I stayed there for two weeks at the end of October to the beginning of November and the staff were great: really friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the lady who supervised breakfast, she was lovely and towards the end of my stay we started to chat a little. If you see this, I'm the bald guy from London and I hope to see you in 2025 when I come back! The hotel was really clean. I especially liked the fresh towels you got everyday along with a complementary bottle of water. The dining area was really nice. Clean and a nice, natural feel to it, was more than happy to eat breakfast here. There was also a microwave so you could buy food from elsewhere, bring it back and heat it up and then sit in the same area and eat. Also a great location: only a 10 minute walk from Shimbashi station which has a lot of the main lines running through it and 20 minutes from Ginza and Tokyo Station. Also within walking distance of Tokyo Tower and Hamarikyu Gardens. I'm definitely planning to stay here again, when I hopefully return to Tokyo in 2025.
Room was small and I went for the larger one! But, I knew this would be the case as it was a businessman hotel so was expecting this. I got used to it and actually really liked it, really cosy at least! Bathroom was small but again, I was expecting this and was really clean so happy overall. The fridge was a nice addition and was a good size for my needs. The bed was really nice, really comfy!

Hotel is in a quiet location a 10 minute walk to Ginza. Convenience stores within 2 mins walk and the station is well connected to the main neighborhoods. Rooms are very compact but it was fine as a solo traveller. Hotel offers a traditional Japanese breakfast with some continental offerings like mini pastries. Staff are very helpful and will go above and beyond to help dispute the language barrier but nothing Google translate can't solve. I would recommend this chain of hotels to anyone ,as they have multiple locations across Japan.
The size of the room was compact but not unexpected for Tokyo. Was fine for a solo traveller but a couple with suitcases might struggle.

Great hotel choice! We were here for 11 nights. Well organized staff with good English. Bunk bed twin rooms are small but convenient. Quiet area for this hotel, much better than much of Tokyo. Our friends room was one floor above us, their 7th. floor room had consistently quieter guests than the 6th. floor. 10 minutes walk from Shimbashi station, 15 minutes from Ginza. No hint of smoking smell anywhere in the hotel. Great coin laundry. Good breakfast every day with plenty of choices. Very good bakery and market both down the street. This hotel was great for exploring east side of Tokyo. We usually stay at the Super Hotel Kabukicho, yet for the price, we liked this hotel even better.
Nothing.

Very friendly staff, smooth check-in; located closely to various metro stations (able to reach Narita Airport, nightlife area Shinjuku, shopping area Shibuya, Asakusa temple easily without changing lines), close to parks but also little backstreets. Breakfast was a Japanese experience including miso soup, Umeboshi, Natto, various egg- or meat dishes, rice and curry alongside salad, buttery little croissants and more. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean.
Personally, I'd appreciate the option of choosing no new towels every day. We put the right signs on our door daily, but had so many new unused towels by the end that it was hard to store them in the tiny room. Also, personally speaking only, I'd much rather have some shelves than a huge TV. We had to sort out all clothes on the carpet - and as I said, the room's tiny. But I'd definitely come back, the latter is no reason to not recommend this hotel.

The room was very comfortable compared to the other Hotels we've stayed in Tokyo. It was super clean and had a good view of the city. The location is very good, in walking distance to Ginza neighborhood. The breakfast was great, mostly Japanese food with some bakery. There was an option to store the luggage in the lobby after the check out, which we found helpful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady who is working at the breakfast buffet.

1. Staff: Reception staff and Breakfast staff ( Penny) was very enjoyable to speak to and gave us gifts when we left. thank you both. Always daunting to go to a new country and being non Japanese. 2. Transport ( very important for first timers to Japan/ Tokyo) Property was close to the major connecting transportation (Shimbashi Station). 3. Food Close to Restaurants and Food outlets ( Family Mart Seven Eleven) 4. Dinning & clothes shopping close to Ginza ( walking distance 20 min walk) 5. Great buffet breakfast s raved 6am to 9am.

The breakfast was fabulous! Would recommend it. The staff were also very helpful with sending our bags on to our next hotel. Location was very convenient for our needs. Only a few rooms per floor so very quiet. We were able to choose the softness/hardness of our pillows!
Room was a bit tight for 2, but that's not unusual for Tokyo.

The staff was really helpful in every way and spoke good English. They offered additional home SPA products to relax after the log day exploring Tokyo. The location is also good if you're travelling with JR trains, there are couple of stations nearby and one of the shopping districts is reachable by foot.
There could be a bigger selection of sweets for breakfast. Also, it would be great to drink coffee from non-plastic cup in the breakfast area, now only single-use cups were provided.

Staff were very attentive and courteous, and offered a choice of pillow. Included breakfast was pretty good. Location had easy access to Ginza shopping area and lots of small restaurants.
The rooms are quite small, similar to other places in Tokyo for the main room but bathroom was quite cramped.
