Room was very clean, nicely fitted and spacious (for Japanese standards). Staff was very helpful and spoke very good English. They allowed me to keep my luggage before and after of my stay, so that I could get some extra freedom to walk around without carrying a bag.

The location is about 7 minutes away from the Shinbashi Station, which was perfectly fine for me but might be tricky for families with kids. It was a bit noisy from the main street a few blocks away, which again - was fine for me as I usually sleep with ear plugs on. Some might also be bothered by the construction area next to the hotel (as of December 2023).

Excellent experience and value for money! We spent 8 nights at this hotel. Beforehand, I was a little hesitant about the room sizes, but they were more than fine. In our standard room, we had enough room for 4 pieces of luggage (2 large, 2 smaller ones). The beds are comfortable and suitable for taller people. The room has all the amenities and functionalities you need, and everything is provided. There are also some complementary additional amenities available near the reception. We had a corner room with a stunning view of Tokyo Tower! The room was cleaned thoroughly every second day. The staff are more than helpful! The lounge room on the 12th floor was also amazing! There is a coffee machine, microwave, and a big tea selection. The location is also absolutely perfect! Shimbashi is a cool neighborhood, with a 10-minute walk to the metro station. Although there were 2 active construction sites right next to the hotel, it was quiet and peaceful. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel has a very very friendly staffs. Also they all can communicate in English. Also the staffs are very helpful. They also help me sending luggages to other cities using takyubin. This hotel has many amenities, we can take bath salt as many as we want. On the top floor it has many kind of teas and coffees. There are 2 train stations nearby. Also just a short walk to see Tokyo tower. There are several convenience stores nearby. Also there is Coco Ichibanya Curry near the hotel.

Only one elevator, but that's not a problem since the elevator is fast. Also the room is too small if you stay with a family with a lot of luggages.

Lovely hotel and excellent location. LOF HOTEL Shimbashi is located a few minutes walk from Shimbashi JR station, one of the major transportation hub and entrainment area, and 20 min walk from Ginza District. The immediate area has plenty of restaurants, shops and convenience stores. The bathroom has decent quality face and body soap, shampoo and conditioner, as well as free amenities like toothbrush, hair brush, body lotions and PJ’s. The room has an air freshener, TV, small fridge, clothes hangers on the wall (no closet) and hair dryer. Temperature control is good and lighting is adequate, though it would be good to have a dedicated bedside light. There’s a great selection of free tea bags, coffee made by Costa Coffee machine (from 6am to 11am), fresh and cold water, and a user-friendly microwave to warm up food and drinks. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. There are two coin-operated wash-dryers.

The room is miniscule and seem to be fit for midgets. Realistically, it fits only one person with small hand luggage or briefcase. There is simply no space for a normal-size bag; neither is there space to actually stand up and walk. The bathroom is closet-size. Room service is once a week, unless you pay an additional fee for it. However, you can ask for clean towels as much as you wish at the reception.

First time travelling to Tokyo, Japan with my wife and 4yo son. First impression of the hotel - modern, minimalist and comfortable. I really appreciate the hotel's location to the convenience store, and walking distance to ginza. The staff were very helpful and I particularly enjoy the complimentary coffee machine on the 12th floor "living room" space where there is a microwave and laundry area. Would definitely recommend first time travellers here.

The space of the room was quite restrictive, that being said we had two single beds for two adults and one child. But the moderate pricing of the room makes up for it. To be honest I don't really have anything I didn't like..

The location was great has a few convenience stores nearby (family mart and 7/11). It's also a 10-15 mins walk to Shimbaishi station which has a lot of izakaya and food places to eat. I was grateful that I got the room view of Tokyo tower, the room meets my expectations. It's a 10 mins walk to Tokyo tower, you can get a view of the tower from the lounge on the 12th floor, the hotel provides hot/cold distilled water, a coin-operated dryer, and a washer for your laundry purposes. They also provide a range of tea and coffee and also a microwave oven to use and a vending machine on the 1st floor.

It will be great if the TV could be adjusted so that it faces the bed.

I'd read reviews saying the LOF Hotel was far from Shimbashi Station. It was only a 15 minute walk so not too far. It's actually in a nice, quiet part of Shimbashi, away from the busy restaurant / bar area (but close enough to easily walk to this area). The hotel was modern and comfortable. Check in and check out were smooth. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room itself (a 16m 'Standard' Double room) was large (for Tokyo), quiet, sleakly decorated with everything I required including a safe, Flat screen TV, kettle, private bathroom, bath products etc. The bed was large and comfortable. Housekeeping was done every 4 days to keep the room price down but I could put my garbage out for collection every day. The top floor lounge was comfortable, had a fantastic view of Tokyo Tower and great (free) coffee in the morning. I really enjoyed my stay at the LOF Hotel and hope to stay again soon.

Cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and bath tub. relative quietness (no loud noise from neighboring rooms) Hate molds - the bath tab, under the sink, etc. were squeaky clean. The carpet did look and felt it was cleaned thoroughly - which you don't get often, even at highly rated hotels. I was lucky to be able to use the travel coupon from Japanese government. It made the stay very affordable. I don't think I would've stayed without it considering the distance from the major station, Shimbashi that I needed to use daily for what I was there for. But now that I have, this hotel will be one of choices for the areas around Tokyo station.

It's a little way away from train stations.

Room was modern, fresh and chic. Clear explanation on their environmentally-green initiative with only twice-weekly room cleaning and optional toileries at reception, which is fair and reasonable. The common lounge on the top floor had a nice view of the tokyo tower. Nice bidet toilet with heated seats.

No closet in the room, so clothes would have to be hung on the two hangers provided, or sit in the suitcase. Room was a good size for one person but would be a bit tight for two. A bit of a walk from train stations, can be a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of baggage to lug around; otherwise a decent view of the city streets.

Staff was excellent and nice. About 10-15 min walk to 3 different train lines. Hotel was very clean, decent sized rooms. 12 flr living room was clean with fully auto espresso machine that makes lattes.

Elevators was busy, room air conditioning was spotty (sometimes didn't work). Washer/dryer machines on 12 flr living room were difficult to use as it was always occupied during evening.
