We did experience a minor issue with the air conditioning during our stay, but the staff was quick to explain that it was due to a recent change in the weather conditions in the country. They offered an alternative solution with a fan, which was a thoughtful and effective remedy. While it was a small inconvenience, it didn’t detract from the overall experience.

I like everything about the staff including the receptionist and the security and the pool safeguards, I get the room 2 hours before the check-in time They responded positively to everything I asked, and my family too. They give us more bottles of water for my kids They carry everything I have and give it to me at the room door since I have two kids to take care of once I enter the hotel. They tried to clean the room two times while my daughter vomited on the ground Special thanks to Miss Marah she realy did her best.

One of the bed in the room was broken, i told the staff about it they try to fix it but it still not comfortable it needs to be replaced, actually I didn’t tell thrm to replace it.

Mr. Hana goes all the way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, he upgraded my room and complimented free breakfast in replacement of the air conditioning switching mode to heating, that made my room a bit too warm. All the staffs are very friendly.

Security system is a bit annoying, having to scan our car, bags and all belonging all the time before entering the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money with a very comfortable bed, a large breakfast selection, and friendly, polite staff. The hotel also promotes sustainability with a mobile virtual key, but a traditional key is available upon request.

While some rooms are outdated, others have been renovated. The location is closer to the city center than many other hotels, though you’ll need to walk on busy roads without sidewalks at times.

Excellent staff, super atentive. Always willing to help with absolutely everything. We felt very well taken care of. We had an issue with the room, so asked for a change and we got upgraded, which was very much appreciated. Spacious room, clean, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was very tasty, with great variety. Pool area cozy and relaxing. Overall a great stay.

The hotel was very safe, comfortable and breakfast was a huge feast. There is a rooftop bar that you can enjoy the views of Amman.

I requested a quiet room away from elevators in the booking after a long flight but was offered a room right by the elevators. Unfortunately the front desk insisted that the room is quiet and it took some negotiating to get another room. I was very surprised I had to plead my case to the point of leaving the hotel. I finally received the room I requested with the help of another staff member and everything was perfect. If you request a specific room make sure that is very clear checking in before you head to your room. Be also aware that the hotel has both smoking and non smoking rooms. If you are a nonsmoker add your request in your booking and confirm when you check in.

I asked for a late checkout for 1 pm and I had to call again and ask for a late checkout for 2 pm. I finally left my room at 2:15 pm. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is always very good. We enjoyed the happy hours at the bar. And the restaurant food is delicious! We noticed that the management employs some handicapped people when possible (and some with down syndrome). I greatly appreciate that their management is being socially conscious and helping those in need when possible.

Great staff and property. I enjoyed my stay and nothing was too much for the staff. Breakfast and room service were also of a good quality; plenty of selection. Spacious rooms and comfy bed. New towels every day which were the softest I’ve ever had in a hotel. Free water and good mini bar selection.

Noisy neighbours - the hotel did respond immediately to the issue but people need to be more considerate. My key cards stopped working every day so I had to go down to reception and get them changed. This was annoying but the staff were very kind.
