The location was a simple 6-8 minute walk from Uneo station (once we worked out what exit to use!) through quiet, safe feeling streets. Despite being on a main road the room was quiet and there was zero issue with traffic or neighbourhood noise. The room was well equipped with a washer/dryer, shower room, kitchen (including toaster, microwave and full sized fridge/freezer) and everything was well explained and easy to use/access. There was also a view of the SkyTree from our doorway and the receptionist provided us with umbrellas to use on a rainy day - much appreciated. There is a small 7Eleven, and a Lawson very close by (same block).

We would have liked another couple of chairs with the dining table - travelling with two children we used the table a lot and had to unmake the sofa bed each day to use it (uncomfortably, as it was so low) with the table. Otherwise the room was as described and exactly what we needed and expected for the price we paid so we have no complaints.

Great family apartment, large and convenient. Placed near the Ueno station. Rooms were clean and tidy, view on the skytree was gorgeous.

Lack of english speaking personnel. It will be nice to improve the kitchen: no kitchen towels, cooking oil, etc. Also will be great to include some tea/coffee for the start.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was large by Tokyo standards. The beds were comfortable but quite firm. The kids stayed on the bunk beds and had no complaints. The room had everything we would have needed to cook a meal if we had wanted (we didn’t). The water in the bathroom was plenty hot with good water pressure. The shower was large and there was a a bathtub that was small by American standards but large enough if needed. Overall we were very pleased.

It was very hard to get the combination washer/dryer to spin so it often took several (4-6) hours to dry a load. Combined with it being quite small we were not able to get as much laundry washed as we had planned to continue our trip.

The staff was really friendly and they watched over our luggage until check-in as we arrived too early. The room itself was super spacious, which was the best feature, but there was a ton more! The room had a washer dryer combo which came in super handy. It also had it's own kitchen, a vacuum and a really spacious shower (which a bath tub) The location was really close to Ueno Station and also had a couple of grocery stores next to it. It also came with two codes instead of a key (one for the elevator and at night the front door and a second one for the room itself), which came in handy as it was easier to share a code, then to share a key.

The street in front of the hotel is very busy and very loud, which is not great if you're trying to sleep with an open window. The hotel sadly is also not able to send you luggage to your next destination.

Breakfast was ok

The location is a bit off from stations. It is bit fi a walk. The staff had been helpful but could have been more helpful.

We were very disappointed in both booking.com and the hotel. The 8-day stay was with breakfast but final confirmation came without and was only known when we checked in. Booking.com asked us to provide a screenshot of the same which was not possible. The lesson learnt was to take screenshot every step of the way and check your confirmation voucher and not trust booking.com or the hotel. We paid a lot which should have included the breakfast but hotel staff was pretty rude to not even consider. I had cancelled my stay at nearby Mimaru just because of the inclusion of the breakfast here in this hotel. In the end, we felt rather cheated. Our trip got off to a false start.

The breakfast "make your own sandwich" bar was much better than I expected. All ingredients were high quality, with some warm food options including soup of the day, curry, sausages + bacon, and scrambled eggs. We stayed with a toddler and the breakfast was a life saver in terms of getting him fed before sightseeing. The beds were comfortable, kitchen in room had all necessary pans and utensils. Bring cooking oil, condiments &etc that you may need though. The location was a few steps away from a 7/11 that had all basics including premade dinners. It was a few min away (maybe 10?) from Ueno zoo, Uneo park. About 20min from the big temple and about 30min to Akihabara.

Nice, modern, clean, lots of amenities, quiet, lots of room for a family of x 4. Location was good for subway/train access. Convenience store located very close by. Good internet. Very quiet (couldn't hear any traffic at all despite being on a main road)

Some extra pillows would've been nice. This may be a bit harsh, but our room was ready at 2pm (standard check-in time is 3pm) we asked to check-in at 2pm, but they wanted to charge an $80AUD surcharge for early check-in. If the room was ready I don't see a big problem letting us check-in 1 x hour early.

Love the hotel apartment facilities, such as the washing machine, kitchenette which were very useful for a small family on holiday. The room was a comfortable size for 3 people but definitely would be a squeeze for 4 and above. We like the dining table but it took up significant space that makes it a bit hard to manoeuvre the smaller space. Location of the hotel is about 10mins walk from the Ueno station. It's quite manageable to walk that distance with our 3 large, one small luggage as the road was pretty flat and smooth. The Ueno staton is rather central with connecting subways and JR lines which makes it easy to travel and explore Tokyo. The hotel is also near good eating places and the Ameyoko shopping district, as well as the Ueno park.

It took us quite a while to set up the futon bed. The hotel knew that we needed it given that we have indicated 3 pax were going to stay in that room. It would be most helpful if they could help up set that up as there was mattress protector, bedsheet covers and quilt blanket to wrestle with to set it up well.

The space and it comfortably fits a family of 3 with the bunk bed.

Its location is actually quite far from Ueno station 10-15 walk. I wish the breakfast menu can change every day. If staying there for a couple of nights, I suggest to order western and Japanese style breakfast alternatively. My room is right next to the freeway, so it got noisy at night when emergency services vehicles with siren on passed by.
