I really liked the hotel. The rooms are so beautiful and spacious, the location is great, the room view is amazing. The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever met in Astana, especially the receptionist and Buttler. It was clean, stylish, with excellent service. The are restaurants and bars, where you can have a nice dinner or drinks. Also, you can fully relax in the Iridium spa, where you can find a swimming pool, a terrace with a city view, a hammam, a sauna, a massage, etc.

Our stay at St. Regis was exceptional. It was our special day and I think we made a right choice with St. Regis to celebrate it. Everything was great. Thank you!

There was construction going at the building which caused a bit of inconveniences. Also, the kids play room is a bit boring for any kid as it has very limited toys and other things. I think it would be great if St. Regis would also take care of facilities for little guests too.

Exclusive place for ones who appeciate luxury comfort and service. Very professional staff and high level services. Lovely place near river, comfortable for walking and running. Very cozy rooms and interior. I plan to come back.

Price is really high if compared to other high class hotels in the city.

Fantastic design, modern style, and spacy rooms. Excellent breakfast but pretty pricy. Good pool and SPA.

Complicated AC/heating system, difficult to manage. There are no activities inside for kids.

We went for my husband's birthday and it could not have been better. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The quality of everything the hotel provides is of the highest level.

Everything was perfect. The pool area was a little noisy with children, but in response to this a member of staff in the spa offered us use of a private jacuzzi room, which is just one example of the overall exceptional service we received.

Beautiful location next to the river. Staff are very friendly and helpful, from reception to doorman. It was my friend’s birthday and they prepared a small cake for us and to celebrate our reunion. The spa facilities are very comfortable and the food for buffet breakfast is exceptional! We wish we could stay longer! Amazing butler service!

First of all, I would like to thank St. Regis staff. They did a lot of nice things for us, including a cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel room had great view, was greatly furnished and decorated, spacious, modern and clean. Spa center is definitely worth visiting Breakfast was exceptional The hotel itself is very close to the city center. Airport is 25 mins ride. I can definitely recommend this hotel

Massive rooms and bathroom, new hotel with a fresh, luxurious feel! The St. Regis Bar is open till 2 am so was perfect for a late meal after a night check in.

Super clean! Amazing breakfast - tasty, clean, great selection of food! In room dining was extremely good! Spa was great too, high temperatures in steam rooms which you hardly get on other hotels and resorts.
