The location is good. Near the station and 711. It's very convenient. Although it's near the main street, it's almost quiet at night. The staff reply the message soon. The bed is also comfortable.

The space is a little small that three people can't open the suitcase at the same time. There's no staff at the hotel, more like Airbnb.

Location is great! Close to the Iriya metro station and one stop from Ueno. We stayed there because we arrived from Narita and had an early shinkansen the next morning. The room was small to maneuver around but had a queen size bunk bed and a tatami area for one more. 3 kids and 2 adults slept comfortably. There's a small shower room and separate toilet room (good for privacy, if you need to change). 2 sinks and a small refrigerator. Very functional.

Just to note, there are 3 steps down to get to the check-in area so you'll have to carry your luggage down, but to get to the rooms, there is an elevator. Check-in is an ipad. Suggest to "pre-enter" all the guest check-in information before arriving so you don't have to enter it all on an ipad in a narrow hallway with tired noisy kids and large, blocking luggage.

Excelent location, close to Iriya Station, near restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, laundrymat, etc. Awesome shower with good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Comfortable beds.

There was no place to store our luggage, no.closet or space under the beds. We had to go around the luggage to get to the tatami area, and we travelled only with carry on luggage.

Modern and nice rooms with many facilities. Amazing beds. The staff was nice and let us keep the baggage there before check in even though there wasn't any room for it

The place is very close to the Metro (about 2 minutes walk). It is very convenient coming from Narita Airport. The staff was able to promptly answer my questions and assisted me in a timely manner even before we came to Tokyo. Communication was also a breeze with them including the check in and check out. They also changed our towels and beddings every other day :) There is also a great ramen place right across which serves one of the best noodles we had in Tokyo. It is open from 4pm until 12 midnight and there is still a line even if it was already 1030pm. Convenient if you get hungry late at night. I would highly recommend this hotel in terms of it's location, convenience, customer service and accessibility! Will definitely stay here again :)

Room is a bit small but not a big issue for us as we know that Japan hotels have small rooms. Not a big deal for us at all.

The check in was done online before we arrived to hotel. When we got to the hotel we understood why we had received so many notifications from the hotel to do eveything online. There were no staff at all. In the reception was a table and computer, which provided us with a code to the room. Check out was done on that computer as well. The room was small but very clean. The beds were comfortable.

As per information on booking.com this hotel should have been located only 4km from Tokyo Station but it was 6.5km. We were a little bit further away that we planned to be. We received information from this hotel that we could show our checkin code to the staff at hotel but the staff was not there at all either at 10pm or 11am when we were checking out. We wanted to ask if we could store our bags but there was nobody to ask.

Love everything. The self check in process was smooth. The location was great, it's near Iriya Metro Station (one stop from Ueno), both sides of Metro also have elevators. The hotel is only about 200m from the station or 3-5 minutes walk. There are Family Mart, drug store, restaurants, and supermarket nearby. The room is quite spacious for Tokyo. We are a group of 4 with 5-6 luggages, we need to take turns to pack our luggages, but there are enough spaces to put the closed luggages. The elevator is quite small if you have a lot of luggages, you also need to take turns for the elevator. Overall it's a pleasant stay, and would love to come back again

We had a great time staying at the Sakura Cross Hotel. The room was just as depicted in the pictures (although pictures of the rooms always seem bigger than they are in real life) as well as clean and modern with comfortable beds. The location from the hotel is very convenient with several stations as well as Asakusa in walking distance (15-20 minutes). The check-in was also a very easy with entering our personal Information beforehand and just scanning a QR code when entering the hotel.

As a big group of 5 people the room was fairly small. Opening several suitcases (especially big suitcases) at the same time isn't really possible. Other than that we can't complain about anything.

Value for money. Hotel that is within our budget. Also a room where the whole family can stay together. A bit small but we know what we signed up for. It's hard to book hotel that can fit 5 in a room. But everything we needed was there. I like that there are a lot of good nearby local restaurants, supermarket, bakeshops. Subway metro exit is very near hotel about 100 meters. I like the line of this metro because it is the same line as Ginza, tsukiji and roponggi, ebisu etc.

I can't understand the schedule of trash pick up. I prefer that they pick up the trash everyday or have a designated place where we can just throw the trash. I gave a low score for the staff since there's no interaction to any hotel staff. There's no on who will attend to you at the reception.

I had written a review previously but I decided our stay was too good to leave just a quick review. We had the best stay in Sakura Cross Hotel in Iriya. The most comfortable beds out of all the places we've stayed in Japan, the towels are cosy and they are very generous with the towels (especially compared to most hotels in this country). The rooms are designed in a way that there is much mor space than it seems at first glance. Young, friendly staff and a quiet environment. We loved our days here.
