The hotel was better than i expected as it is 3 stars hotel, the lady in the counter was really friendly, staff were always helpful and always they ask me if i need anything else. Size of the room are fair enough, bed are very comfortable, rooms are totally clean. Breakfast it is very nice there are good options and delicious. Internet is always available with fast speed. Location is really great, few steps to Mecca Mall which one of the biggest and best Malls in he city, you can find everything you need there, the Hotel in Mecca street which everything is near from you, you won't need to take taxi or car always. I stayed in this hotel for 6 days and my experience is amazing. I will come to this Hotel again and again when i come back to Amman, i recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The location is within walking distance to Mecca Mall and Sameeh Supermarket, which was good for food and shopping for families. Rooms were also unexpectedly very spacious. Farah at Reception was delightfully warm and went out of her way to offer us assistance and suggestions of places to visit, etc.

The breakfast level was only accessible via staircase, which was difficult for us as one of my family member is wheelchair-bound. However, Farah offered to have breakfast served to the rooms to ease it for us which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast spread was also very minimal, but it wasn't much of an issue for us as we planned to eat out to try the local food.

Breakfast was fair. But needs to add lil things to make Jordanian like zaatae manakeesh Coffee was very bad Outside hotel name was not seen ( no lights) my visitor could not locat the building

It was a very good choice to book my stay at Artal Hotel. It has an amazing location in between 3 malls, easy access & close to almost all attractions. I would like to thank the staff for their amazing hospitality especially Mr. Moayyad, Amer, Mohammed, Farah & other staff.

I sayed at the Gloria Hotel eailer on my trip, my stay was that good that when I needed a place in Amman again to stay, before flying home, I booked again for a second time. I found the rooms on both occasions to be spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and friendly, and the breakfast was spot on.

there’s a a huge Mall Department store budget rental cara ia closed to building. hotel is far from madness and close 20 min from airport. its cheap as for 70/80 $ is valuable and huge free parking, also room 111 is an amazing junior suite and u can view car park. easy to jerash 35 min, easy al salt 20 min…easy to amman centre. breakfast is buffet but U can ask for an omelette and it pass continental standars

I love the location and comfort of the room. the laundry service was phenomenal! the stay is super friendly and helpful.

I am here for work and I work at night, so I wasn’t able to get the room cleaned because they only provide housekeeping service from 8am-4pm.

Staff is so cooperative, helpful and welcoming! Location is perfect with many nearby malls and services! Rooms are spacious, clean and cozy! Good value for money! Highly recommend it!

Its location being right near Mecca Mall is really convenient. You can find everything there to eat or buy. The staff were very nice and the room was clean. Also the TV has youtube and you can also screnshare to it whatever you like from your phone. Would definitely go back.

Breakfast was good, Need more options for Vegetarians and some items got over as we reached around 9:30 am on one day, The hotel should be ready to refill the exhausted items or provide alternates. Taste and quality were very good.
