If you are attending any event at Tokyo Big Sight, this hotel is basically directly across the street and about a 5 minute walk, hence very convenient.

The check-in is done essentially entirely by a computer terminal check-in process - they have about 4-5 of them that are actually set up IN FRONT of the hotel check-in counter itself, which makes it rather inconvenient to actually approach and talk to the staff at the counter. However, one of the staff came and helped me through the check-in process without me even having to ask, so that was very helpful.

The location is superb and only a few minutes away from Tokyo Big Sight with restaurants, a convenience store and amenity vending machines within the hotel building which made buying everyday essentials incredibly easy. There is also an electric scooter/bicycle station close by to quickly go to nearby attractions like teamLab. Also, soundproofing was great so you're guaranteed a good night's sleep!

I found it difficult to figure out certain rules for the hotel like if I was able to put used towels outside the door or if it was something I had to make a request for. Staff were able to help us, but it would've been nice if there were separate instructions within the rooms for those who are staying for longer than one or two nights.

We stayed here in February after a disaster hotel in Akihabara and booked last minute, Managed a twin and double next to each other on a high floor. Not too much to do at night at this location which is perfect if you want a little peace and quiet away from the city which is only a 15 minute trip on the driverless train. Amenities were great just the double was a little small compared to the twin room which was huge. The double was the Japanese standard size so expected

Fantastic room equipment, bathroom supplies and GREAT FILTERED COFFEE! I even requested more from housekeeping who were happy to help. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They also have perfect luggage storage facilities for before or after you leave. Must try: supplied coffee and would suggest opt for the rooms with wooden floors, very enjoyable

Wish breakfast was included for the price. Single Room size only suitable for 1 person (no luggage storage in room) Some people might find the beds hard but it was ok

This hotel was very reasonably priced and in an awesome location with a railway station just across the forecourt. The rooms were small as expected but the view was absolutely amazing and we slept with the curtains open to watch the view change.

The bed and pillows were a little hard and only 1 pillow each. The rooms were dated but didn’t notice because of the beautiful view.

Property was clean and comfortable, everyone was nice. Subway right in front of property.

We stayed here because of the Tokyo Marathon expo being next store. The location isn’t great otherwise for a tourist. Glad we only booked one night and moved, it seems more like a business district.

ROOM IS VERY GOOD. GOOD LOCATION FOR CONNECTING ALL METRO STATIONS IF PROVIDED MORE USB PORT IN THE ROOM FOR MOBILE CHARRING IT IS WELL AND GOOD.

IN RESTAURAENT IF INDIAN FOOD PROVIDED IT WILL BE WELL AND GOOD. PER PERSON CHARGE IS TOO HIGH, KINDLY CONSIDER FOR REDUCING THE BREAK FAST RATE

Convenient (20mins by taxi) for Haneda airport, short walk to two stations (only a few stops to Odaiba), a convenient store in the same building, value for money

Limousine buses to Haneda airport weren’t available before 7:30am but it’s not their fault.

Spacious, clean and reasonably priced room, nice location near train station and restaurants, helpful staff in sending our baggages to next hotel

Long queue in reception, limited English communication of hotel staff

Convenient, close from Yurikamome station, friendly staff, offered family room at an affordable price point, decent breakfast buffet (also Macdonald’s in the same building).

We only had one flat pillow each. It was hard to get comfortable after a long day.
