Extremely neat and clean. Bathrooms were mindblowing. I wasn't expecting such great bathrooms for the money i was paying. Altogether, hotel was good and totally worth the money. We parallel parked the car in front of the hotel door itself, over night. However they do have a dedicated parking space, hardly 20 mtrs from hotel entrance. Place is around 1 km away from Petra visitors center. Have multiple restaurants in 2 mins walk distance from hotel. Also, staff was very friendly. Especially owner Yasir. He is such a cheerful man who gave us all information about Petra and the trail.

Visitors should be aware that the hotel is at the top of a hill about a 25 minute walk (downhill) to Petra Visitor Centre, not in the centre of the small tourist town. This is not a criticism of the hotel itself and there is limited accommodation in this magnificent historic site.

We had a fantastic stay at the Petra Heart Hotel. Parking was available right out front and check-in was quick and easy. Abdullah welcomed us with cold hibiscus juice which was a really nice touch. He was also a great resource for restaurant recommendations when we asked and was very kind about making sure breakfast was ready at 5:30am so we could be at Petra for opening. (All of the staff was outstanding but Abdullah really stood out.) Our room was extremely comfortable - great AC, comfortable mattresses and bedding, plenty of pillows, easy outlet access by the beds, and enough space for 3 people to have bags out. Great food is just a block or 2 away. I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

It was a fantastic stay! Don’t think twice, go ahead and book Petra Heart Hotel. First of all, the owner / manager and his staff were just absolutely wonderful. Upon arrival, we were given cold juices — perfect to counter the heat. The check in process was super quick, and they really allotted time to give us tips and directions to better appreciate Petra. The owner is a very kind man — I think we were the only guests in the hotel (which is sad, because I really think they should get more business), and they specially prepared our breakfast just for us. Even cooked us extra omelets when we asked for eggs. He was very attentive, and even explained each of the food items. Before we checked out, he asked for feedback, asked us if everything was right in the hotel room, anything to improve, etc. The bedroom itself was spacious! A lot more roomy than I expected! It offers a lovely view of the sunset, and they even gave us free chocolates as part of the amenities. The toilet was clean, and water pressure was good. It’s walking distance to the restaurants, and super short distance to Petra Visitor Office itself. Book this hotel — you will not regret it.

Very good yet simple accommodation in Wadi Musa. If you only need a place to rest your head after a long day walking up and down Petra this place fits the bill. Room is clean and has everything you need. Location is 10-15mins walk from Petra Visitor Centre and well placed to get to restaurants at night.

Breakfast - I prefer a sweet breakfast and this one was more on the savory side. Parking - hotel parking is 15m down and across the road and looks like a rubbish dump between houses. Despite what the hotel said, I find it hard to believe that it belongs to them and isn't just some patch of ground they us. Does not feel like it is the safest place. Having said that, parked my car there for 2 days and it was fine.

The hotel staff was very friendly and were eager to complete all of our requests. Also the location of the hotel is very good as it is close ro restauraants and shops and is only about 1.3km away from Petra's visitor center. The breakfast just as written in the previous comments is very good as most of the food ia prepared freshly by the hotel staff.

The cleaniness of the dining room requires some improvement. Apart from that I would recommend this hotel to stay when visiting Petra.

The staff was very welcoming and greeted us with hibiscus tea, which was delicious. As we were planning on leaving for Petra earlier than the scheduled time for breakfast, they offered to call in the chef earlier to cook us breakfast. We ended up declining, as it didn't match our plans, but we appreciated the gesture. They provided complimentary water and fruit, which we very much enjoyed. We also went for the 10 dinar lunch boxes they offered, to enjoy during our Petra visit, which came in very handy. We requested view of the city from our rooms, which they were very nice to accommodate. The hotel is about 40 minutes' walk from Petra, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and stores very near by.The owner Sadaam (I hope I'm not misspelling his name) helped us during check out, he was most helpful. If we ever go back to Petra, we'll surely book Petra Heart Hotel again!

We had a great stay at Petra Heart Hotel! All of the staff were so welcoming and kind. We received some good advice for visiting Petra and had an amazing time! The room was spacious, clean and had some free snacks and water on arrival, which was a nice touch! Breakfast was great and had lots of choice. We are vegetarian and there was plenty to eat. Including freshly made eggs. The hotel is about a 20 min walk from the entrance Petra, but it’s all downhill. The hotel is in a good location for restaurants.

Nice location in central Wadi Musa, walking distance to the top part of the town and the main street. We drove down to the Petra entrance and used the free car park there, but if you walked it would only be a 15 minute stroll down the hill. Facilities in general were good, as was the breakfast choice. Service from the front desk team was very friendly throughout, thank you guys! The kids were very happy with their Jordan key rings gifted to them at check out. Easy and secure car parking also.

It was pretty expensive, but we were there in high season so probably to be expected in Petra. Also, some of the lights in the room weren't working - although to be fair this wasn't a huge deal and we only reported it at check out.

At first the kind behaviour of the staff is really appreciated. The info sharing, Petra visit suggestions, hand over of a map, supporting with extra request was really nice. Breakfast is rich, contains warm dishes as well. The location is good if the distance from the city centre, restaurants and shops are also important. From Petra Visitors Center it's also not a big distance. We also appreciated the lunch box, which contains a lot of different meals for a discount price to bring along on your trip to Petra.

However it's about 10-15 min. walk from Petra Visitors Center, but because of the steep streets of Wadi Musa returning to Petra Heart is another good exercise (rahter 25 min).
