The hotel has a great location, close to the Dubai Internet City business campus, supermarkets and malls. The room was modern, spacious and nicely furnished, with a great view of the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa. The hotel staff and amenities (on-site gym, restaurants and pool) were excellent and made for a very enjoyable stay.

I originally booked a room with a full kitchen (i.e., full stove), to be able to cook my own meals. However, upon arrival, the room was only equipped with a single hotplate. After calling the reception, they offered me a different room with did have a full kitchen, but unfortunately also had a very outdated interior. The hotel reception informed me afterwards that only the rooms with a full kitchen, were rooms which had not yet been modernized. This is not clear from the pictures that are attached to each room option, so be mindful of that if you're planning to stay for a longer period and plan to cook your own meals.

Hotel is located not far from the marina and JBR. On Sheikh Zayed road, so easy access to the city. Great value for an apartment hotel. Stunning views of the Palm, including Ayn Dubai and Burj al Arab.

Make sure you're booking the apartment hotel with fully equipped kitchen.

The view is perfect , The room is comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful and active for our needs. The location is very accessible taxi, private car and metro.

The hotel was Perfect for a Dubai visit, as its located right at the Metro station (internet/Media City) and is only a few quick stops away from Mall of the Emirates. and easy access to all that Dubai has to offer by Metro or Taxi. We had a two bedroom apartment, which was a great size with a lounge room and two good sized bedrooms (one king size bed in the master and two singles in the other) and two bathrooms, with bath over shower and great wardrobe storage space, a great balcony from which we could see (on a clear day) the Burj Al Arab hotel (out over the water). The pool area was rooftop style but above admin part of the hotel and was sunny in the mornings, but well shaded in the afternoons (if you don't want to worry about having to use sunscreen) All in all a very nice place to stay with a family and I would stay here again.

The only thing that was an issue was the fact that it looked to show a full size kitchen (when booking), but they had obviously taken out any cooking facilities, although there was a microwave and a full size fridge freezer, there was only a few odd crockery and cutlery items (not even four plates or bowls, and only two sets of cutlery). So not really a place to prep any meals. But plenty of room in the big fridge for stocking up on cold drinks for your days out!!! That said we ended up eating out most days anyway or got room service (which was great). There is also a little supermarket across the street which has everything you could need.

All the staff were very friendly, the facilities were great, good location

Staff not very helpful, e.g “here’s your room key” with no additional information, they expected you to already know where everything is, what to do etc. It was clean however couple of things like a sticky mark on the table, dirty tea spoon, other peoples hair in the shower.

This property is in a great location with two nice restaurants . Taxis always available . Metro 3 mins away. Good Gym Helpful staff . Room size great

Pool not good re position no sun most of the time

Rooms where spacious and modern with living room, dining area and two nice bedrooms on the side. Bathrooms felt older but ok standard. Perfect for a large family. Kitchen included refrigerator, freezer, sink, and plates/glasses/cutlery. Friendly staff. Location was right next to the Metro station. Great starting point to get around Dubai, either if you are going to i.e. Atlantis, Expo or malls with metro or quickly by taxi. Dubai taxis where coming every minute to hotel entrance. Special thanks to the excellent and friendly cleaning staff. Rooms where clean. Hotels Noodle House restaurant was really great and we enjoyed many great late meals. A short walk takes you to excellent Aswaaq Supermarket and a Zoom market is located just outside the main entrance. Poolarea was nice with an amazing view overlooking all the sites but do not expect to lay in the sun tanning. This hotel is suitable if you are planning on using it as a hub and are out to other places all day long, but want to enjoy a good nice room with good services at night.

Close to most by Taxi or Metro, but not by walking. Located in office area, so expect very quiet surroundings and expect to travel by taxi if you are going to a restaurant other than what the hotel are offering or want to enjoy some people around you. Kitchen was missing supplies for washing dishes and cooking food other than microwave, but the kitchen was spacious and had a large refrigerator and freezer.

Happy with small details in the rooms and saftey inside the apartment for kids protection. The elevetor so fast to reach up to floor 40 in short time

The problem with elevator in peak time . Since there are 40 floors you may stay littile time to wait your turn For me is fine Also exiti fro elevetor to some parking location take you in a journey in landary of the hotel. But exit sign will guide through out of this

Day curtains in the room are not white, they are grey colour and should be washed more often. Shuttle transfer to the beach only once per day and too early at 9 a.m.
