I was a bit skeptical due to reviews, however the hotel is in the heart of the markets, so I took the chance. My family and I were actually very impressed on the staff hospitality, cleaningness of the room and complimentary breakfast.

I would suggest to use bed covers on the mattresses and sheets on top, that way our body doesn’t become in contact with the bed. Other than that, I would stay there again!

Hotel is in a very good location, close to many restaurants. The staff are all very nice and helpful. I arrived to the hotel around 4:30am and was checked in by Laith at reception who was very quick and helpful. My interactions with reception afterwards were also great, they ensured I didn’t have to change rooms as I booked part of my stay through Booking.com and then one night through a tour operator. The hotel is basic but was good. My room was spacious, clean, had hot water and even a balcony.

Rooms can be a little noisy if you are facing the street.

the staff went the extra mile to help me with the room as I was feeling unwell and wanted a quiet room away from Main Street and noise. the lady working gave me the room which was the quietest and had a large bed. she also checked to make sure I was ok later if I needed anything.

It was very nice hotel, I really liked my stay there, the receptionist's staff were really nice and welcoming and very helpful. The room was cleaned. The location was perfect everything I want was near me. Don't hesitate to choose this hotel.👍👍

This hotel is Fabulous at every aspect and it is underrated. It should be rated 4 STARTS! 1. Customer service is excellent! 2. Staff at the reception are tremendously helpful, welcoming, friendly and genuinely try to make your stay pleasant! 3. The ambience of the hotel restaurant is phenomenal! Food is delicious. Waiters are friendly, polite, professional and provide fast service. They go out of their way to help you. For instance, the restaurant kitchen at the hotel closes at 10:30PM. No more food is available. However, if you're hungry, they are willing to order food for you from the neighboring restaurants and bring it to you! So, I really appreciate their effort! At night, the lights are dimed as they play variety of music. It gives you a sense of tranquility. 4. Location is exquisite! The Art Hotel is in a very strategic location. It's close to everything you can and cannot think of, such as: Clothes, antique shops, modern and traditional restaurants and Cafe, Currency Exchange, Herbs shops and pharmacies. If you want to shop or explore authentic ambience, this is to place to be at! 5. Housekeeping was great and helpful. 6. Cleanliness of the rooms, restaurant and hotel is impeccable. Everyone in this hotel works hard and really appreciate their endeavors! The hotel staff works hard and I really appreciate their endeavors! This is a note for customers: The Hotel Staff are not your servants. They're human being just like you, who work hard and genuine to make a living. Therefore, please treat them with respect, as you wish to be treated!

Great location in downtown Amman, easy to walk around the city and explore the main sites. Lovely rooftop restaurant & so friendly! The Manager introduced himself to me at breakfast & was so helpful with telling me what to see - as a solo female traveller I felt safe and cared for by the staff, even down to the manager standing with my luggage to flag a taxi down to take me to my next hotel. Whilst not as “shiny” as some of the other hotels I used, this wins hands down for location and a warm welcome!

Staff were excellent in friendliness, manner, helpfulness and their english understanding was great, especially with all at reception. All requests were received with a positive attitude and were completed to a very high standard.

1.The wifi is not great, but fixable. 2. Because the building is old, it doesn't look pristine clean, but that is due to the age of the building, not any fault of the staff. 3. A small, but not very iminportant suggestion - perhaps a separate power point for kettle would be helpful.

Hotel is located right in the busy area of Amman with plenty of restaurants, shops etc... and also very close to the main sights. Room was spacious with a balcony to the main street. Breakfast is good and served on the 4th floor of the building with a panoramic view of the city. The manager was very kind, friendly and very helpful by giving us good recommendations on what to do and see. Best value for money!

this property is ideally situated in downtown! Hashem’s is just to the right and Hibebah to the left and the Souks very near. The staff at reception could not have been nicer or helpful! They were terrific! I loved having the balcony from which to see the lively streets! Unfortunately the breakfast was lacking in choices and the room was not cleaned on my second day there. The safe did not work either. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The location is excellent, walking distance to most sites. However, the central location does mean that it can be noisy.

The breakfast was not so good. There was a basic spread of food, but it did not seem to have much care or attention given to it. The terrace for breakfast has a great view, although the whole area could have been much cleaner and better maintained overall
