The room was big, clean. With huge comfortable bed! Hotel located right by the Dostyk Plaza mall, and two blocks from metro station and one block from Republic Square.

Room service needs to be improved, breakfast had poor choices, and the hotel is overpriced. One night they forgot to provide two sets of towels, and after asked frontdesk it took them 30 minutes and during that time receptionist didnt answer the phone. Really thought that high rating on booking worth the money, but i realised how they got 9 points. Staff is asking to rate 10 for the stay on booking.com , don't think it is appropriate to demand that instead of improving the service.

The location is excellent... opp is the Dostyk mall and plaza where you can find plenty of restaurants.. no need to eat in the hotel restaurant VERDE... the suite is very night and comfortable... soft bed and pillows.. Ms. Anel is very nice and polite and helpful to assist with the yandex, tourist spots, and many more... KokTobe is 15 min away by walk and many restaurants nearby.... I would recommend this hotel for the location...

Very less amenities in the bathroom and feels dark... restaurant manager is not nice and impolite....no spa and didn't like the pool and sauna room... unfortunately missed it...

The receptionist speaks english well and friendly. The whole hotel not only the rooms are well maintained and cleaned. The bathroom is big enough and really clean. Great variety of food for breakfast. Right across the hotel is dosyk mall where you can choose different variety of restaurants.

The hotel room is a little bit small but overall its good. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days and we requested housekeeping but im pretty sure they did not change our bedsheets and blanket. Jacuzzi isn't working but sauna and steam bath works well. Maybe next time to separate men and women for swimming pool.

Everything was super good. I booked this hotel for my mother. She was pleased to stay there; breakfast was excellent. She could have breakfast even when she arrived at the hotel after its end. Amazing swimming pool and view. Thank you.

It is maybe not about the hotel itself, but booking/hotel integration. I advise you not to order a taxi via booking. It is safe only if it is a free option for staying there. I paid with my card when I called a cab via booking, but the reception staff argued that it was unpaid. It was stressful for me, and my mother considered it was two hours until the flight departure. Of course, we were ready to pay double, but they didn't take the money in the end. If you want to save one's nerves, I recommend ordering a taxi from reception directly or somehow else, but not via the booking.

Everything was great: rooms are clean and staff is nice and helpful. Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, there is a large mall just across the street. Breakfast was okay, just as you would expect from a good 4-star hotel. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and there were all the amenities you would expect. We didn't have a chance to visit spa or the pool, so can't comment on that. It was scorching hot in Almaty during our visit (+36 C), but AC was doing a good job keeping our room nice and chilly. Will definitely visit again, highly recommended.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee is real weak so if you want a good cup for breakfast you will pay extra for it. The service people were excellent, The front desk was a big help for getting around the cleaning staff was exceptional. Hotel is across the street from a major Mall which was perfect, and the buses were easy to use right outside the hotel instead of paying for taxis.

No one to meet you outside the front of the hotel so I had to carry mine and my wife's luggage up many steps. That was truly the only negative. English was very weak I thought more people today would speak the language. Thank God my wife speaks Russian, I would have been a bit uneasy without her in Almaty. It seems English was more prevalent in Bishkek Kyrgyzstan than in Almaty.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The location for going up to Shymbaluk mountain was also very good. The bar was very expensive though. absolutely no idea why they charged silly prices for a bottle of beer where as you could go to the Effes pub next door and pay a quarter the price for better beer????????? They are doing themselves an inustice in the hotel bar as the staff are good... PRICES TERRIBLE!!!!!

Modern Hotel, relatively central. Big and comfortable beds.

The hotel has quite many rooms but the breakfast area is extremely small with only 8 tables. We had breakfast at different times over the course of our stay and the breakfast room was always crowded. The rooftop bar (called Only Fans Bar) requires a deposit of around €30 per person to enter. There’s no different treatment for hotel guests.

clean, comfy, cozy... and good breakfast too! the location is perfect for city sightseeing and there is a straight road from the location into the montations. they also brought an extra bed for a kid for free

the lifts are slow. if you room is on the eastern side then the view wouldn't be very pleasant

Prime location, just opposite to Dostyk plaza shopping mall which has a huge food court. Very cooperative staff. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and well maintained.. Breakfast had a lot of options. Swimming pool timings are good. One can swim in late evening.

Area of improvement: No sign cards available for "Do Not Disturb" and "House Keeping". Which is usually provided in most of the hotels to hang the card outside the room door.
