The single bedroom is a nice size, modern, clean and very cozy. The bed is very comfortable and the room is quiet, albeit in the middle of downtown. I had a great night sleep. The bathroom is also a nice size, clean and beautifully designed, with a hot shower and amazing water pressure! All in all a great stay! The hotel is compact, well organized and aesthetically pleasing... The staff also very helpful and sweet. They were able to keep my luggage after checkout while I walked around the city. I did not try the food, as my favourite restaurant was just around the corner, but they have a coffee corner and a rooftop restaurant, so it might be worth a try. I loved my stay! Excellent value for the price!

Just one minus: when I opened the shower cap, which was provided in the bathroom, I found it used and even torn... It makes you think about what they are reusing, if they appear untouched: toiletries, towels (gasp!)... I hope the hotel can pay more attention to this!!

1. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially, Mr. Clement, Mr. Onesimus and Ms. Nancy. 2. The rooms are cleaned daily. 3. Toiletries, bath towels, and beddings are changed on a daily basis.

-The water doesn't heat quickly enough. -Once a while, the drains emit an unpleasant smell but the window in the room can be opened and closed easily to allow fresh air into the room.

The hotel is located in a silent biashara street at the heart of Nairobi. The rooms looks good 😊, but the linens are getting old and replacing them is no option. Few things needs repair and general maintaining. The staff are lovely, well behaved and know their work very well. The security of the rooms is good and you need to double unlock to enter your room and cameras are in all the corners. Good security personnel. Will visit again.

Excellent location right in the Nairobi CBD. Nice, clean rooms, great breakfast with a view of the Nairobi skyline from the 10th floor of the hotel. Super helpful front desk staff as well as surrounded by all kinds of shops from a supermarket right next door (NaiVas /open until 21h30), an array of restaurants, BATA shoes shop (safari boots) etc. Also a plus is a nearby boarding point for Nairobi-Arusha shuttles at the nearby Monrovia Streets for tjose traveling to Tanzania overland.

Missing universal switch sockets in the rooms to accomodate modern devices esp those that come with American type power pins. Hot shower was also a problem that did NOT seem to have a solution even when front desk was alerted. We took cold mrnf showers but luckily it wasnt the cold season when we visited NBO

The location right beside the central market and city centre. Nice city view in higher floor, we enjoy watching the birds on the market Breakfast has not much options but I like , tasty fruits

No air conditioner so windows should remain open, then lot of insects came in the room, very weak repellent there, no net through the window.. Towels need to be renewed Better to have minibar inside Near the jamia mosque and many religious speech during the day may be more in Ramadan

The staff was wonderful and helpful and they allowed us to do the check-in before the normal time, that was really important because we arrive at 7.00 am. The room was cleaned and the view of Nairobi was great! The food in the restaurant was very tasty and the price was good.

Everything was great!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot. There was water heater in the room, and some tea and instant coffee, wich is nice. Hotel for this money is ok. We only stayed for two nights, so dont have any negative opinions really.

I would only give - to the shower. Everything ok, but there are no doors or showe curtain, so bathroom can get quite wet. The other "bad" thing is the street around. Hotel have its own security guard, but ass soon you go past him, the street sellers, beggers, drivers...start pushing in into you and its really annoying. But that is probbably just Nairobi and you have to get used of it and except it :)

Everything was OK. Good bed, good shower, mostly good wifi. Cleaning the room every day. Good location.

The only one elevator was a bottleneck. Always long waiting. I was surprised that they change all the sheets every day. In these times of taking care of the environment, you would not expect that.

The staff is unviable and super helpful. We had to do a last minute booking and they were very helpful.

The hotel is a little dated but in general is very good. It’s not a luxury hotel so i think for couple or families is not optimal but it still is pretty good. I would say it’s optimal for business stays.

On my arrival I was told my double room no longer available which was frustrating after a long journey . Was asked if have paid ! Which was in appropriate ! As Booking.com got all card details and I know you always pay on arrival or when checking out.So didn’t understood what wasn’t about? Waited for 40mins to be given singles rooms. Mosque noise in the morning. Restaurant closes very early
