The hotel doesn't have much in terms of facilities (no sauna, bath, onsen or the like and no restaurant either, it's breakfast only), but the room and the bed were the most comfortable ones out of all the hotels I stayed jn Japan. I don't even know why, but I got some really restful sleep there, which is the most important thing about a hotel. The smaller rooms they have (1 double bed) are absolutely perfect for a single person. For 2 people I can only recommend them if you're traveling very light, and even then it's probably better to take one of their bigger rooms. It's also located in such a way that you can walk to both Akihabara and Asakusa (or easily take the train) and you can get to Shibuya and shinjuku in 30 mins using only 1 train line, which was amazingly.

The Twin Room was very much sufficient for our needs. We were a family of 2 adults and 1 7-year old. Given that space may be tight for our luggage and there was no closet, the beds were so comfortable and all the nooks and crannies in the room were utilized with functionality. Location is also excellent. The bus station and nearest train station (Shin Okachimachi) is a 5-minute short walk away from the hotel and can be accessible via the quaint covered market street "Satake Shopping Street". This street is just behind the hotel and houses a local supermarket and several restaurants.

Worth the price. Friendly and helpful customer service, clean and good breakfast. The front desk is able to communicate in simple English which is good enough. They helped us to call taxi and send luggages to other hotel using local logistic service. The room size is acceptable for couple with 2 big luggages.

Traveller need to take note on the public transport metro stations located around. You may need to transit to another service line for some tourist hotspot or walk to Ueno Station.

Very clean room and bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the blinds made it nice and dark to sleep. Location is good, away from the crowds of Shinjuku or Shibuya, but easy access to multiple train stations to get around.

The room is small, we are a couple travelling with one medium sized suitcase and with the case open there was little room to move. If you plan on only using the room to sleep and not spend too much time there, it's not a problem though. There are only 2 washing machines in the laundry. After trying a couple of times to use them we gave up and went to the coin laundry down the street.

Super comfortable room and bed, with good lighting, USB ports, and various amenities in the room. I love the clean and accessible bathroom. Location is decent, it's in a quiet area near Ueno, located 3 mins walk next to Shin-Okachimachi station, which is a station with direct connections to the airport so it's quite convenient. Near so many konbinis.

While Shin-Okachimachi is a decent station, you will have to change line or walk more to nearby lines to get to most popular spots in town, which can increase your travel time by quite a bit.

The hotel is full of many facilities, clean and look modern. But there are many type of room, if you selected the cheap one, you may get the small one.But acceptable for the hotel in Tokyo. Some staff could speak and communicated fluently.

The location and the staffs. The location of the hotel quite complex for the foreigners. The location quite far from Ueno station but just a minute away from Okachimachi station, if you choose the correct train line ( pink line) and the exit. some staffs aren’t communicate fluently,so they might not give an answer your questions.

A cozy, quiet and clean room we enjoyed for our 7-day stay in Tokyo. Staff was very polite and helpful. Great location, especially for the Asakusa, Akihabara area with fast connections for the whole city.

Nothing. Just keep in mind rooms all around Japan are smaller than what European and US travelers are used to. This one was the biggest we had out of all the rooms we stayed in Japan. So this is actually a plus.

It was a great stay at this hotel! We are really satisfied with everything! Staff People at reception were very nice and helped a lot on various topics - luggage forwarding to the next city, help with the safe box in the room, providing umbrella for rainy times Room - We took the twin room with 2 beds, it was enough space for us but to note - there are not a lot of free space left for 2 baggages, also no shelf to hang the clothes, just a couple of hangers. - very comfy bed, pillows and blankets - great bathroom, tea in the room Other facilities - hotel breakfast was delicious, you take the food in the first floor in the container and pick up to your room. fruits, chicken, croissants, pasta salad - everything you need to start a day. We bought breakfast not for the full stay, only for couple of days and mixed it with having a breakfast at cafes - ice machine in the hotel - you can buy water at the reception at a reasonable price Location 2-3 min walk to Oedo subway line, but 10-15min walk to Yamanote line and 10-15 min to Ginza line, which we mostly used to reach other districts/main touristic locations. Might be a bit far for some people. Very nice and calm district to live and walk

Everything was great for us

Staff was accommodating. Breakfast adequate but surprised there was no yoghurt and minimal fruit. I have traveled around the globe and never experienced a breakfast buffet without yoghurt. It was truly sufficient - however - and missing yoghurt for a week was no problem. Room cleaning was a mystery as when we wanted only towels we got a full cleaning and were unclear on the eco-approach as it didn't work as described (every 3 days). Just a bit confusing.

Quite sufficient for our needs as I was traveling with my 19 yr old G-niece and didn't want to spend more. Other family members at a 5 star hotel and too costly for me. Staff was very good especially in breakfast area. Ladies were very accomodating and friendly. Overall no major concerns and it worked for our budget and needs.

They offered a breakfast buffet for about $10. It was mostly American food which was what I was looking for. It was nice to have the option because it seemed hard to find breakfast in Tokyo.

Each bed had 2 pillows. One was too flat and soft and the other was too hard and tall.
