The room was clean and comfortable, and all the outlets, appliances, fixtures, etc. worked! I appreciated the 24-hour check-in and accommodating staff. I appreciated that there were extra toothbrushes and hair ties and hair clips etc. provided in case I had forgotten mine.

Half way through my stay, two of the provided pillows were removed from the room, as well as one of the towels, and were never returned. Also, the fridge was turned off while I was away, even though I had food in it. My room also got quite warm during the day with the direct sunlight.

The place is located at Toranomon, close to 2 metro lines and Shinbashi station. Wasn't exactly cheap, but for the APA hotel it was a good deal.

There was no foreign currency exchange at the lobby, although many APA usually have it. Also breakfasts, albeit delicious, were rather simple, without any variety or desserts. Also the rooms are quite small, comfy, but small nonetheless.

The bed was nice and the room and bathroom was clean. Lots of restaurants, shops and tourist attactions around, and very easy access to trains etc.

The room was a bit small for two people as we were there for eight nights and had two suitcases with us ...

Great location in a very lively district, just a minute walk from cafes and restaurants, yet rooms are quiet. Close to the metro and JR, super easy to get anywhere. The view from the window was beautiful too. Beds were very good.

The room we had was very small, with almost no space left to walk after we placed our suitcase there, but it was alright in the end, since we spent very little time inside.

Great location, close to Shimbashi station which gives you access to all of Tokyo via the Ginza line. Vending machines, microwave, everything you need. The option of extending checkout for an additional 1000 yen (up until 1PM) is also great.

APA rooms are always small, but you understand that going in.

The bed mattress was softer than any other hotel mattress in Japan as we stayed in Japan 28nts and all mattress were like sleeping on wood so couldn't sleep, but this hotel bed was comfortable.

The aircon was permanently set to heat 16deg in the whole hotel and the room was very hot, we had to open the window so noise from outside. We complained to hotel staff. Also the step up to the bathroom is a trip hazard for me with disabilities. It's too high. I had to use my walking stick to get up into the bathroom toilet. This is the only hotel we had this problem'

The hotel was easy to find, (close to Shimbashi station), and in a great location. The room was small but clean and cosy, and the breakfast was really good. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, (and nice room view too!).

Laundry options were a bit limited. There was a bit of a miscommunication, as by 'laundry service' it referred to dry cleaning only.

This hotel had the only soft bed on our two-week tour. I believe Japanese hotels need a stock of soft bed toppers, for travelers who are not comfortable sleeping on stiff mattresses.

Check-in was cumbersome. Relatively efficient but overly rigid and formal. There was an Italian short-order restaurant attached but the Breakfast offering was not what travelers need. No Gluten Free or Non-Dairy options.

Everything was great, meeting all my expectations. Just a nice, clean place to comfortably spend a night in. From now on, when I'm in Japan again, I'm booking APA.

The only complaint I can think of is that the shower in my room had only 2 modes - gentle stream and fire hose, no inbetween. That's it.

Staff are extremely helpful and professional. Hotel was not too far from Shimbashi station. Lots of amenities with daily top up. hotel was easy to find and easy to access.711 right around the corner. Comfy beds.

Carpets are were little old and must (but had slippers so it was okay). window didn't have good view but that wasn't necessary. Room was abit small, but we managed it fine.
