking out toward the docks and there was a big window looking out to this. We were given two fresh bottles of water each day, plus some nice amenities like razors hair brushes and toothbrushes. Shower gel and shampoo and conditioner were also provided in bottles.
Now to the bits that could be improved (but not sure if actually possible) - wattage for my hairdryer seemed limited and so did a few of the USB charging ports, however the latter seemed to be resolved when I used my usual plug and adapter instead of plugging directly into the USB ports. The lift is also a little slow.
