The best location for the perfect Tokyo travel adventure. Accessing the major Hamamatsucho and smaller Daimon stations is just an 'exit and straight down the road for 7-10 minute' walk. Depending on wether you wanna pop into the starbucks below or the multiple family marts on both sides of the streets for those early morning coffee and snacks that is :)

The nice and spacious courtyard in the middle of the hotel was underutilized. It could used as a comfortable green space to relax and maybe have coffee and a chat with some tokyo travel booklets, especially when planning the days activities ahead *hint cough richmond management cough*

The hotel location is great! can connect to Narita / Haneda airport easy. this area is mainly office building and residential. have lot of food option and Lawson is near by the hotel as well as starbucks. we book the twin room on the 10 floors, it is clean and have all the amenity. the hotel is small but have washing machine/dryer , microwave and water vending machine at the lobby , which is great. if checking in/out early can keep bag at the reception. the reception also can speak English. hotel is walking distance to the Tokyo tower.

the only down side to the room is the lighting, the lighting in the room is not that bright. pretty dark. same as in the bathroom. the cleaning option is complicated, have to request for cleaning a day before on T.V .. but everything else is good.

Location was amazing!! I would definitely stay here again because of the location. So central and close to all the beautiful attractions and train/subway stations. Lovely staff and very well kept hotel with great ammenities.

I think the bed could have an update including the mattress and pillows because they felt so stiff and hard. I also think the areas under the dressing tables/cupboard could use a deeper clean because I saw dust and accumulated rubbish under it when I dropped something under it.

Excellent customer service. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Great location for access to eastern side of Tokyo. Close to Zojo-ji Temple, Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations (so easy access to Tokyo and Haneda airport), walking distance to Takeshiba station and the ride on the driverless train was fun especially from the front of the train. Nearby is Odaiba, Asakusa, Rainbow Bridge, Teamlab Planets. Also Hokusai museum and Ryogoku (walk, train or ferry). Stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out (same day). No breakfast available in the hotel but there's a Starbucks downstairs and a Family Mart across the road for snacks. I believe there's a microwave available in the hotel if you need to heat food. Our room was cosy but comfortable enough for a night and had all the facilities we needed. Also found a great little eating place nearby "Azabujuban Yakuzen Curry". Delicious and healthy food, caters to all diets including vegetarians & vegans, interesting bar, best pickles we have ever had in Japan!

The hotel has a good location and was centrally located in Shiba. The Hotel has a coin laundry service at the 2nd floor, even though we did not have a chance to use it. The staff was very courteous and very professional. They kept our luggages for the meantime after we checked-out since our flight back home was still in the evening and we wanna do some last minute stroll around the city. The wifi was excellent and the room we got was one of the biggest in terms of size compared to other hotel we stayed in Tokyo when we first arrived in Japan. It has a Starbucks and 2 Family Mart stores and a 7-11 convenience store nearby. The bonus was it is closeby the Tokyo subway Daimon station, and the JR Hamamatsucho station. One noticeable thing is whenever you come home to this hotel, you would see a well-lighted Tokyo tower. 😊

Great location - 7minutes walk from Hamamatsu station (easy access to Haneda) & 5 minutes from Daimon station - giving easy access to areas of Tokyo. Tokyo tower is just 10 minutes walk away. Friendly welcoming staff - we arrived early & left luggage, on our return it was placed in our room. Room was spacious (we booked a bigger room) had TV, kettle, fridge, toiletries.

It was a great place - clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Especially the Starbucks on the ground floor.

Really there wasn't much to dislike - the only thing I would say is that, knowing many tourists stay in this area, that the front desk staff could've been a little more versed in English. However that is obviously personal preference and knowing we were in an exceptional country where google translate is acceptable and not offensive, I wouldn't even change this :)

Lovely receptionists and amazing location - we stayed here for the end of our trip as the journey from this hotel to Tokyo Haneda airport is direct on either the Asakusa line or Tokyo Monorail and takes about 30 minutes. The hotel area is so nice - lots of restaurants and shops nearby but still quiet at night. The room is a bit small but this is normal in Japan. We managed fine with 2 large staircases and a small one.

Efficient check in, comfortable, very clean, quiet, good location

At this price point the room is on the small side with the bed pushed against the wall which is always more awkward when you have two people who may need to access the bathroom. However, this is Tokyo and thus at this price point, it appears impossible to get more space!

The location is fantastic, you get to see Tokyo Tower as soon as you walk out. It's beautiful at night! The hotel is also surrounded by good restaurants all the way down the street, even past the station. Which is about a 3-5 minute walk. It's so convenient to be close to a JR line that can take you through most of Tokyo! It's a business hotel but so handy and easy to get too, plus value for money!!

Just the pillows being a bit small but nothing else!
