The hotel has an excellent price/location ratio. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The room was specious and clean. Its safe. If you're looking for a good hotel and have a limited budget, then this hotel is excellent. Dont be put off by some bad remarks.

The hot water wasn't always hot but was adequate.

Staff was very cooperative. The room size was bigger than my expectation. Due to cold weather I used the heater a lot. Breakfast was okay. Basically it was local breakfast. The hotel arranged for my taxi and it was on time and normally priced. The location is excellent, very close to the main downtown. The Roman Baths are next door and the Roman Theater is five minutes away. I walked up to the Citadel. It took me 20+ and also was uphill, so you need to be able to do the steep climb but was worth it. There was hot water available throughout. Overall it is value for the money.

I didn't have a TV but i think it was okay as i was mostly out sight seeing.

At first i would like to thank the professional reservation manager fars , the friendly and helpful front desk. The place was exactly what we were looking for everything was great! Very good location in the center of downtown. Beautiful rooms, huge and top cleanliness, great quality of breakfast, I will come back to visit this place again for sure.

Centrally located hotel in downtown, few minutes walk to Roman Theatre ,Citadel and local markets. Rooms were big and beds too , hot water for shower available all the time . Breakfast was basic but plenty for us to fuel up. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They help us to print boarding passes. Superb hospitality.

Rooms are bit outdated and noisy as the hotel is right on the main road. we don't have any complain as we were out most days.

Amazing location in the old town of Amman.. Very nice and clean hotel. The owners are very Friendly with us and very helpful. We go often in this hotel and we fully recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this small, intimate hotel, and it was entirely due to the friendly and helpful proprietor and staff. For example, after he recommended a local eatery around the corner I realized I had no Jordanian currency. No problem, he whipped out his wallet and handed over JD10 for me to use! That is above and beyond.

It is a typical Amman building -- not new, but kept in good repair. The fact that the staff treats one like family makes up for any shortcomings in local infrastructure. The water pressure was not great but I always had hot water.

it was a really good price quality ratio, we had a family room and big beds for each of us. it was a bit old but the people made up for it, they were super nice and helpful, the breakfast was good and the location is very central, the roman theater, citadel and down town all in walking distance

the rooms looked a bit tired and old, but can't say anything for this price.

The location was great - very close to the centre, which was very happening. It was also close to the citadel and the mosque which are two key attractions of Amman. The owner was super helpful and was very supportive with everything.

The hotel was close to a nicer part of town but the surrounding areas of the hotel itself were a little off-putting. However, you're getting more than what you're paying for with this hotel.

Parking is very difficult because the hotel is in the middle of the centre. You can park your car in a parkinglot but the owner of the parkinglot will ask you to pay. DO NOT PAY THEM, the hotel already pay them.

Everything was perfect!!! Staff was very nice and kind!! Breakfast was excelente and delicious!! My family and I really appreciate all the attention and services you gave us!!! I really recommend this hotel. Everything is near to the hotel. Amman Citadel, Roman Theater, Rainbow Street. It is the downtown and we can found excelente restaurants and all type of stores to buy whatever we need.

Bath courtain should be a little longer.
