the only good thing was the location - close to all the capital’s landmarks
the bathroom was definitely not cleaned after the previous guests, we asked for the couple bed but it turned out to be two twin beds next to each other. we also asked before our travel if it’s okay for us to check in early and we got an answer that it’s not a problem, but when we arrived we were charged additional 8000 tenge.

Location is absolutely great, right in the center, 3 minutes walk to the Baiterek tower. Receptionist Botagoz was really nice, very welcoming and trying to help with everything when asked. Bed linen was clean.
If you are looking for a good night rest before an important meeting in the morning like myself, stay away from this place. During my one night stay there, until 4 am there was a loud company in one of the rooms and in the hall, with not sufficient room soundproof they were heard throughout the hotel and nothing was done about it by the administration. No ear plugs helped. I woke up with a terrible headache. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired - spots on the curtains and the bed cover, dust on the TV. The shower drain did not work properly and the water collected in the shower tub not draining. Even though my room was listed as non-smoking there was quite strong cigarette smoke odor. Safe in the room is not secured in its place, it could be easily relocated, it also opens/closes with a key so you would not know if there is a duplicate of that key somewhere… did not feel secure at all.

Ordered double room for 27000 Kazakhstan tenge , but in the checking In reception i was informed that that room is busy , they gave small room, and they didn’t paid ma difference ( 10 000 kazach tenge ) .
