When I felt really hot in our room, I called and asked for fan and they provided me what we needed. The staffs are very thoughtful and generous. The housekeeping are very thoroughly! Make sure everything is okay every single day when my fiancée and I stayed in there. So yeah! I will definitely stay there again when my family visit me.

Just the smoking area. It was my bad bcos I booked last min and I didn’t realize that I booked the smoking area. So it was hard for me and my partner the first day cos it all smells like smoke.. but it got better eventually.

Very close to the train station and centre of town. We liked the old fashioned charm of the hotel, it has a lot character. We were able to leave our luggage after check out for the day.

The double bed is very small for two people. Not very comfortable. Though the twin rooms which we also had were great. Better to go for a twin room than a double, much more comfortable. Price was quite excessive for what was offered.

My first night the staff was worried that I didn’t pay but after my explanation they realized what happened. She was soo kind and caring and understanding. I love my check-in staff both coming and going at Central Hotel they always took care of me. The next morning I went to breakfast. I was enjoying my breakfast when I found a black hair, I’m blonde, in my chicken stir-fry. I tried to explain sometimes this happened but I was sad that the next morning I get it. The best scrambled eggs, miso soup and potato salad. Drinks, toast etc. Anyway, the whole staff acted professionally and promptly. I have no complaints. Lastly, because I had an emergency phone call on the way to check-out I was ten minutes late and it was no problem. Every special request I asked for was accommodated. And as an old semi-disabled guest all interaction was quickly and cheerfully accommodated. My next trip to Yokosuka, I have invited four or five friends to enjoy the Central Hotel experience because international travel isn’t always perfect but how the staff makes you whole makes it perfect.

Hotel room with no frills but has lots of utility. And expensive restaurant on the second floor not associated with the hotel. Good location for me it was quiet and comfortable.

The shower itself is a little on the small side. I’m a little fat so I had a little bit of difficulty. If I lose about 20 kg I will do just fine. Plenty of amenities and bottled freshwater every day.

i booked a non-smoking room, and the room itself was fine, but when the central air conditioning was turned on, there was a tobacco smoke smell.

Great experience and the staff were amazing!

The hotel is conveniently located to train station and Yokosuka Navy Yard. It's also located near a facility used for Veteran's Assistance.
