Well presented - has handy convenience store at ground level. Has most things a "business hotel" would have - and then some. The rooms (characteristic of this type of hotel) are small, but quiet, and very clean. If you are a smoker, they also still have smoking rooms (on a separate floor, so you don't notice). Hamamatsuocho is very well located from monorail, Yamanote loop, and subway.

The location is just a little too far a walk with suitcases, and too short a drive to get a taxi. Don't expect great views (you might be lucky).

Excellent location convenient to a train from Narita or monorail from Haneda plus a nearby JR station and Daimon subway stop. Nice walking in the neighborhood to a temple and parks around Tokyo Tower. Lots of good food and drink options nearby. Family Mart right next door, food options and an ATM. My 3rd stay here at my goto Tokyo location.

Rooms are small and may be cramped for some but OK for me.

Very clean room. Small but perfect for one person. If you’re a party of two persons with two big suitcases then it will be a bit challenging. It would be better if you take what you need in one suitcase and leave one of the suitcases at the lobby. The rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. Please note that the check out time is 10 AM. It is a 5 min walk to the metro station and 7 minutes walk to the monorail which takes you to HND airport in less than 20 minutes.

Perfect stay for a solo traveler. The stay: Quick, Convenient, Comfortable. The bed was perfect and the uniquely designed curved bed frame/bedside table made for a very comfortable night. The location was close and within walking distance to various(all) local train stations(lines).

Single check-in staff at front desk was not welcoming at all. Was curt, seemed liked to me that she did not like working there or had the wrong attitude in contrast with the rest of the hotel atmosphere.

The room was very clean and staff were very nice plus WIFI is free. This location is a few minute walk from the Hamamatsucho station (JR line) and Tokyo monorail (JR pass) with a direct route to the Haneda airport. There are a lot of restaurants/shops at nearby stations including Shimbashi station, Shinagawa station, Tokyo Station, etc. Tokyo Tower and Prince Shiba Park are both nearby within walking distance.

This hotel is a bit pricey for one night. I would recommend splitting the room with a friend or spouse if possible and booking far in advance to potentially get a cheaper price. The hotel front doors lock for a few hours really early in the morning from 3:00am - 5:00am (please double check on the hours), so be aware if you are wanting to stay out really late.

Quiet location, not too far from the subway and only a little farther from the train. Room was well laid out, for the space given. Normal Japanese sized bath.

A little closer to the train and subway would be convenient. Didn't enjoy lugging the luggage. Not much to do in the immediate area, which can be a blessing.

Good location to Shibuya, Ginza, Asakusa area by subway. Lawson is next to the reception, it’s very convenient to buy foods for breakfast.

The room is quite small to take out of stuffs from suit case unless you put it on the bed.
