Very large and comfortable room. Rich buffet breakfast in the nearby cafeteria, with fresh traditional and international food and drinks. Very large bathroom and very clean. A new and efficient refrigerator is available too. The position of the hotel is good, just next to a metro station and in front of various bus lines. It is close to many universities also. In general, the location is very good and quite cheap with respect to city standards.

There is no lift to go upstairs and the staircase is narrow. No help with heavy luggage by the hotel personnel. Some pieces of furniture in the room need some renewal. Sofas and armchairs in the room should be changed with newer or more comfortable ones. With a bit of attention to some details the location can improve further.

The hotel is conveniently situated 2 minutes walk from Baikonur metro station. Lots of places you can actually reach on foot. The breakfast was abundant and very good. You can order food in your room from the restaurant Julia on the first floor, the food and the service are great. The prices also seemed really good to me. The room was cleaned every day unless I asked them not to. Every day they also brought water, tea bags, etc. There is an electric kettle in the room.

The wi-fi connection was not good at all, at least in my room it wasn't good for sure. I ended up using my mobile data.

Located close to the center, it is conveniently close to the subway, a few of restaurants, parks, and also houses Julia Restobar which serves daily breakfast. We've had amazing mornings in Julia's and they serve a wide array of food but can be similar throughout the week. They also offer lunch and dinner in very affordable price. Mind you, they serve the best horse meat dishes too so if you ever feel too tired to go grab food outside, don't worry because they've got you covered.

It can be a bit challenging to communicate with the staff as English is not widely spoken (as with the whole of KZ) but the hotel staff tried their best to take care of all our needs despite the language barrier.

Clean rooms and washroom, very welcoming staff, room cleaning was done everyday, located close to Baikonur subway station, walkable from bus stations and eateries. The room was comfy, the breakfast spread was decent and delicious. Reception available 24/7, check-out was hassle free and quick even in early morning hours. I was able to communicate with the staff using translation apps, language was not a barrier.

The Wi-Fi is unreliably slow. There are no elevators at the property so carrying luggage is a bit inconvenient.

I really liked the hotel, super polite and attentive staff, very convenient location of the hotel. A large comfortable room that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I have been to several hotels of this level in Almaty and I can say that this hotel is the best in terms of price and quality in this price and star category. Separately, I want to mention the breakfast - very good, hearty, lots of dishes. When I come to Almaty again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

For breakfast the quality of the food and the selection was above average for KZ hotel standards. The rooms are great, lots of space, comfortable, clean. It is great value for money.

The entrance and the reception look a bit confusing, and they give the wrong impression because the rooms are great. Also maybe putting the buffet table for breakfast inside the building when you actually eat outside on the terrace is a bit confusing.

Room was lovely, very clean and with a separate sitting area. It was an upgrade from the standard single room I reserved. Breakfast was quite substantial and the food in the restaurant in the evening was of good quality. Staff were very helpful; special thanks to the young lady who ordered me a taxi at 5 o'clock in the morning.

The furnishings in the room are a little dated, but, because everything is so clean, that was not really an issue.

It was a cozy, comfortable and decently priced hotel. The breakfast was quite good as well. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. The location was also quite nice; their restaurant and bar is quite happening!

Just that there's no parking on site. But there's a street parking close by.

Location. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Metro is also very near. Rooms were regulary cleaned. Breakfast has variety of options. The GM Ms. Elvira speaks English whis is a plus. Highly recommended hotel.
