The hotel is like a little oasis: it has its own private beach with corals and a diverse sea life just in front of the beach! You can rent snorkeling gear and see the most amazing animals. Very modern and clean hotel rooms, the whole hotel is extremely clean and smells nice. The cleaner even made the effort to make some beautiful ‘towel art’ when changing our towels (see picture)! The breakfast is very good and there is a lot of choice. The chef is really nice and made us try several local dishes (like the bean stew, I recommend!). In fact, all the staff were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy some nice weather.

There is no supermarket on premise, the closest one is in the Tala Bay region (30 mins by foot or 5 mins by car). Please note that the hotel is about 15-20 mins (by car) from Aqaba center. If you don’t have your own car, you need a taxi (costs 7-10 JOD), which is a bit inconvenient. But to be honest we only left the hotel once, it’s just a great place to be!

Perfect for a time out, quiet, few people, amazing view and beach access. We got a free upgrade with sea view which was totally worth it. On request the hotel helps getting a taxi for 10 Jod from Aqaba.

In the low season, the hotel offers no breakfast buffet. Thus, we received fresh omelette and the usual dips like hummus. Unfortunately more choices like pancakes, fruit salads or fresh pastries were not available. I would have expected more here. However, we really loved everything else so it was still a 10 for us :)

Amazing and luxurious hotel with great Royal Diving Center. The rooms were very spacious, with amazing cosmetics and very comfortable beds. Big parking for your car. The reef just outside is amazing. Breakfasts were totally worth the price. Definitely one of the nicest, cleanest and warmest seas we have been to.

It’s around 30 minutes away from Aqaba, but that’s not necessarily a negative.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The facilities are fantastic! The rooms, pools and private beach will make you not want to leave this place. I was amazed by the coral reef and fish right off their beach where you will see something new every time you snorkel there. Every member of staff went over and beyond to make my stay comfortable and treated me like a queen! I wish I could mention each person, but a few of these absolute stars are Maya in the reception, who checked me in early and gave me a free upgrade as well as organizing taxis for me and offering services even outside her working hours, Osama in the restaurant who gave me complimentary snacks and was always so attentive and kind, as well as the head of the cleaning department, Josef, who made every return to my room a happy surprise by leaving incredibly creative towel arrangements on my bed. I can’t rate this place and people highly enough and I would return to Acaba for no other reason than to stay at Luxotel again. Thank you so much, you are the absolute best!

The place is cozy and fancy at the same time, The architecture of the place and the design of spaces are really nice. They prepared a sweet surprise for us when they knew ot was our wedding anniversary 🫶🏻🩷 The food is magnificent, I loved that the restaurant is open 24 hours, and that you can have your food anywhere in the hotel (inside the restaurant, in your room, at the beach,….). The food is affordable and tastes AMAZING, and their breakfast buffet is to die for! Also, I always like who Luxotel keeps a warm (Farwa) in all rooms in case you get cold at the beach at night, same in their place at Rum as well 🩷🫶🏻 Lastly, I loved how clean the sea water is at their beach! Thank you Luxotel for a memorable night 🩷

Nothing 💕 Maybe one small suggestion, to have the room numbers also added on the outside for the beach access rooms so we don’t mixup our room with someone else.

We loved our stay there! The location and the hotel was great! It’s everything you need for a vacation! The staff was amazing and so kind! They always wanted you to eat well and have a great time! The pool was very clean and generally all the spaces at the hotel is very very clean! The breakfast is generous and yummy! The food is good as well! You can also dive at the royal dive club it’s a very nice experience! Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay very much!

The only thing you should know if you drink alcohol is that it is a dry hotel! But they let you bring your own alcoholic drink from outside.. so that is very nice!
