The room was super spacious and the staff were really helpful, especially as English speakers. There is a convenience store on the bottom level that is open 24 hours, a breakfast buffet, and a shuttle bus that has great hours that will take you straight to Disneyland/DisneySea. For attending the parks it was so convenient and would definitely recommend. Extremely kid friendly as well for those who are bringing children

There is a shuttle bus to disneyland and disneysea. Onsen at the top is a nice touch after a big day at disney. Lawson on site was very handy for quick breakfast before disney and snacks after. We have stayed here twice both times to go to disney and we enjoy our stay both times. Very kids friendly too, they have pyjamas, steps in the bathroom so little kids can reach the sink etc etc. They also provide free water on every floor. There is even a shoe dryer and foot massager in the room. Room is very spacious for Japan!

Nothing. Everything was good. Perhaps more laundry but no big deal.

Exceptional staff and amenities, they thought of everything for families and children. I would stay here again with my family. Very reasonably priced and there is also a public bath on the top floor. Foot massager in the room, exactly what you need after a long day at Disneyland.

We were given a room in the East wing. Our beds and bathroom were clean, although the bathroom looked a little tired. The carpet needs a really good steam clean or replacement. The location is pretty far from the station. But it wasn't an issue for us as we just caught the free shuttle bus to and from the hotel. With a fresh coat of paint and carpet replacement I think I would give it 9/10.

Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Roomy balcony. Great that they have a free shuttle to/from Disney. Breakfast is amazing. Shuttle to Narita leaves from the front door (but needs to be booked). Shuttle to Haneda leaves from the bus stop just across the road (does not need to be booked). Lawson's is inside the hotel, which everyone visits when they come back from Disney, apparently! Luggage we had transported there had been delivered to our room.

Noisy function centre across the road. Staff make you check yourself in on the machines, despite there being 4 of them behind the desk doing nothing. Not really a lot of space in the room, considering we had 4 beds. No furniture on the balcony. Huge queue for breakfast.

The location was ideal for visiting Tokyo Disney and Tokyo Sea. Staff welcoming and supportive. Particularly helpful at the end of our stay when sorting a taxi transfer as we had a lot of luggage. Liked they kept our luggage on the day we were checking out, as we were having a day out at Disney Sea. The family room was very clean and the separate toilet, shower room and dressing areas suited our needs wrll.

The brrakfast was not the freshest and limited food choice. We can't eat lunch and dinner food at 8am, which is what was also provided. Not used to that in the UK.

Loved the on-site Onsen - had separate male & female. Staff were quite helpful Room was a decent size with comfortable beds

Only one small hard pillow per bed - would have been great if they’d had a soft option as well. Bit of an inconvenient location - needed to catch a bus from the train so going anywhere took a bit longer. Fabulous if you were going to Disneyworld - shuttle to take you there. Would have been great if there’d been a shuttle to the railway station. Very limited dinner menu so we ended up going over the road to The Hyatt to have dinner each night.

I loved the size of the rooms and the Disney shuttles were a big plus. That is the reason why we chose to stay there

The breakfast was okay but as an American tourist I did miss some traditional breakfast items like fried eggs over easy, hash browns, the bacon could have been a cooked a little longer. Pancakes with real maple syrup, it just seemed like we were eating the same exact thing every morning.

We chose this place as it was closer to Disneyland. They offered a shuttle bus to and from Disneyland - it was still 20mins away, but a great service. The room was comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. They seemed to have lots of facilities available, although we didn’t make use of them. Breakfast had lots of options to eat. A foot massager in the room was great!

Not really a negative but it’s a busy hotel with lots of families going to Disney theme parks.

The big room and the facility

Have to take a shuttle (25 minutes) to Disneyland. If you are taking train to the hotel, take note that the transfer bus is located at the Disney land bus platform. Not the bus platform outside the train station. The hotel web site could have been clearer in the description. We waited at the wrong platform for 45 minutes until I call the hotel to clarify.

Great for families. Clean rooms with balconies overlooking Tokyo Bay. Easy shuttle service to Disneyland. Lawson convenience store on-site was handy. Parks nearby. Walk to the bay.

Limited dinner options at onsite restaurant. Order in pizza was really expensive.
