Room- on 18th floor- smaller than our previous room on the 16th floor. I appreciated our stored luggage being already placed into our room. Facilities like 24hr Lawson's was great. Clean. Tidy. Free shuttle bus to JR Shin-Urayasu station and Disney resort was great. Nice views from the hotel.

At 4.30am in the morning no vans or taxis available and lack of interest by one staff member to help. Just said sorry can't help and left.

It was a little hard to commute to the location if you arrive in the late evening hours from the airport

From the moment I stepped into the Tokyo Bay Tokyu Hotel, I was greeted with the kind of attentive service that one might expect from a five-star establishment. The staff were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to assist, especially when they helped transport my luggage to the airport bus—a significant relief as I was traveling with small children. The hotel itself appears quite new, possibly within a year of construction, and boasts a room with a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji through a massive window in my bedroom. Transportation was a breeze, with a reasonably priced shuttle bus service directly to the airport costing CAD $40 per person. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle services to a nearby subway station and even to Disney. In summary, the Tokyo Bay Tokyu Hotel delivers exceptional service and convenience, making it a great choice for families and travelers seeking a hassle-free experience in Tokyo.

Didn't like the breakfast offered, too pricy. To be fair, that's normal price for this class of hotel, it's just beyond my price I can afford. While the hotel’s breakfast did not meet my expectations and felt a bit pricey, the location more than made up for it. With multiple shopping malls just a 10-minute walk away and easy access to dining options, my needs were well catered to.

The location was chill. Well away from The city of Tokyo, kinda surburbia next to Disney. Next to the most awesome bakery about 3 blocks down called little by little (. Had the most awesome coffee making skills). Sorry I didn’t eat in the hotel but service was impeccable. And the room was huge overlooking the sea. Just stayed here to acclimatise from the flight. Recommended. The locals are friendly and the area is so safe lots of amenities. If you’re wanting the centre of Tokyo this isn’t it. We really enjoyed staying here nothing too much trouble

Nothing - no beach. As an afterthought wish they had a swimming pool and gym. Many gyms close by though

Spacious rooms for families. Nice view of bay. Free shuttle bus to Disney and train station.. 24 hour shop to buy food, drinks and meals. Friendly helpful staff. Have a service where you can send luggage to your next hotel for about 19 aud per suitcase, recommend that service if travelling by trains etc. No credit card security deposits holding spending money up.

No iron in room. Had to rent one and get a maximum of 2 hours. No room service for meals etc. At the end of the Disney hotel strip. Must rely on shuttle buses ro get anywhere. Beds very firm, but that seems to he a Japanese preference as all beds were firm no matter what hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, who were comfortable with English-speaking visitors. Clean rooms and public areas. Large rooms with comfortable beds and many provided toiletries. Toilet, sink, and shower/bathtub are in separate rooms, which is convenient for larger families. Convenient shuttle bus to and from Disney resort and nearby rail station. Lawson on ground floor has excellent selection of drinks, breakfast pastries, ice cream, and fried chicken.

Other than the Lawson inside the hotel and the 2900yen per person breakfast buffet, there were not nearby restaurants, since the hotel's neighbors are other hotels. This may not matter to you if you're eating dinner at the Disney resort. All resort shuttles stop at Disneyland before DisneySea, so during peak pickup times the shuttle is already very full when it arrives at DisneySea, and you may have to leave for DisneySea earlier than you expect during the morning rush.

(1) First things first, superbly located from a scenic standpoint. We saw Mt Fuji san from our room on the 12th floor on one of the three days we stayed here. That itself was such a privilege and we are grateful for that. (2) The sea and park view is exceptional too. Just to sit and sip tea/coffee viewing the walkers / pets / fishing down there, is a high recommend. (3) We used the shuttle to the station Shin Urayasu once and to DisneySea and back. The shuttle is a big plus given the location being a bit far from public transportation, compared to other precincts in Tokyo (4) Check in and Check out were smooth. Our other stays in Japan were with smaller properties and we could interact with owners or first level staff - this is a large property and interactions are almost impersonal. The experience is designed for such efficiency but the typical Japanese hospitality goes into the background. That said, no complaints about the service and the staff was awesome. (5) The Lawson at the property is a big plus. (6) Good to see super comfy yukatas given to the guests. (7) We checked in at 10 pm and there was a queue! It was super efficient and smooth check-in no doubt.

(1) Vegetarian / Vegan food options are far away from this property. (2) Not that this property can do anything about - but its a bit touristy and impersonal experience as compared to a guesthouse stay. I am thinking : Is it possible to bring together the warm hospitality of a guesthouse/ modern ryokon/ hostel set up to a large place like this?

The location is great. They have busses to Tokyo Disney Resort and the train station. And the #11 city bus takes you from the Shin-Urayasu train station to Tokyo Bay Tokyu (last stop) if the hotel shuttle isn't convenient. Two large grocery stores are a few blocks away. This hotel is about 5 years old and right on the bay.

As with all hotels in Japan that we have stayed at, the pillows are pretty flat and the towels aren't very fluffy (how I like towels to be). But my experience of staying at several hotels says that is typical in Japan.

Loved this hotel! Perfect 2-night stay for our Disneyland visit. Booked a 'twin room' for 4 people (2 adults and two teens) that said it would be prepared with 2 extra 'stacking beds'. Wasn't sure what that meant so was very happy to find 4 full size single beds (almost king singles) in the room. Our park view room had an amazing outlook over bay/park/city. Breakfast was a good mix of Western and Japanese, including tasty omelettes made to order. Lovely staff at the restaurant and reception. Shuttle bus was the best service! Used it to Disneyland and to the local train station. Also super handy to have a well-stocked 24-hr Lawsons on ground floor. And the Airport Limousine Bus's 'Bayside Hotel Area' stop is only about 100m from the hotel.

The breakfast was so nice , many Japanese dishes, but need to pay extra about 2900yen per person. It’s cheap though. I booked the sunrise view room, it’s big and clean. About 36 meter squared. But no housekeeping everyday unless you asked. And free shuttle bus to and from Disney/ train station.

The shuttle bus I took from Disney to hotel. It was like a sardine can, everyone just smashed into the bus, no fresh air, crowded and hot. So don’t bring to many luggage if you want to catch the free shuttle bus back to hotel.
