The location is very convenient, right in the middle of the Wadi Musa village. The hotel’s staff is very welcoming and accommodating, giving much advice for visiting Petra and arranging everything needed. Even the owner gave us a ride couple days to the main entrance, and arranged a driver for us to get back to the hotel once finished, plus arranged the tickets for Petra by night. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, with a nice bed and bathroom. Breakfast is very complete, with several options both buffet and a la carte. Overall, great place to use as a base to discover Petra, a few meters away from supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and even a great laundry service in the street nearby. Would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

All places we stayed at during our recent stay in Jordan were above average, but this one stuck out in terms of hospitality, the staff really do go out of their way to make you happy (coming from western europe this really is stunning). In general hats off for the welcoming and positive attitude despite the difficult situation for tourism in the country. At town season the manager was always very available for helpful advice, chats with us and our kids. Town season is a generous, spacious and child-friendly place to stay which we warmly recommend. Despite its location in the city center it is very quite at night and you sleep well and the walk to Petra is entry is just 10-12 min downhill. The vicinity to a number of restaurants is a plus.

at the arrival they gave me an upgrade of the room, with free bar and an amazing view: the selection of bath products was incredible (i loved the body lotion): not only in the morning they prepared at the moment an incredible breakfast that was so delicious I was not able to sto eating! The owner of the place was friendly and gave good direction for the next stop on my journey…the perfect place while you visit Petra: close to the visitor center, with parking space, shops but no noise around, simply the best!

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in a great central location, close to many bars and restaurants as well as the entrance to Petra. The rooms are extremely comfortable, tidy and clean, for those who need to stay a few nights it is perfect as they will not have to bring hairdryers, towels and soaps with them as they are supplied. The price also includes a rich breakfast where a wide variety of sweet and savory foods is available. Breakfast takes place on the fourth floor of the structure, in a very comfortable room with a spectacular view of Wadi Musa. Being a smoker, I also really appreciated the presence of a smoking room. They also offer the availability of a shuttle service active during the day to accompany you to the entrance of Petra. The owner was extremely kind and immediately made us feel at home. Even though we had arrived a couple of hours ahead of check-in , they still gave us the rooms without charging us a supplement. On the last day we wanted to see Little Petra, the owner kindly called us a taxi and allowed us to leave our luggage beyond the check out time. What can I say... we met wonderful people who really helped us a lot and made our stay in Wadi Musa really pleasant. If I will ever return I will opt for this hotel again. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Lovely, family run hotel with character, much nicer than staying in one of the big, brand hotels. A very friendly welcome when we arrived, we were offered tea and dates. The hotel is in the middle of town a 15 minute downhill walk from the Petra visitors' centre so a car is on hand to transport guests to and from the park. Nothing was too much trouble, the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Ali was happy to offer advice on what to see and do in Petra. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Lots of choice at breakfast and a kettle and complimentary soft drinks in the room. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Small, family run, boutique hotel offering a very personable service. Really good value and probably one of the nicest 3* hotels that I've stayed in. Everything was clean and the room was very comfortable. Perfect place to stay whilst visiting Petra. They offer you you complimentary transfer to and from Petra, which is a nice touch. They also gave some very good suggestions for best routes whilst visiting Petra. Breakfast was simple but very delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent central location is Wadi Musa as is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacy, atms, etc.. I had a seamless stay in Petra thanks to this hotel.

Located next to a Mosque, so light sleepers or those not used to hearing the call for prayers may be woken up m. I needed to wake up early to visit Petra so wasn't an issue for me. Other than that the hotel is really peaceful.

Great little place not far Petra, especially with the convenient shuttle service you can schedule with the front desk (cute connect with a supermarket just outside petra entrance where you can ask for your return shuttle). Was less busy due to last minute cancellations but breakfast still had a good variety. Ali the owner was especially lovely and even let us come back and shower after Petra despite having checked out already. Had a group with me this time, but would also highly recommend for solo travellers!

The TV console in my room was a little dusty, but otherwise room was very clean and comfortable. The morning call to prayer is pretty loud, but helps you wake up for an early start to Petra (definitely worth it to go early to beat the crowds)

The absolute best hotel in all of Wafi Musa. We’re a couple, first time in Petra and we didn’t know what to expect from this hotel, and wow, we were SO IMPRESSED!!!! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the most professional greeting, as in luxury hotels. The hotel is spotless clean, and they offer a cold fresh Karkadeh drink on arrival. FOOD: the breakfast in included in the price- it is absolutely exceptional, with so much variety and a great selection of traditional food and western food options. PARKING is free and abundantly available even in high season. ROOMS: We were lead to our room and oh my god, it was so clean, so well furnished and had everything we needed including a mini fridge with complimentary drinks and snacks - you will not find this anywhere else. House keeping is done everyday with change of towels and toiletries- amazing.The next day we were offered a free shuttle drop off and pickup to Petra which is literally 2 minutes away. LOCATION: this is one of the few hotels that’s super well priced in a perfect location, close to all shops including restaurants, convenience stores and affordable shawerma place (make sure to try Agha shawerma around the corner, only 1.20 JD!!!) The staff are genuine and amazing at this hotel and are always eager to help their guests. ACTIVITIES: If you’re interested, there are additional activities offered including sunset view point tour, and hot air balloon which would be perfect at sunrise. Don’t think twice, and make sure to stay here because for what you get is such a deal for the price. We will come back with our family here and we can’t wait!!! Thank you for this amazing experience.

Everything was great!

Amazing hotel with a lot of amenities and the hotel staff is very helpful and nice. We were planning a trip to Petra but had no idea what to see, and after the check in the guy at the hotel desk gave us a map of Petra and organised the trip plan with us for free. It was an one day trip, but for sure it was the best trip in Jordan! We saw almost everything in one day without rushing. We are still looking forward to return here to discover the hidden places of Petra. On top of everything, the hospitality was at the highest level, the valet parked our car and took our bags in the room for us. Top quality service!
