Breakfast was nice and fresh , it was drinks, sauseges, and bread, it is pretty enough to eat Room was smaller then i expected but for one person it is ok Stuff was friendly plugs are different ( I dont know it is in all Japan or only at that hotel), but stuff gave me Japanese ones and i could change my phones and comvinient store is very very close i liked (especially at night)

Edogawa area is far from Shibuay, Ueno park and the center, people who dont know Tokyo well it will be uncomfortable to go every day to the center. but if your goal is Disney land is pretty close. Subway is pretty close Unconvinient thing may be that at breakfast time even at 6 am every day were many kids (baseball teams) and to eat in peiceful atmosphere was difficult

Extremely good value for money. Nice location, friendly stuff, clean rooms. Daily room service (perhaps common in JPN, not sure). We had technical issue at late evening, immediately solved by helpful desk staff (not so obvious as it seems). Location rating depending on requirements, for us perfect. Quiet area, FamilyMart across the street. Lot of really local restaurants at/close to nearby metro station with very wide offer.

"Groundhog day" breakfasts, little differentation in case of longer stay would be much appreciated :) But as wrote earlier - value for money is really very good.

The hotel has excellent and polite staff. The rooms are the same as in the description. Very clean as cleaning is done every day. The breakfast is delicious and filling, I didn’t get tired of it after 7 days (but the choice of food did not change all these days). The area is excellent, there are many restaurants, cafes, a market, a grocery store 10 meters from the hotel. I recommend visiting, excellent price-quality ratio.

1. If you want to go to Disneyland or Disneysea by taxi, it is only around 20mins away. However, if you want to go by public transport, it takes an hour as you have to take 2 different trains. 2. Free breakfast provided - sausages, eggs, salad, cereal, bread, pastries, tea, coffee, juices. The pastries changed but everything else was the same every day. For the price i paid, can't complain. i really liked how they served breakfast from 6am as i could then go to Disneyland and Disneysea nice and early. 3. Basic room but has everything i need - kettle, fridge, hairdryer, wifi, AC, pyjamas etc.

1. The room was a bit small. I would have struggled if i had a large suitcase (i didn't). 2. Carpet and furnishings seem old and worn out. They are due for replacement i think.

- Tiny cute room. - Great hospitality by the reception staff. All of them were polite welcoming and approachable. - Work space, Hi-Speed internet and all amenities that you can think of for a comfortable stay was present in the room. - Train station is 2-3 minutes' walk away. 2-3 station away to get to city center. - Great neighborhood with many restaurants, supermarkets, 7-Eleven and Family mart. - Microwave, cooking range and washing machine were available inside room in addition to all the other amenities that made our stay comfortable.

The property was very well maintained. Located near Nishikasai station of the subway which makes it very convenient. A bit far from Tokyo’s city center but we welcomed it’s less busy streets at the end of each day. Bed was very comfortable. Although the room was a bit small it served its purpose of having a very comfortable place to sleep in at the end of your day. The breakfast was a bonus. Though a simple fare that’s the same each day it was filling enough to energize you for the morning. Was near DisneySea so taking an Uber going there was cheap and with the least hassle.

Not really something I didn’t like but it would be great if the breakfast options change per day

I can say that this was hands down the best hotel I stayed in on my trip to Tokyo. I loved pretty much everything about it: the super friendly staff, the limited yet incredibly delicious breakfast, the smoking room and its amenities, and also free luggage storage both before and after checking in. Considering how affordable the place is compared to most other hotels in Tokyo, I can't recommend it enough.

The only issue I took with the property were the elevators. For a 14-storey hotel, two elevators is definitely not enough, especially during breakfast and check-in time. It's not a deal-breaker, but be prepared to wait a few minutes for an available elevator.

We really enjoyed our stay for 7 nights here. The breakfast is nice. The washing machine, microwave, fridge and the stove in our 3 beds rooms are very convenient. We booked two 3 beds rooms. The staff managed to make them next door to each other after I sent a reqauest message. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a supermarket (discount market) just near by and a sushi store across the street. It's the perfect price and location for our family of seven.

Hotel staff mostly spoke English and were very helpful and polite. They provided maps and tourist suggestions upon request. Room had a combo washer dryer and breakfast which was convenient. (Although washer dryer took 4 hours to do a small load.). Very safe middle class area 30 min east of Tokyo center by subway. 7 min walk to Nishi Kasai station which has great eateries and shopping including grocery store, Can Do 100 yen shop, and even a thrift store. I liked the drink service in the lobby. Breakfast was a bit bland but you can walk nearby and pick up food at grocer and 7 Bank convenience store can give yen via ATM machine. Overall very good hotel a bit outside central Tokyo with lots of convenience due to location. There was even a clothes store GU nearby to shop. Helpful staff. Toiletries available in lobby.

Breakfast had no fruit and not very flavorful and bland. More tourist brochures in English needed to sightsee. Washer seemed to take forever.

The hotel is about 500 meters away from the nearest Tokyo Metro station (Nishi Kasai) and is situated in a quiet area. There are a number of restaurants around the area, especially those leading to or near the train station. The breakfast, although almost the same fare every morning (we stayed for three nights), is very good, sufficient, and delicious. There is a coffee machine near the elevator area which is open and free anytime of the day.

While the rooms are clean and neat, the carpeting needs to be replaced.
