The room was small but well laid-out, with an adequate desk for working and a comfortable bed. No view out the window (facing a blank wall next door) but at least letting in plenty of light. The hotel is within walking distance of Hamamatsucho Station, which is both the Tokyo terminus of the monorail from Haneda Airport anda station on the Yamanote Line that circumnavigates central Tokyo, so quite convenient.

The breakfast room was a bit crowded for the first half-hour after opening each morning, so learned to go later. The breakfast is more Japanese style than some business hotels, but IMHO that's a plus.

This is very well situated for the monorail to Haneda. Also, within 15 minutes walk you have Zojoji temple, Tokyo Tower, Hamarikyu Gardens and Kyu Shiba Rikyu Gardens. The Yamanote line will also get you to most of the main tourist attractions. The room itself is very small; however we found it to be so well designed that we didn't mind the size. It was very clean and had a fresh, modern appearance. The staff on reception were very friendly. As there were three of us, we had to book two rooms, but it was such good value that the total was the same as a family room we had elsewhere in the city.

Small room, but this is quite normal for Japan.

Very nice super comfy and full equipped hotel in the middle of one of the financial districts of Tokyo (Minato – Hamamatsucho), with a lot of stores and restaurants, very well connected to Yamanato train line and the Haneda’s airport, so I really recommended for both business trips but also for tourists due to its comfort and connectivity. Besides, the room service was also amazing and very personalized. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I felt comfortable staying at this hotel. The rooms are well equipped, seem new and clean. The hotel staff is also kind and helpful. Overall I’m satisfied with this hotel and recommend it everyone.

The bathtub is a little bit small (can’t stretch your legs), especially for those who like taking bath for long. However, there’s a huge selection of bath salts near the front desk, so you can try different ones every day. The window faces to the next building, so there no natural light even during daytime. I spent there only two nights, so I didn’t really mind, but I wouldn’t chose this hotel if I need to be in Tokyo for a week or so.

This is very much what you'd expect from a Tokyo short-stay hotel - clean, functional, easy check in, great staff. But the location is 100% the selling point - only a few minutes' walk from Hamamatsucho (for the Haneda airport monorail) and the same distance to Daimon metro station which has excellent links for Ginza, Shibuya, Asakusa, etc. Also loved the availability of luggage storage for after checkout.

Bit of a shame the hotel didn't have stock of Metro passes when I stayed, something I was hoping to pick up. But then I should have messaged in advance.

Friendly staff, good food, room was confortable, location wqs good, near to most attractions. The best part was the bathroom, that sirprised me the most and also the business table, it’s a really good table for work

the window had no view (facing a wall) and some parts of the room were dusty ( not common area but places like the top of the TV). The ethernet connectivity was abit unstable, the wifi had better convectively

Nothing particularly special but it was definitely nice and clean and suited my needs perfectly. I just stayed here for my last night in Japan because it’s conveniently located to Shinagawa station for the bullet train and monorail to Haneda airport. Excellent location in that sense, not so much for sightseeing, but of course the hotel is intended for business travelers so nothing wrong with that - it’s great for a short stay for convenient travel.

Good location, close to three different train lines, convenience store and supermarket which is 24 h open; small but comfortable room. Free choice of pillows according to your preference and free bath salt for enjoying japanese bath.

The room I stayed hat a window facing to neighboring building so I couldn’t see much outside and I needed room lights on during the day as well, but that was not a big problem as I was outside almost all day.

Location is great; it's convenient to take Tokyo monorail from Haneda airport to the destination Hamamatsucho. Staff is kind and warm to provide sufficient support. It's quiet in room; almost cannot hear sound from outside. Bathroom is big enough to take a good shower.

No. Everything is fine.
