The location is close to Daiba, where the gundam statue is, joypolis, mall, etc. We liked the friendly staff who tried to help us out with an upgrade. But unfortunately they could not provide us a room that was bigger. We did not find it a negative as it was our mistake in the first place and they really went into calculus mode to figure something out for us. And they did withing their limits. It was basically almost fully booked, so we had to change rooms 3 times. So if you have a problem and they can fix it, they would definitely help you out to solve it! Big thanks to the staff again! The place is very pretty and modern.

The only negative I can think of is that the location is not perfect when you want to travel to the other plaes like Shibuya, Asakusa, Akihabara, etc. It takes a long time.

Being small the hotel felt very private and quiet. Checking in and out was very fast and efficient. The room was dated but comfortable. The bedding was just the way I like it..not too soft..not too hard. The hotel was very clean (sadly we got a smoking room as that is all they had. so our floor smelt of tobacco and air purifier) The breakfast was decent...nothing too fancy. The buffet was not extravagant but had hearty meals that could easily make you go without a heavy lunch.

The restaurant was too small. There were people waiting in line for al ong time to get in to the restaurant. So breakfast always felt rushed. The breads in the breakfast buffet were ice cold. So it took a while to heat them up as everyone was trying to do so using two small toaster ovens. The common area toilets were way too dark but was clean and smelled fresh.

All the staffs were super kind and professional. Great localization, about 7min by foot to tokyo big sight station. Great value parking. Shower was potent and great size of towels. Wanna sum that couple of days before my checkin, I asked them if it would be possible to them to lend me a hair iron, in case I needed it. When I arrived at my room, they already had left one hair iron for me there. It was thoughtful and kind of them.

Nothing in specific. I am pretty satisfied with everything.

Location is amazing!! Walking distance from the main attractions in Odaiba and still in a quiet and calm area. It was very convenient and of great value. Room was good and pretty modern with a lot of mirrors and a nice desing. The bathroom is large and cool.

I was a little confused with its entrance. There is a huge building right next to it that at first seemed to be the same building but it was definetely not; I didn't know if I should park before check in or pull over at the entrance first. At the end, I found out I could have gotten into the (paid) parking lot and then check in. The other thing I wasn't very happy about it is that we booked a three-bed-bedroom and the third bed wasn't a real one so even though it was not bad, it wasn't as comfortable as a real bed.

The best hotel during our 2 weeks stay in Japan. Super clean and quite big room according to the Japanese standards with spacious bed. Efficient ac, wifi, free mineral water for each day, quiet room, nice area outside (be aware that Odaiba is located on the outskirts of Tokyo, but well connected to the city with public transport). Best breakfast with variety of choices in both Japanese and western style. Friendly and helpful staf.

The hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious and the hotel was in close proximity to everything including transport and shops. I found the cost was great value for money. I will definitely book again.

What a fine hotel in a perfect location, right in the heart of Tokyo! The staffs were so cordial and attentive to whatever we needed during our three-night stay there. Not to mention, they would speak quite well in English so there’s no need to worry about language barrier. 👍

The breakfast was very good and the hotel COVID policy meant you had to take the buffet back to your room to eat it. I felt that was a safe measure, even though it was a little sad to be eating alone. The room itself was excellent, with all the amenities you would need and a nice view of the courtyard.

On the whole I was very pleased with the hotel, but if I had to say something negative, it was a little far from the station, but that is partly because Odaiba itself is so spread out.

Clean room, it covers basic room amenities which is perfect for me, friendly staff and very near to a nice park where I can run over the bridge and enjoy the view of Sakura flowers

the location was really nice - just next to yumeno ohashi bridge which is really good place to have a few laps of running. it is about 5minutes to the nearest train station which is good. the room we had had little space to move around for 2 persons but it is nice. breakfast is great and the staff is really helpful.
