location, luxury hotel, great view from room, great concierge function (store luggage, arrange transport to airport etc
staff at the seaview deck was arrogant, make us feel like we should be on our knees to be there. First day we were sent away 20.30 because it closes at 21.00 (we only wanted to enjoy the view), the second day at 20.00 we were asked to leave our front row seats 'because there was s reservation(????). We grudgingly moved seats enjoyed our drinks and then: nobody csme, the seats remained unused. When we asked the waiter he said 'it was last minute cancelled'. I was expecting an apology, felt treated as a second rate hotel guest. After a week back home I am still angry when I think about thst situation.

Our room was upgraded to the IHG club floor, which was spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed. We had very pleasant, open views of Tokyo Bay. Although in a quiet part of town, the hotel is a short drive from Ginza and is close two two Tokyo Metro stations, including Hamamatsucho, a major interchange to which the hotel provides free shuttle bus services. The hotel is also close to Rainbow Bridge for easy access to the eastern parts of Tokyo, and there are two very picturesque nearby parks. The variety and quality of restaurants in the hotel is also strong, although our trip was too short to enjoy this fully. Finally, the ferry and cruise terminal is nearby which is helpful for those looking to explore Tokyo's outer islands. Good value for Central Tokyo, too.
We were surprised by the hotel's lack of gym and spa, although the coastal roads nearby are good running spots and made up for this somewhat. There are also limited eating options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Excellent view, breathtaking really, at least in our room, the best we had after Kuala Lumpur. When you opened the door, the bay panorama stroke you beautifully : the water of the bay, guarded by skyscrapers, bridges in the background and Tokyo Sky Tree on the left, I could not get enough of it. Very quiet clean room, fantastic beds, nice bathroom, four very fast elevators, I can not find anything to complain about. The price was a bit high (comparing to other 5 stars hotels, it was very cheap), but the location and the facilities worth it completely. The breakfast was good, maybe if it had more diversity, would be great. The food is the best quality, in fact the food was the best quality everywhere in Tokyo. But what is the most asset of this place is the way we were treated. The staff was above everything we expected, very efficiently, prompt, helpful and extremely polite.
To be fair, I should tell about the negative things. There were not bad things there. Maybe breakfast was a little stereotypical, but I honestly can not find anything else.

Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds and beddings, excellent view and a lounge access from the higher priced rooms, luggage storage if you are away for a few days. Delicious breakfast with a good selection of both the food and drinks. Extremely attentive, helpful and pleasant staff.
Low budget toiletries, coffee in the room only for a charge, no pool, sauna etc. and poorly equipped gym. Also, it can be sensed that the place requires some revitalization, especially equipment in the room bears signs of aging.

Our room was not ready on our lunchtime arrival, as we had lounge access we were able to wait there and enjoy tea and coffee for 30minutes. The room was on 24th floor with great views. All staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was in a nice location within walking distance of the train station. The bed was comfortable and the room along with the hotel extremely clean. We ate in the restaurant and all food throughout our stay was excellent with a good choice.

The room was very large (although we were upgraded). We decided to stay an extra few days in Tokyo before heading home to Australian after a 3 1/2 week trip to Japan. This was the perfect finish. Absolutely stunning views of the river and close to the Monorail.
Was a little far away from the centre of Tokyo but you can't have it all!!! The Breakfast, although delicious, was very expensive. Perhaps a little local information could be included, ie where to eat away from the hotel and what is nearby to visit.

I like the staff professionalism and efficiency. Our stay went very smoothly and the room was amazing. The full trip was my Christmas gift to my fiance and at the end, when I told him it was our last breakfast at the hotel he got emotional because we really love our routine there. Thank you to all the staff.
There is nothing I did not like. My fiancé and I were very happy of the stay.

The staff were really friendly and really were the standout feature of the hotel. There was a direct walking route to two nearby stations so it was the right mix of being close to the centre of Tokyo whilst feeling separate next to the bay.
The breakfast options could have been a bit more extensive given the size of the hotel.
