Great location, amazing staff at the restaurant, comfortable beds, spacious rooms.

Small gym, breakfast is for grownups, there's no options for small kids. Nobody tells you there are washing machines available untill you stumble upon them two weeks after. The reception staff doesn't always speak English well, it might be difficult to solve a more complex issue.

Automatic check-in is possible. The rooms are very clean.

It‘s a good 4 star hotel, not 5 star. The room was to little. The bed was not comfortable. Breakfast could be better (more variates would be good).

The hotel is located centrally. It is just about 5 mins to Roppongi station and there are many restaurants, cafes and convenient stores within walking distance. Tokyo Tower is also just 10 mins walking away. Even though there are bars and clubs nearby, we didn’t have any noise issue in our room. The hotel looks chic with minimal but unique decorations. The staff are very polite and helpful and can speak English well.

The room is quite small. We had only one big luggage and there was barely any space left to move within the room. Be aware that foreign credit cards may not work here. Both our Master cards were rejected even though they were accepted everywhere else when we were in Japan. Luckily the Amex card passed through. Make sure you have cash/backup credit cards in case one doesn’t work.

Very clean hotel. The rooms were spacious and the staff were wonderful.

The gym was functional. I just wished that there were some free weights.

Very good facilities, Great location close to Roppongi Junction and overall a good location close o everything around. The roof restaurant is pretty good with nice breakfast

Sheets were not clean when I arrived in the room so this was not that comfortable. The team's English level in the reception / restaurant was not that good and and was a bit difficult to communicate/ ask things I needed.

The staff were very helpful and nice, there's a beverage machine, washing machines and gym room available on the 13th floor, there's nothing to complain about the service and hotel facilities.

The hotel is located in a weird place. The nearest road to get to the hotel is surrounded by nightclubs and with too many addicts (alike) hanging around. I've had a horrible experience of being hassled by 3 strong and lack of education males who are non-Japanese and with extremely dark tone skin like chocolate while I was waiting for my partner with our luggage. I don't mind the cemetery close by which I can see clearly from the window of our room, but being hassled by 3 men, is another level of horror.

STAFF - very helpful, went out of their way to please the customer LOCATION - convenient BREAKFAST - we did not take the breakfast BALCON - I am not sure that this type of restaurant fits within the Mitsui category, you should offer an easier menu, something that customers can relate to, simple and fast. After long day of sightseeing some days we would have liked a lighter fare but Balcon's menu is too complicated.

I cannot say that there was anything that displeased me. However if Balcon offered a lighter menu, we would have certainly gone there.

The rooms was very modern and the amenities were complete and very luxurious for this hotel group. The interior was also luxurious yet very refined. Special mention to the reception staffs that were helpful with our transportation and luggages throughout our trip!

The nearest exit from Roppongi St. is Exit 5 and there are no escalators/elevators for easy access for any luggages.. and the street from the station leading to the hotel is very sketchy at night due to all the clubs/bars that line the area. This is such a shame because the hotel itself was excellent but the area around it is not that comfortable to be walking on at night...

Lovely modern facility, excellent service. The location is a bit of a walk from the station with luggage, but doable. Stayed in a standard queen non-smoking room which was very roomy for Tokyo. Comfortable beds, great bath and shower ( probably good up to almost 200cm in height), well-appointed room with a small refrigerator that also has a freezer, which can be rare. Excellent lighting, big window, very good sound isolation. Did not use gym but it was available and clean. Security also excellent, with card key access for elevators and then again off the landing to the rooms.

They charge an extra fee to make a taxi reservation, which is probably more common in 2023 with hotels trying to recoup pandemic losses, but still a bit unfriendly. The hotel interior is nice but a design quirk has the elevators isolated from the lobby by a hallway with several turns. Typical of a modern hotel maximizing area for rooms, the hallways on guest floors are a bit narrow and have no natural light.

The breakfast was amazing and worth including in my booking. The room was beautiful and immaculate. Check in and out were very easy. The room felt very secure and I liked using the touch pad to control the lights.

I set the air to cool the room to 20 degrees Celsius and it just barely ran. I even turned the fan all the way up and there was no change. It is difficult for me to sleep in a hot room so I opened the vent by the window for a small amount of airflow but that did mean I could hear the road noise. For the price I think there could have been a bit more of a lounge area besides just the lobby. Also some more variety on the takeout menu would have been nice.
