The location is excellent close to Ueno station not far from the Iriya exit. It is easy to find. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures. It is like an apartment with kitchen, washer/dryer, and separate toilet and bath. One of the more spacious rooms I stayed in Japan. I would recommend and stay here again.

The QR code for booking.com would not scan correctly, it would add spaces and I had to manually type it in Shampoo/soap amenities at the front desk would run out Towels are on the thin side

It was conveniently located near Uneo Station, which was perfect for travelling, especially cause we were catching the shinkansen, and this was one of its stops. It was also within walking distance to the market. The accommodation has washer/dryer within the apartment making it very convenient and although it is compact which we expected as that's how most accommodation in Tokyo are, we love that our family of 4 was able to still have a bed each. Would definitely stay again.

There is no onsite reception, so you do need to self check in, and there's no option for luggage storage, so if you are forwarding your luggage, that may not be possible. However, there are plenty of lockers close by at Uneo Station.

Great location. Nice and clean, with nice bunk beds in the family room. Good view and little noise on the top floors.

Awful check in. Despite having uploaded relevant documents from home and having the QR code ready we were unsuccessful in checking in. There are two check-in machines, coming up with two different errors! All other couples we met trying to check in also had problems. We finally managed to get in after an employee came by and helped us and the rest of guests trying to check in. If you are lucky to check in it is a great place, but would not rely on a late night check in…

Very convenient hotel that comes with Washer and Dryer. Space is also big enough to accommodate 3 of us. It is close to Ueno station, which has JR, Kesei and metro lines. You can go to hotel from exit 9 if you prefer to walk on the street, or use exit 7 if you prefer to walk in the tunnel.

Check in was a bit confusing. App is not very user friendly and not that secure. Try to register your info beforehand to get QR code and use it to check in instead of entering reservation code

Good hotel near Uneo. We had to provide lots of information to the hotel in advance, which felt odd, but when we got there, we realised it was a fully automated check-in, so it became clear. For that reason also they could not take our luggage early, but they did provide a link to coin locker locations nearby. When checked in, the room is actually an apartment, fully kitted out, even with washing machine and kitchen. It's really comfortable and clean.

Room was quite spacious and very clean, with a little pantry and small dining table. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is big. Location is good and safe, just a few minutes walk ti Ueno station. There is one family mart and a few restaurants.

Absolutely self-check in. No staff standing by in the small lobby area. Should any problem occur, you have no idea whom and how to call for assistance. To reduce waste and save environment, small packs of soap and shampoo should have been replaced with a refill bottle.

Very clean. Near the train stations (10 to 12min walk) so it was easy to get to just about anywhere without spending too much on transpo. Plus only 1 ride via Skyliner from Narita airport to Ueno station and then walk to the hotel. Easy to use the check in app. Got in and out without fuss. Also has kitchen tools, fridge, microwave and eating utensils.

The location was great being walking distance to both JR Ueno & Keisei Ueno Station, and had many things to do like the zoo & galleries nearby also. The facilities were great having a full kitchen + laundry within the room and it was one of the bigger spaces you can get for a stay in Tokyo.

Unsure if the experience is the same in all rooms, although unfortunately there is a karaoke bar of some sort nearby where people were singing all night until the early hours of the morning. Due to the vents in the walls there was no way we could block out the sound which was quite loud - that we did have to purchase earplugs to be able to get to sleep.

The family room is huge, especially loves the big dining table, huge bathroom with two sinks, bih shower room and bathtubs. Nice washer/dryer in bathroom as well.

Service could’ve been better. We are okay with no reception desk and self-check in. But when questions are asked about luggage storage/sending, the hotel isn’t helpful in giving suggestions, just plainly tell you no they can’t do this or that. Customer service could’ve been more helpful and friendly considering the cost we paid for the hotel. We’ve stayed in other cheaper self check-in hotels that are better service wise and helpful.
