The Hotel was spotless and a short walk to Petra

Nothing it was that good

Everything was great. The hotel itself was modern, absolutely clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and inviting. Rooms and bathrooms were fully equipped and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and in very good variety, we even got lunch packs every morning. Small pool on the rooftop terrace is great to cool down after a long hot day in Petra. The gym is also nice and well equipped. The helpfulness and kindness of the staff were truly outstanding. I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and warm hospitality we received during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and comfortable. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations, or accommodating special requests. Their attentiveness and genuine care made a significant difference in our overall experience. I cannot recommend P Quattro Relax Hotel enough for anyone looking for a place to stay with exceptional service and a personal touch. I loved this hotel . My whole family loved it . From the moment you step in , you are greeted by the amazing staff . They go out of the way to make you feel special and are always there to help. The food was excellent , the rooms were beautiful, so clean and spotless, the beds were so comfortable. Most of all the staff made you feel like royality. I have travelled around the world but have never seen such amazing hospitality like in P Quattro hotel. Special thanks to Abed for always taking care of our needs and comfort. I can say please please if you visit Petra look no further and book this hotel. This is the best hotel in Petra .

Our stay was one big and pleasant surprise. The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants and you can walk to Petra from it. Absolutely brilliant staff at the hotel on reception (unfortunately we can't remember the name but it was a student who works on reception and please pass on our big thanks to him!). We got a free room upgrade, the hotel offers very good buffet breakfasts and dinners. You can use the jacuzzi and small pool on the roof. The staff was always willing to give us advice and the whole stay was completely pleasant. True Jordanian hospitality!

The location is absolutely perfect and everything is basically included in this booking. Shuttle is available to bring you to Petra and back. Breakfast was decent each morning. The hotel has a pool which I did not get to use since it was a bit too cold. The staff was absolutely amazing. The gentleman that checked me in was super professional and kind and the lady that checked me out and helped me throughout the day was also very professional and kind. They even set up a driver to pick me up in Amman.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel is that the “do not disturb” does not work once you leave the room because it’s electronic.

A huge shout out for the hotel and its wonderful staff. I travel a lot, all around the world, but this team stole my heart. From the second you walk in the door, till your check out, they will do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They were absolutely the best ever!! Without exemption. The hotel itself is also worth the stay, with spacious and clean rooms, an extensive breakfast, and swimmingpool and big jacuzzi in mint condition. The perfect example of Jordan hospitality. Not a doubt where we would stay next time in Petra. Thx for everything and till next time, insAllah.

The rooms were a really good size with huge comfy beds next to each other with a balcony and view down towards the Petra entrance. Roof terrace with a small (cold) pool was enjoyable and relaxing with a great view at night. The hotel provided an early breakfast (quite minimal) and a small packed lunch for our Petra trip (definitely go as early as you can). The staff worked hard to give us all the information we might need to make our stay good. Parking right outside on the street. It seemed good value for money.

It is a 20 minute walk to the main street of restaurants down hill which is fine, but there are other restaurants within 10 minutes walk if you want to stay closer.

Everything! It was the perfect hotel to stay in Petra. The staff from the young man in the evenings, concierge to the lady in the morning for our check out were very professional and delivered amazing customer service. Breakfast was delicious both days we stayed and rooms were spacious, neat and well decorated. You have a botique hotel gem in Petra; extremely recommended to stay here.

Only one suggestion, the take away breakfast for ealy check-outs can be a little bit more substancious (sandwich) to lift up the amazing standard you have in this beautiful place.

We were upgraded to a bigger triple suite, however the kitchen in the room could not be used as it contained no plates, glasses, cutlery or cooking pots. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good, even though the bathtub was a bit odd - a sort of hot tub with an uneven floor. Staff were helpful. We were even given small packed lunches upon leaving.

The kitchen in the suite should be equipped with basic eating and cooking tools. At breakfast, all the dishes were tightly wrapped in clingfilm. It was very hard to get the plastic off. The dishes should be uncovered during breakfast, to allow guests to help themselves more easily to the food.
