Hotel location was excellent - near railway station and monorail from Haneda Airport, also near subway. All employees were gentle and supported us in any question, I asked for needles with thread and they provided immediately, all our questions were answered. On 1st floor there is zone looks like cafe - for breakfast and also you can sit there any time in the day for work or have FOC cup of tea. Everywhere there are instructions! Hotel has magic shampoo and hair conditioner - I even wanted to buy it and they have possibility for that.
Actually nothing, still you need to consider that rooms are small, nevertheless all you need is inside. Hotel has specific pillows, they are very hard, still there is an option to take another on reception.

I wanted to leave feedback as I left in a hurry (due to oversleeping from jetlag) and didn't get a chance to return a completed feedback form. I only stayed for one night before moving on to a different part of the country, but I was so thoroughly impressed by the service I received that I felt the hotel deserved feedback in some form or another! This hotel is similar to most other 'budget' hotels you'd see in other parts of the world, but it is a cut above the ones I've been to - the room was small but immaculately clean, quiet, and had a fantastic view of the city, including Tokyo Tower! The blinds were also excellent, completely blacking out the light, which was handy when I needed a nap after checking in. Additionally, there were also nice touches like there being a choice of pillows of varying sizes and densities to suit different preferences and sleeping styles, and a charging cable being made available in the room for guests. What really shone through, however, was the level of service offered by the staff. Both the front desk and cleaning staff were extremely polite, friendly, and eager to help. The staff also went above and beyond what was expected of them, making room in the unused cafe so I could have a place to sit and rest after my long flight and recommending local restaurants I could have dinner at (and even giving me a map showing where I could find them). Overall, the staff made me feel welcome and very well taken care of, so top marks to them!
As my flight arrived at 7:15am, it would have been nice to have the option to check in early, especially given it was a 16 hour flight - I appreciate this might not be feasible within the hotel's business plan, though, given they seemed to have a high volume of guests at all times.

My group of 5 booked 3 rooms here January 12-14th. We had arrived at Haneda earlier that day and took the Tokyo Monorail from the airport directly to the Hamamatsuchō Station. Super Hotel Hamamatsuchō is only a few blocks from the station, and it was about a 5-7 minute walk. The check-in was very easy and the staff was helpful and lovely! The rooms are cozy and include the kettles, coffee and tea, and precise heating/cooling climate control along with soaking tubs. The beds will include some basic pillows but one awesome feature of this hotel is the selection of sealed pillows you can use for specific needs! You can find these in the lobby along with free room amenities such as toothbrushes, razors, bath salts, etc. They also have a daily happy hour with a complimentary choice from a range of non-alcoholic and adult beverages. The washer/dryers are also very handy. Since it was our first morning there and we flew from the US, we were of course up at 5am so thankfully there were many 24-hr convenience store options nearby. :D

Comfortable bed. You can collect your pillow at reception. I liked the sustainable environmental policy. We didn't try breakfast. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the subway and a 10-minute walk from the railway (very convenient if you are traveling to/from Haneda). I recommend purchasing the day pass for Tokyo (called "tokyo free kippu"), which allows you to travel on all subways, buses, and JR.
The room is very small and you can hear noisy neighbors. The light in the corridor should be adjusted to on/off rather than switching on for any motion detected.

Close to train station, they offer daily cleaning and change of towels. The TV inside the room is really big. They give out some additional beauty products for women such a facemasks, body creams and oils👌
We booked the breakfast but didn't really enjoyed it costed us 1500 yen per person per day but they only offer some salads, bread and pasta. With that money we could have found something better outside. It is a good option if you don't want to lose time looking for breakfast it the street though.

Very clean and modern. Although the space is small, it's very efficient and well designed so that you have everything you need. It was great for what we needed for one night. Nice modern bathroom. Very close to a train line and close to the monorail to Haneda airport. It was also a few stops away from Tokyo station which made it very convenient to catch the bullet train. You can store your bags during the day. Staff was very nice.
No major complaints - pillow could have been more comfortable if I'm nitpicking.

Friendly and accommodating staff Very close to Hamamatsucho Station which is directly connected to Haneda Airport by the Monorail. The location was Superb 10 Minutes from Tokyo Tower and a lot of Restaurants close. The room was a little small but exactly what I expected, especially when you're pretty much dead center in Tokyo. The breakfast offering is also very good.
My only real complaint is about the pillow, that was quite uncomfortable.

Great location, very easy to get around. Quiet location yet a stone’s throw to lots of restaurants and bars. Very efficient hotel, straightforward check in and check out. No key card-given a number to unlock room door and to access hotel main entrance between 12am-7am.
Room was small, probably smallest on our stay around Japan. But, perfectly adequate for a short stay and little time spent in room, so as a place to sleep whilst in Tokyo, it was fine!

The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was not big, but it was good. The option of Japanese soup or a shake as a type of breakfast entree was good. The hotel was fairly close to Hammamatschuo station, the endpoint for the monorail from Haneda airport into downtown. It was a bit of a hike (10 minutes?) with luggage, but not bad. Be sure that you have it mapped out before leaving the station. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores around.
The double room was very small--not much room to open a suitcase or to hang clothes. That's not a complaint--the Booking description and photos were clear--but it is a confirmation of the fact. Still, I would stay there again, certainly for an overnight. According to my reservation with Booking, breakfast was supposed to be included; but it wasn't. Not a terrible mix up, but not a plus.

The hotel had a great location being a short distance from the subway and train station. There were many restaurants in the area and the nearest convience store was a short 3 minute walk away. The room had great space in the bedroom area and restroom, with a good space table and a comfortable bed. Check in and baggage storage was easy and quick with staff being very attentive and even one staff member knowing spanish.
The WiFi would be slow and give out every few minutes.
