Canary Boutique Hotel

We spent 4 nights in this hotel, it was a very pleasant stay and good value for money: very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and bathroom with the right space, simple and tasteful furniture, nice building with also an Italian restaurant and a bar that make the place lively. We were at the first floor and were not disturbed by the noise, but if you like absolute silence you can specify it at the moment of the booking. I was a bit cold at the begining but it was because I did not understand well the closing/opening of the window. Check well both sides of the window ;-) The heater/air conditionning works very well. This is a family hotel that has been completely refurbished one or two years ago. The young owner, Omar, was here from morning to night to help and check that guests feel comfortable. It has always been easy to park the car in the street very closed to the hotel. And the hotel can organize the PCR test directly at the loby with results in 2 hours.

The breakfast offers a good variety of choice even if it is mainly Jordan style ;-) I would only add bread and pastries.

This was a nice hotel. We had a suite with a cute balcony. The location was in what I'd call mid-town. It's about a 25 minute walk downhill to downtown and a 30 minute walk back. We used Ubers to get back and forth. It's a good location for pick-ups for day trips. Street parking is usually full. There is a nice Italian restaurant on site, and there is also a bar.

I'm not sure that this is a criticism; it depends on what you expect from your hotel, but the onsite bar is located inside/outside the front of the hotel. It's a busy place with loud music that plays until closing at around 1:30am. We were surprised by this. There's not a lot going on in Amman at night, so if you're looking for something to do in the evening, this is a good alternative.

Very pleasant place and very friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is situated in a very nice street in Jamel Webdeh. The bedroom was very comfortable with two single beds and a nice bathroom with a great shower. It was equipped with convenient shelves, a kettle and a fridge, and complimentary water bottles. The hotel was very quiet and although there was a busy restaurant and club outside we were not disturbed by the noise. The breakfast was good with a nice choice of local and international dishes. The staff was very efficient and friendly. The Italian restaurant for dinner was nice with real Italian products.

Jabal Al Lweibdeh is a hip neighborhood with galleries, modern restaurants and chic pubs; everything within walking distance from the hotel; Parking spaces are available in the vicinity. The modern decor is of a simple Western standard, clean and well-kept; the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is extremely diverse and leaves nothing to be desired. In the house is the "Rustic Bar" with a large selection of spirits.

At least the rooms on the first floor are filled with music until midnight; after that it's very quiet. During the day, a ventilation system occasionally turns on, causing the entire house to vibrate. These inconveniences do not justify the high price - too expensive.

This is a little hidden gem in Amman. Everything from when I checked in was great. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was a good size, very clean, had everything I needed. The 2 restaurants attached are very good. A good selection for breakfast. I must say a special thanks to Abu who served my breakfast everyday. He saw one day I was very sad and made me a croissant which I really appreciated. He was very friendly which made my stay even nicer. Also Mohammed in Rustic was amazing too. He was always friendly and helpful and I really appreciate it. I extended my stay twice and I would come back here again should i visit Amman again. I will also recommend this place in the Jordan Facebook groups.

Wifi on 2nd floor was quite intermittent The noise from the bar within the hotel can be very loud if your room is at the front of the hotel and goes on till just after midnight, it did not bother me but I imagine some people would find it difficult to sleep through and it is something to be aware of.

great location in a nice neighbourhood near so nice restaurants. comfortable and clean

a week before arrival I requested our room faced the back (as I had read that it was noisy at the front and about flight arrived at 2am). it was confirmed that it would be in the quiet part of the hotel. when we checked in we were put in a room at the front. we were woken up by very noisy construction at 6am and had hardly any sleep which ruined our first day. we requested to be moved and we were. the staff were fairly helpfully about it but the first day experience let us down. other than then it was a nice stay

Outstanding hotel. Location was brilliant with an easy transfer available from the airport, mini market next door, a good restaurant attached and 20 odd minute walk to downtown. Room itself was very clean with a big comfortable bed, safe, fridge and strong WiFi. There was a brilliant bar called Rustic with local beer, cool cocktails and really good food. We almost stayed an extra night just for the bar. Best of all were the staff. Abu at breakfast was great and the guys at reception couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We loved the hotel and would 100% recommend it. Will definitely stay there again if in Amman.

Love the location, super friendly staff, hip common areas and delicious breakfast served in the on-site restaurant - overall a very nice hotel in the middle of everything in cool Weibdeh!

The rooms are well-equipped but very simple for my understanding of a boutique hotel. There was a funny smell in the hallways, maybe because of the carpet. Cleanliness could be improved in the bathrooms.

Staff was very friendly, service was good, includes breakfast with coffee juice pancake fruits or Jordanian breakfast, food in both restaurants downstairs was excellent with a lot of choice, rooms clean, beds ok, coffee & tea and water cooker in room, locker in room, shower facilities ok including towels soap shampoo, airconditioning silent and working.

Minor: Some rooms could be equipped with a small desk for work purposes (if you need one ask reception and they will fix a small table); Frontside rooms can be a bit noisy up to 23:59 due to the music from the restaurants downstairs (if you need silence just ask for a room at the back, otherwise enjoy the buzz)
