Great location. Room and the view.

Not very helpful staff. I forgot my wallet in the room with 500 euros and IDs, however the staff refused to help out. Communication was difficult, after several calls and emails, I finally got the phone number of operations manager. After calling him several times, no answer. The reception manager was also not able to help. Of course, on the end it's on me as I should keep my wallet in the pocket, but I told them that they can keep the 500 euros and just to return me the IDs. Still no help from them. The Hotel has a good location, but the staff not so good.

Very good hotel, the staff are really nice and professional, large room, very warm on the cold Amman nights. Had great massage.

The only downside was the pillows. They are not comfortable. I had one bad experience that did not reflect on the hotel in general, but I got a call from room service at 5Am asking for the food trolley, I couldn't believe he woke me up at dawn to ask for a trolley

The hotel is well located, has all the needed services and the employees are very attentive. We were offered an upgrade to compensate for a minor inconvenience, they did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible!

I cannot think of anything! Maybe the coffee is a bit watery but that seems to be cultural :)

Mohammad's warm welcome and attentive service were outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. I am truly grateful for Mohammad's professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. He made me feel valued and well taken care of. Now I don't normally write reviews but do read them. I'm making an exception here because we had a great time. From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. (Everyone else to this point was trying to sell us tours, which was understandable). The location was brilliant as the new shopping centre is just across the road, and has many restaurants, shops etc to explore. We found it really useful after long day trips and could just spend the evening close by, especially as we arrived quite late on the first day. It's only a short Uber to downtown or a 15min walk to the Kings Mosque, and plenty to see along the way. Breakfast was great and plenty of local foods to try, along with the continental options you'd normally see. Rooms were clean, and the hotel has good facilities. I will recommend this for sure to my friends and family.

I would like to extend a special thanks to Ahmed, the receptionist. His kindness and helpfulness made my stay even more memorable. He went out of his way to assist with any questions or requests I had, and his friendly demeanor was truly appreciated. In conclusion, my stay at the Coral Hotel was nothing short of amazing. Great location across the street from the Abdali Mall. Rooms are spacious and with great views of the city.

Staff at the reception desk wasn’t always very helpful, they either had an attitude or looked like they didn’t want to be there. This is my second time staying at this hotel, mostly for the location, but in those two instances I haven’t had a smooth check-in or check-out experience… there’s always something, from charges that were paid but not recorded in their system to rooms not been ready on time.

Rooms were very spacious with a seating area and small kitchenette. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was good. There is a shopping mall a short walk down the street which has lots of major retail units and a good supermarket, all of which are open late.. most until midnight. Housekeeping was done daily and fresh bottled water was left in the room afterwards. The air con worked very well.

Location is a good 30mins outside town but uber is very reasonable only 2-4JOD to get to most places. It would have been nice to have a pool.

The staff The staff was welcoming, Specially Safa, Mohammad & Yanal very lovely people, they thought my room didn't have a view but I loved the view of my room in second floor, looking at one of the oldest houses of Amman, where many fruits are planted, Amman looked so green to me against Abdali complex. Valet & Security The Valet & Security team were polite and welcoming, everytime they welcome us warmly. Breakfast The value paid for the breakfast was worth it, one of the best breakfasts I ever had, even better than many 4 starts hotel in Turkey. Location Very strategic close to downtown, quick access to airport through Abdoun, and also 4th circle is at the centre, between 1st and 8th circle.

I believe the team were doing their best and they need more engaged management to help them handle problems quicker such as water supplies.

Located a the city center. Convenient to commute within the city.

They don’t have English Channel. Cafeteria staff had lack of English communication. Front desk night staff were not very helpful.I had to call several times to replace a broken Iron. I had to go to front desk to replace. Room upgrade was totally shocking. I was given room in the basement . Instead of upper level where I can enjoy the city views .it was very disappointed.
