The room was decently sized for a Japanese business hotel. The desk and TV layout is good for hooking up via HDMI. Was able to easily store my luggage and there were plenty of hangers for my clothes. The location is a short walk to Shimbashi station which has access to all the major destinations in Tokyo and the Haneda airport. A Seven-Eleven is just around the corner. Ginza's Chuo-dori is within walking distance. The location was great for touring Tokyo or shopping and eating in Ginza. The best part of the room was the in-unit washer/dryer combo that I used quite often. I stayed in Tokyo for around ten days so this was invaluable. Liquid detergent was included with the room. It had some learning curve to understand how to use it, but I really appreciated it.

The Wi-Fi connection was slow and I had issues getting my VPN to work; however there was an ethernet jack accessible from the desk which I used for my computer. I had to switch YouTube to 720p to try to get a smooth video. The location is noisy at night such that you can hear sirens quite often, even on a high floor. In the bathroom, the hot water faucet did not seem to work very well if at all.

Room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, 4 mins walking if taking Karamasu exit at Shimbashi station.

We had our own washer/dryer and microwave which is a real life saver for tourists and in Japan. No need to go out of your hotel or even your room just to wash your laundry or heat your food. These appliances are just mostly found in lounges/common hotel areas. The bathroom is 2x na normal size of a regular Japan hotel!!!

Housekeeping was only scheduled once a week (every Wednesdays only). However, you can opt to you let them get your trash and change to clean towels atleast once a day. Hope they can increase the housekeeping schedule to atleast twice a week.

The location is superb. It was close to every major tourist spot in Tokyo and there are many interesting shops/restaurants nearby. It was a really busy yet fun area. The staff were very friendly and let us keep our luggage before checking in and after checking out. They also helped us to send our luggage to our next destination. Definitely top customer service.

The room was a bit small and we didn't have much space to move around with our large luggage. However, on the positive side, it kind of forced us to always have a tidy space as there wasn't much space to place our things.

Location was PERFECT. Shimbashi area was lively with loads of restaurants to try and bars for a night out. Ginza is just a walk away too. Hotel itself was one street away from the hustle and bustle which was nice. Hotel room felt spacious for a Japanese hotel. Bathroom was big and bed was comfy. Amenities were great even had a washer/dryer in the room. Would definitely stay there again!

The only thing I can say is that the hotel might be close to a hospital or on route to one because every night we heard the ambulance go by which was quite loud.

What a unicorn of a hotel! We stayes for one night just before we needed to fly home and I wish I had more nights here. Great room, bit small to have two people with cases out but we were used to the smaller spaces in Japan by this point in our trip. Bathroom was spacious and the in room laundry facilities was a fantastic addition to the room. Staff were helpful and let us check in earlier for a fee that we were happy to pay so we could rest a few extra hours 7/11 around the corner and a block away from a street full of bars and restaurants. Great access to the station too

Small floorspace but in keeping with most hotels in Japan so not surprising.

The conveniences especially the in-room washing machine and microwave oven! The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage with them both before check in and after check out as we arrived earlier than check in time and left later than check out. They even brought our bags up to our room when we finally checked in. Very efficient and considerate. While the room doesn’t have the usual “mini bar” coffee and tea, you can pick those up in the reception lobby. The fridge in the room was also cold - something most mini fridges in hotels are not!

The room is best for single travellers. It is a little small but not smaller than most Tokyo hotels anyway and we expected it.

I loved the location, cleanliness, and front staff. The view was great, too.

Just one thing, I wish breakfast was a little different each day or at least once. I stayed for five days and got tired of the same selections every morning. The miso soup has pork tonzil, which I couldn't eat; I wish for a little more plain misoshiru.

Shimbashi is great location with access to many train lines. The staff were excellent. Bathroom was a good size. Very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the room.

The room itself was very small, but that's to be expected. The fan/humidifier didn't have translated instructions, so we weren't completely sure what we were doing.

#1015 All I needed for one week, washing machine and microwave. Privacy is respected. Close to Shimbashi and Shiodome stations. Clean and quiet. Very good staff. Room/bathroom size is fair for Tokyo. I had a great stay, I will come back.

Needs a night table near the bed to put your stuff. The AC was a little cigarette smelly?? (Non smoking room)
