Where do I even start? Extremely clean place, has vending machines and microwaves on several floors for those who want to buy their own food (lawson and 7-11 and familymart are nearby) and breakfast and welcome drinks for those who don't. Room has pajamas and slippers and you can grab any extra toiletries (or coffee or tea) you need from reception any time. Wifi is good and there are american, european and usb sockets in the room aplenty, plus multijack cord. Staff is helpful and so so nice. Huge mall across the street with eateries and shops and puppies (I'm serious). TeamLab Planets and Science museum are couple of stops away, a 20-minutes ride to Shimbashi will then get you to any other sight in Tokyo

The room is a bit small for two people and doesn't have a wardrobe

We had to attend an exhibition at Tokyo Big Sight and the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the venue. Furthermore, the exhibition site is quite near the hotel, and we could easily walk to it. Provision of complimentary welcome drinks in the lobby area is a nice gesture.

Our stay was for 5 nights and during that duration the deep cleaning service wasn't effective. Our bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Some variation in breakfast would be welcome. Had the same items on offer for 5 days straight.

The hotel is right in front of the GYM-EX Exhibition Hotel and nestled in a quiet corner of Ariake even though there was a fire station right next to the hotel. The hotel was opened in early 2020 right at the start of the pandemic so it still looks and feel new which was good for us. We chose the hotel because it was near Odaiba and we wanted to try somewhere less touristy. Ariake was a good choice, open and clean without the hustle and bustle of places like Shibuya or Shinjuku, especially if you have kids. The superior triple room was a great choice for 3 of us as we each had our own bed. The toilet and bathroom was spacious and I had a small space to charge my electronics. What was appreciated was USB charging ports right next to our head boards. Checking in was easy and checking out was even easier. Amenities were available on the front desk and you can help yourself when you need it. Staff was great and helpful and if you're early to check in, you can help yourself to free drinks. There's a Lawson nearby about less than 10 mins away and a Family Mart slightly further away or a Mini Stop right behind Ariake Garden for you kombini lovers. There's vending machines and laundry machines on some floors which is extremely helpful. Oh and by the way, the nearest train station is Ariake-Tennis-no-mori Station on the Yurikamome line. Don't stop at Ariake Station because it's quite a walk if you have luggage (lesson learned).

The only thing lacking is a coin change machine at the laundry area. That would have helped alot because I had to break my 1000 yens and brought too much drinks 😆 We regret not being able to go for the hotel's breakfast. Also, the neighbourhood is a tad too quiet but we like it.

The hotel is very modern, including self checkin machines, and the rooms were also well equipped. Each floor had ironing equipment (including boards) for guest to use. For us this was great since we had spent the previous week in South Korea and we were able to use the washing machines on the 6th and 12th floors (some of them were broken/not working). The wifi also worked nicely, however you need a separate network for the lobby/breakfast. Very close to the hotel there is the Ariake Garden Mall with a ton of great food options and a large supermarket. The closest public transportation was the bus stop in front of the mall, but the train station was also within walking distance. Either of these connects you easily to the rest of Tokyo.

The breakfast had some variety and the staff was friendly. I could not really understand the coupon approach (bringing one printed coupon per person for breakfast) instead of the usual list of rooms that include breakfast, only an issue when you realize on the ground floor that you forgot them in your room and have to go back. Another thing that we missed, although it was visible, was that the last order was at 9:30 even if the breakfast area was open until 10:00. The staff that received us in one of the days was about to refuse us entry even though it was exactly 9:30 on the second.

One of the best "non-luxury" hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff was friendly and spoke English, everything in this hotel still felt like-new and everything was really clean. The room was really quiet, amenities were provided as a self-service as to not waste what you don't need. Check-in was quick and easy and the hotel offers baggage drop-off before check-in and after check-out. The breakfast was a mix of different cultural influences but clearly geared towards Japanese guests. Everything on the buffet was fresh and delicious. Hotel is only three minutes away from Tokyo Garden Theater.

The location the hotel is not at all a spot a tourist would ever want to be, except for going to an event in any of the surrounding venues. There is just nothing to see or do in Ariake and it takes quite a while to go to the actual city by train.

There is free shuttle from Haneda airport. Very handy to have after a long international flight. The reception is really helpful. They help me filled out the form for luggage transfer. The breakfast was good value. The room is clean and there was daily room cleaning during our stay. The bed was super comfortable. We were able to recharge at the hotel after a long day out. It is 7 minutes walking to small world and easily accessible to Odaiba. The laundry is handy to have.

The location is a bit far to the train station for a young child.

Newer hotel with larger than average hotel room in the same price level in Tokyo. Adjustable A/C is the best because most Tokyo hotels are central AC with super hot temp set(at least to me). Room is very clean and cozy. The location is good and in the newer and quieter community, just 1 metro stop away from the Toyosu fish market.

Onsite parking spots are very limited. It is run by a 3 party and you get discounted rate when you validate ticket with the hotel front desk(1500 yen/day), but not reserved and only reserved for the hotel. You get very low chance to get a spot if you come back at night. There is another parking lot 2 blocks away, which costs 3000yen/day.

Conveniently located in walking distance to Toyosu Market (and the tuna auction - my reason for staying there). There is also a large shopping center with a nice food court and restaurants around the corner. Automated check-in worked well. Some free tea etc. in the lobby in the evening. The room was well appointed. Excellent value for money.

Convenient for Tokyo Big Sight, Toyosu Market, and a few other sights, but wouldn't recommend location-wise for a longer stay to visit all of Tokyo.

Lovely hotel affordable price. Rooms were small but we were expecting this in Tokyo. Location was fairly far from the city centre, but with the train station so close by we were able to travel around very easily. Staff were very accommodating to us and our two small children. Gave us a packed breakfast for our early morning checkout and flight. They also allowed us to check in slightly earlier. Hotel and rooms were very clean.

one day breakfast was very busy and the food ran out quickly. by the next day this was rectified and there was plentiful food. My children struggled with the breakfast choices, having been used to Western Style Cereals etc, but us two adults were happy with the choice.
