Amazing breakfast and the location is great! overall very comfortable stay

Would have liked more flexibility around accessing room key. We forgot to leave a room key to reception one evening and was already late to an event, the staff literally TRACKED us down as if we have stolen something. The need for always leaving room key with reception was never communicated when we checked in. Would highly recommend for hotel to make spare copies or have us given key deposit rather than forcing guests to leave room keys every time we want to go outside

It's located in the old part of the city just in front of the Roman Theatre, so it is very close to the main attractions. The room was simple but clean, with a balcony with a nice view . We liked the breakfast and the rooftop is definetly the best part. The staff is lovely and they can organize trips for you.

Our room was just in front of the Theatre and main road therefore it was noisy till late because of the traffic and horning. If you need to rest at early time,it is better to ask for an internal room if possible.

Traveling alone I’m looking for a place where I can feel safe. I have already stayed in this hotel, I felt very safe. And in peace I was able to make a lot of meetings with other travelers, and share moments on the spot it is very fun. That’s why I decided to go back for my stay. As far as accommodation is concerned it is a basic place, but it suits me very much as I am not very difficult. Another highlight the geographical location it is located in front of the Roman theatre, a prime place, taxi, restaurant, currency exchange, bank really all nearby. As for the staff a big crush for the very helpful person of the restaurant and smile Omar and Rose who do a remarkable job with all the tasks they have performed. I also liked the presence of guests staying at the hotel a cat mom with her babies very cute and soothing I hope to see her again. I hope just come back to a time when it’s warmer to enjoy the terrace which is beautiful with a beautiful view of the city . What I will add if possible is that there are activities to do in the hotel for example cooking classes or why not courses to learn Arabic and enjoy collective moments in all there is a lot of positive I have only one desire is to return the as soon as possible thanks again that gods facilitates you friendly a conquered customer🙏😍

We loved location. Staff offered us u quiet room, but we preferred a room with balcony, looking to the nosy street and Roman theatre. There were not noise when windows were closed, and the view was splendid. Room was clean, with private bathroom, but shared toilets and bathrooms were always clean. It is original hotel, we shall recommend it.

We don`t know, but there were always some young boys, if they can`t solve some situation, there were never somebody older, somebody more able to solve it. They were trying to be very useful, but at the end it happened that a lot of that doesn`t depend on them, Programs for ¬visiting Jordan¬ is not hotel`s program, and we did not realise whose program it is. Staff didn`t wont to tell us the name of the organisation, name of responsible person. Also, they tell you how much something cost, you give them money, and they don`t give you a receipt, you have to ask. They don`t have computer and printer, as we needed - I think it was a lie.

It was conveniently located. The refurbished rooms are fine--not so much for the shared rooms. Taxi service prompt, non smoker, friendly but did not speak English Funny-- I asked him to wait so I could tip him. I said that into his phone and the translation was Do you want to break up with me? Staff very helpful and friendly

PROBLem--not a non smoking hotel. People are allowed to sit on stair landing (covered between two main buildings near reception and entry to all rooms and smoke. Door to sleeping areas not closed so not truly non smoking And although it is stated that only smoking allowed on outdoor patio of breakfast room guests did not observe this limitation. It needs better signage and respect for others' need for clean air.

We landed at the Queen Alia airport at midnight, and were taken to the hotel by a taxi arranged by one of the staff members. Check-in was smooth, gentleman at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Our room was basic but was a good size, and with private bathroom with shower. Room had an access to a small balcony overlooking the Hashemite street and Roman amphitheatre. We had breakfast and dinner included. Meal was served at the roof terrace with lovely views over the main street and Roman amphitheatre. Breakfast offered 3 options of savoury food + melon, bread and jam and sponge cake. Dinner was traditional meal, and it was delicious. All members of staff were friendly and helpful.

Free Wi-fi was breaking up a lot. Bathroom drains smell a bit (which I assume is quite common in hot countries like Jordan) so we had to keep the door closed. Shower didn't have hot water - as the water wasn't ice cold, we assumed it was normal, but then in other hotels we always had hot water.... so the boiler was probably not working properly... Balcony was shared between 2 rooms, which I didn't know when booking. It wasn't a huge issue but the balcony door didn't lock very well.

the establishment has notable strengths, including a pleasant and hearty breakfast, reliable Wi-Fi, and a very helpful staff. Additionally, the location across from the theater, with free parking nearby, is a significant advantage. The complimentary city tour with a guide is also highlighted as an excellent opportunity, with the option to tip the guide only if satisfied, which is appreciated. The guide is very Nice!

The rooms offer only one small towel per person, and the mattress base is of poor quality, allowing the springs to be felt. While the rooms face the street with a communal terrace, ideal for photos, earplugs are essential due to constant external noise. The absence of window shades results in constant brightness from the city lights, which can be bothersome day and night.

We had a wonderful stay at Amman with Zaman ya Zaman. The hotel is located right at the heart of downtown but you don't get a sense of the busyness once at the property. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Ibrahim for a great walking tour - highly recommend it. Also, big thank you to Khaled for arranging our transfers throughout the trip. A great experience!

Unfortunately the hotel was booked out so we got an economy standard room. Heard a lot about the better rooms but didn't get a chance to stay there.

The staff has been super nice and helpful. The hotel is cosy and the terrace for the breakfast is amazing with a stunning view on the Roman Theatre. Rooms was clean.

Unfortunately we have been in the wing of the hotel that is in fresh renovation. The room was without mirror and the WiFi didn't worked since day 1. We imagine are temporary problems due to the fact the renovation works are just finished and still missing details. But the price for the room is full price. They are young and very nice, I'm sure they will learn from those little mistakes.
