Yam Suf by Isrotel Collection

Already 4 yrs ago I was booked at Isrotel Yam Suf, but due to a serious family incident the very night before my trip started, I had to cancel. And the Hotel was kind enough to grant a full refund regardless the booking was at a non refundable rate. I have not forgotten this kind move, and was happy to finally stay 5 N at Yam Suf. Everyone from the front desk, from kitchen to house keeping, did a fantastic job during challenging times. I booked half-board, and have not regreted it for a single second. Both the breakfast as well as the diner bufet provided an abundance of delicious food choices, sometimes hard to resist. The hotel hosted for several weeks also quite a number of evacuated families, and it was heartbreaking to listen to their stories, but comforting to watch how the hotel did the best they could do to soften the hardship of their situation as best as even possible.

Excellent location for all those looking for a quiet location away from the bustling crowds of the northern coast of Eilat, alongside quiet and beautiful beaches. The pool space is spacious and quiet. Beautiful rooms decorated in a contemporary way.

The room was not cleaned after the first night, after opening a ticket at the customer service department, I was informed by the customer service manager the rooms are not necessarily cleaned every day. Sounds very strange to me especially given it's 4 a star hotel. Even after someone was sent to clean the room it was not at an adequate level.

This is a nice comfortable hotel directly across from the beach where you can snorkel and see schools of fish a few feet from shore. Nice pool and breakfast facilities. Hodoya was particularly helpful in dealing with flight issues. Like getting the discount for snorkel gear and the option to use it for free for two hours. Like the location away from the city center but a short drive if you want to experience the Vegas-like vibe.

Like too many hotels in Israel, prices have gone up astronomically and is overpriced. Splurged for the location and positive past experience. Breakfast is very good but I like it when smoked salmon is also available.

Breakfast was absolutely incredable. The choice of food was beyond what we could imagine but most important the food was fresh, fresh, fresh and the service was excellent. I want to give a special thanks to the great skill of Giorgi the chef who prepared the omlets. He had a terrific memory, was quick, efficient, and the eggs were done to perfection. We also want to thank Dalia of the fresh salad bar who went out of her way to help us. And Shawit who prepared the coffee

Great hotel with an amazing breakfast and dinner (never seen anything like that before). Two big pools with a lot of sun beds and loungers around, palm trees in the garden. I had three very relaxing and beautiful days.

The hotel is located directly at the beach - but the beach itself is pretty ugly (construction everywhere, construction vehicles, really worn down sun loungers, not highly recommended). Never tried any other beach. I decided to stay inside the hotel area which is pretty amazing and beautiful.

Overall cleanliness was faultless. Very clean. Very spacious outside. Beautiful garden and swimming pool area. Room spacious and well equipped. Lovely view from the balcony . Breakfast room well located and abundance of good food to choose from. Loved the bar/lounge area, decor very pleasing to the eye, very relaxing. We ate the bar food - compliments to the Chef for a very tasty pizza!. Bar staff were friendly and accommodating. Mini market nearby open till 11 pm next to an excellent restaurant called Fish Market. For a quick bite to eat, Aroma located at the front of the hotel. Free parking at the rear or adjacent to the hotel,.

Private beach was under construction so had to pay to enter the Coral beach.

Nice swimming pool, good beds next to the swimming pool, good bed in the room. Great breakfast. Diving club at hotel 👍 We saw a nice band perform on thursday evening!

Way too expensive for the small room. The woman at checkin did not explain anything (she was too busy filling out her sudoku). We found out ourselves that you get 10% off at the diving club and 2 hours snorkeling for free! Wondering what we missed not knowing.. Pool closes at 18:00, thats really sad! Also restaurant closes at 21:00 and not a lot of restaurants at walking distance. The food in the lobby however is very nice and not expensive (although it took us a while beforz we knew we could eat there).

I like the location. It is outside the city and has lovely sea-view from the balcony. Convenient if you have a car.

It is our 4th time so we definitely like this hotel 😊 However this time it seems breakfast is poorer as if they are trying to save expenses. Also on Saturday they serve really old dry bread … I know about the kosher rules but still the could make an effort and defreeze chala or something. The jahnun was good at least 😀

Very comfortable room with big bed and nice view from balcony, good location outside the crowded city centre and right next to the underwater observatory. VERY good breakfast with a huge variety of local cuisine.

staff in the reception was uninviting and generally not very nice, celling was leaking in the bar due to the rain storm. breakfast barista was using paper cups as a default even tough there was real cups in front of them.

good location very close to coral beach nature reserve and the underwater observatory park. awesome buffet selection for breakfast and dinner.

staff at check in weren’t very welcoming and didn’t explain anything about the facilities/restaurants and didn’t direct us on how to get to our room (which wasn’t straight forward as there were several different room blocks)
