I got a free upgrade from booking, so it is already were much better than I expected. The staff were polite and helpful, the room was big and clean. The room service was also good.

The breakfast could be better, and they offer only coffee from a machine, although you may think this kind of hotel would make you nice coffee. Once they offered a coffee from a barista because their coffee machine was broken. Also it is super strange for me that the hotel of this level does not have bidet of any kind even though it is located in Kazakhstan so pay attention to that.

Ramada was pretty good; staff really helpful & friendly - a special mention to the reception staff when I arrived 12/8 & Bektur & the other people on the desk with him were fantastic. The room was fine, exactly what I expected. Fine for 1 person for a few days. Location was good, easy to wander around, visit touristy sites, access to supermarkets etc. T.5he rating is coming up as an 8 - I think it's better than that: probably an 8.5.

A few minor issues with room service but I think this is probably a language problem & not Ramada's fault.

It's very nice hotel with great location. The hotel has nice sauna and pool to relax. Rooms were very comfy and big. I would definitely book this hotel again once visiting Astana.

I had a business partner coming early morning and when I asked the reception if the early check-in would be possible for him, they charged an extra fee even though they had one room ready and available for this. It's not about the money though. It's about the principle. This is not customer pro-active approach and management should change this (there is nothing wrong to charge extra money if the room must be prepared for an early check-in, but they had one available).

Some trips are made exceptional by the support of the Hotel , with guest manager like GOR and his team Ms.Altynay, i along with my family felt at home , despite language barrier we received warm reception and could see eagerness to listen and support the guests My trip was not planned in advance, but still it completed with good memories cause Ms Altynay supported us with prompt responses while chatting with her it was like someone is taking care of us along the complete trip I felt assured and relieved at each step of our Journey Thank you Ramada Wyndham Astana

Wonderful hotel, recently renovated, conveniently located in a cozy old area. Supermarket, many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfasts were excellent. Everything you need in the morning: omelette, porridge (delicious!), pancakes, sour cream, confiture, cheesecakes, toasts and very good black tea. The staff do their job great. Professional, friendly and helpful. Many thanks to them! Especially to the reception!

Very good hotel, nice and helpful staff, good location, clean room and tasty breakfasts. The ladies from reception helped us to pay the tour agency and advised good restaurants around, really appreciate their help.

It is not really in the center, you have to walk half an hour or more to the main sites or to use taxi (it is not expensive)

This is a lovely hotel that is really good value for money. We stayed for 4 nights and the price was far lower than you would expect for a hotel of this quality. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is slightly outside of the city centre however reception staff will arrange for taxis if you need them and they are extremely cheap.

Actually, the hotel is very nice! I had a big Executive 2-zoned room with huge living room and nice cozy bedroom zone. The bed is really comfy, hypoallergenic pillows, which is extremely important for me. Iron and board are inside the room by default, which is also priceless. A/c was working properly and very effectively. Breakfast is nice as well, wide variety of everything.

Don't remember the drawbacks actually. Very good and honest hotel.

The location of the property is in old Astana. The location is close to indian restaurant. The breakfast spread had decent number of options. The room size was good.

The room had a very strange smell. It went away with the room freshener but was back again after some time. The swimming pool water was not clean. The hotel does not have bellboy so we need to move the luggage ourselves.

This is probably the oldest hotel in Nur-Sultan, yet it has been very recently renovated, so furniture and bathroom equipment are all brand new. The hotel is located in an old part of the city in a walking distance to embankment and parks near the river

Unfortunately this hotel didn't get rid of an old problem which is a constant noise from restaurant air extraction system and A/C compressors station located in the inner yard. Most standard rooms there are facing the inner yard and this noise is a nuisance for the guests. I don't even know why the hotel's rather small restoraunt needs such a powerful and noisy air exhaust.
