This hotel is a must if visiting Amman. It is spotlessly clean, the service is faultless and a fab breakfast. A special mention to Ahmad who looked after our check in - what a pleasant friendly professional guy. He made us feel so welcome from the minute we stepped into the hotel (he also very kindly offered us an upgrade to a fabulous suite without charge and had breakfast bags waiting for us on our early check out when we left on one of the days @ 6.30am for a tour). Thank you also to Rami for looking after us so well in the dining room for breakfast. Nothing is a problem for the staff in the Hilton Amman and we will be recommending it to anyone we know who is lucky enough to visit this fabulous city / country. Thank you Hilton for making our stay in Amman so special

It is nice, clean they have the kindest staff I have ever met, the spa and the staff there is exceptional, I have been at several hotels in amman, it' the best, it was my first time at hilton and definitely inshalla it wouldn't be the last

My stay at the Hilton hotel thanks to the staff was great. I would highly recommend it. A special thanks to Mohammed Eric Who took care of me and had great general knowledge of the the area. My room was comfy, clean, quite and spacious. The hotel facilities, 24 hour gym, relaxing pool and jacuzzi. That staff at the spa were super helpful. The spa was perfectly Zein. The teas, orange water, red juice was tasty and complimentary I thought that was a nice touch. From the moment, I entered the hotel till the moment I left out as well looked after.

Breakfast fantastic quality and choice. Nice room. Comfy bed. Good staff.

It would be helpful if the concierge would give a guide price if you chose not to use the hotel taxi for a very local trip.

The hotel facilities are gorgeous - in and of itself the reception area is amazing and it only gets better! We used the jacuzzi (badly needed after 5 days of adventure in Wadi Rum and Petra) as well as the pool. There are other services available that we didn't use (gym, massage...) Oh-my-gosh, the breakfast. The choice was not only extensive, but really, really fresh. I saw that items were constantly being refreshed and replenished with fresh produce. It was one of the only hotels where I tried almost everything without fear of having a dodgy stomach... Our room (a corner suite on the 9th floor) was spacious and light filled. The view was a little lacking but not "bad". Natasha, Khaled and Adjam in Fuma were great. Professional service with a big smile :-) The Concierges on duty for our time there (25-28 Oct) were fantastic and gave great advice. The front desk staff on check-in and check-out couldn't have been more helpful.

Our only (small) gripe is that when we went to the bar for happy hour, the beer that was offered for happy hour was out of stock. No alternative was being offered. We accepted that and started to drink another beer, at full price. Just before happy hour finished (at about 18h45), we saw that the happy hour beers were being served! We questioned it and were surprised to learn that a delivery had just been made. Adjam rectified the situation and offered our chosen beers at a 20% discount (rather than 50%) and we found that to be a very fair compromise. However, we expected that it should have been offered to begin with, not after we raised the issue.

The room was really spacious and elegant. Amazing view, two TVs, couch. Toiletries in the bathroom high quality. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was top-notch, and best part is staff are absolutely amazing. I’ve been to most 5 star hotels in Amman, and Hilton definitely stands out.

Unfortunately - and Hilton isn’t alone in this issue - is the TVs. Without modern TVs that offer platforms like Netflix and Youtube, it’s difficult to enjoy being in the room for a long time. Nonetheless, other great services the hotel offers make up for this shortcoming. Still, I think it’s an issue Hilton Amman needs to take into account to truly be 10/10.

The most comfortable hotel. The room was perfectly clean with great beds and bathroom, and also a beautiful view over Amman. We even had a free upgrade to a bigger room and free breakfast offered, which was a great plus. The breakfast was everything you can wish for, with many tasty options (international and Jordan food). The staff was so nice and welcoming to us. They even brought some apples and dates to our room. Also the roomservice was great and the food was super nice. The hotel is located in what seemed like more of a business centre, but with many restaurants and supermarkets around so that was fine for us.
